Pros

The customer service at Pipeline Deals is wonderful. Even if there was a troubleshooting tutorial to watch, they have been happy to help and walk me through any issue I have had thus far. We have had no problems with billing, adding users, and editing user access.

Cons

I did not like the way contacts and companies upload separately. While the uploads were easy, it was a bit clunky if the company is not imported first.

We've transitioned from other CRM software to PipelineDeals and it was an easy and smooth transition. PipelineDeals makes it really easy to update on the fly!

Pros

I really like the ability to update the pipeline using the app or website. Both are really easy to use and very user friendly, clean and put together very nicely. Being able to develop custom spreadsheets for internal marketing review meetings has been a huge plus as well!

Cons

I'm still fairly new to it, but there is concern about tying your work/personal e-mails with the interface. I understand the reasoning behind, but it'd be my preference to be able to select which e-mails to upload/include as opposed to having PipelineDeals scan my e-mail for keywords and associating with each deal.

overall it is straightforward and we love the daily coffee, where we can see what is going on with our numbers.

Pros

simple usage, fast, very customizable and practical.

Cons

like everything in life, when we change from one software to another, it requires some time to adapt. In the beginning it was a little frustrating not being able to customize certain things. Now we are all used to it.

Pros

With Pipeline Deals, managing the status of deals is simple. Deals can be managed with appropriate pipelines and can be attached with specific contacts. The CRM helps great with reporting and has rally nice interface to deal with.

Cons

I would like to have custom pipelines and stages within that to manage the deals is better way. It will help me define the exact status for a deal/prospect.

This product has all the basics of a good CRM solution, contact management, deals management, reprots....It is simple to use which guarantees a good adoption from the sales and marketing team. This has been our main issue with the tool we used previously

Pros

easy to use = good acceptance from the sales team funnel evolution reports simple dashboard single view of all contacts per company per deal task management (to do lists) feature integration with Outlook and Highrise

Cons

may not have the bells and whistles of higher end products but that makes it easier to use. Not sure it is con actually.

We are able to follow up on quotes much easier than before with the notifications we get. Great extra tool.

Pros

Overall quoting ability. It is nice that you can add specific add ons that would go along with each job quote.

Cons

The only con I have is that it is not linked to our order processing system, if there was a way to link the two it would be great.

I like that they have an API that was able to be integrated directly into our website. I also like the fact that I can setup custom searches for particular content.

Cons

You cannot tag companies, and that means that I need to tag every person under that company. So when I run a report, I end up getting false information.

I like that it connects with Digicon. I like that I can keep track of my conversations with families and schedule important next steps.

Cons

I'm sure there are options of use that I'm not yet aware of. I just keep attempting to learn one new thing at a time and implement it as I can.

Pros

The statistics provides a lot of value to this tool. Reports can be filtered for the users and the pipelines. Data can be exported easily.

Pros

I like the Agenda feature. It allows me to keep up with the most important tasks in my business and filters them by priority in an easy way.

The starred listed were not as helpful as I had hoped.

Pros

They have very responsive support. It has an excellent API for integration with our internal accounting software. It's not overwhelming for the sales team to manage their activity.

Cons

The built-in reporting has gotten better, but I would love to be able to see more aggregate graphic and comparison reporting. I'd also like to roll 90-day bar chart of sales per day or per week. We can build that stuff through heavy use of the API, but that's very inconvenient when the rest of the software is smooth.

Intuitive interface which is easy to begin with. Great tool for following customers informations. Maybe you should try to create a new feature in your CRM : Customer Purchasing Cycle like Foxclose.

Cons

synchronisation of email from gmail is not stable which is very disturbing . Please help me on this.

I don't like that there is not an option for just note taking that is easily accessible. I also would like to have the option for sending out letters from the program or being able to print letters addressed to my client.

Pros

It is very self-explanatory and helps keep me organized. Before we had been introduced to this product, we were using a simple spreadsheet where everything was jumbled and unorganized. I was confused about where to start each day and where I finished the day before. Once we started with PipelineDeals, it made my work day much better!

Cons

The support system is a little difficult to get in touch with and is a little confusing. There is not a direct point of contact like most websites.

Pros

It's great to see which client belongs to which rep at our company.

Cons

I wish there were more ways to organize your contacts without having to go through a custom built system. Sometimes things were a little confusing to use.
