Pros: Pipeline deals is a very straight forward CRM. It gives you the basic tools to get going. It is a very cost efficient solution for an SMB looking to get going. It was a good tool when we started and needed something.

Cons: Not a whole lot of functionality outside of the basics. You get what you pay for. As we got bigger, we wanted more automation out of it.

Overall: It is a basic CRM. If you want to track sales cycles and activity this is a good economically friendly solution.

Have used the product for 7 years and I think it's the best CRM out there by far

Pros: Amazing email and Link tracking on outbound emails. Best support in the industry. They understand the sales process adult the software package around that.

Cons: The Android cell version is not as robust as I would like but frankly I never use it anyways since the cell phone has two little real estate to be a value

Overall: AGreat Many.... Let me count the ways... An outbound emails the tracking is in real time so they click on an embedded hyperlink be at a YouTube video a PDF whichever you know in real time. There's built-in redundancy and overlap here which is actually quite useful. As splash screen is generated in real time when that activity takes place. In addition there's a icon with a chronological indication of who clicked on what and thirdly you can go into the deal profile and see everything that they put down whenever you choose. The integration with Google for work is tight and very well done. There's an icon that goes into Chrome that allows you to click on it and when someone has connected with you on LinkedIn it auto-populates your pipelinedeals with their contact information saving you a lot of copy and paste activity from LinkedIn. When are various team members have to look at or touch her file we know who has done what when in a way that's very intuitive. The software learning curve is trivial for new people coming on board. The tech support is American based and primarily young ladies with nice voices. If you have a problem they actually give no attention at solving your problem. I can go on and on but the best sale is using the product for free for 2 weeks on a trial version. I have used the software for 7 years and it's my favorite software it's made me a lot of money.

Pros: It complicates my life and makes me far more effective and efficient. Time is money, and this saves me, and makes me, a lot of it!

Pros: The software is easy to use and navigate. Able to customize to make the program work for you. Email campaign functionality is very useful. Workflow automations help the sales process run itself.
The company is still learning and are adding new functionality on a frequent basis.

Cons: Difficult to get the filtering to do everything you want. Formatting the email campaigns can be a challenge; all images need to be hosted on another server.

Overall: We were able to track our contract sales reps progress towards goals, send intentional email campaigns and house all of our prospect information in one place.

Comments: Pipeline Deals helps us keeping client deals in a separate pipeline which helps to manage and track deals easily.

Pros: Pipeline Deals keeps us accountable to manage deals with clients. We can easily know what is the next step to perform with a client after looking in the Pipeline Deals CRM account.

Cons: The look and feel are ok but can be improved to provide a WOW experience. In terms of functionality, I do not see any issue.

Pros: The price allows for executive-level buy in and configurability allows for ease of use. The included customer support is also a plus.

Cons: There could be stronger automation for entering new companies. There are also some features like decision tree selections that would make the solution more user friendly.

Cons: I wish it had additional integrations with 3rd party software. Pipelinedeals is planning on adding more integrations.

Pros: Ease of use and integration. You can quickly and easily jump from deals to company to send an email.

Cons: The one thing that I don't like is that if you want to view more on one email, it expands the entire communication so you have to scroll to get to the people associated with the company.

Overall: Helped us be more efficient.

We converted to this software from a very basic sales funnel list created in microsoft excel.

Pros: Using Pipelines Deals, its easy to mange prospects and hence close the deals. It helps us staying on track with any Deal and we can manage activities easily.

Cons: It will be great to integrate it with Apple email. It works with Google but I need to manage it with Apple emails and calendars.

Pros: ease of use - we have a team across three continents
per user pricing - bring on and drop off people and the price changes
It works - it has never failed

Cons: Still quite basic but it does all we want it to do and if necessary we can do stuff in excel via export and links

My experience with Pipelinedeals have been outstanding. The customer service is simply excellent.

Pros: I really like the fact that it allows you to grow with your development as you learn more about what you are looking for and what you are trying to track .

Cons: I wish that it enabled better tractability of text messages, Facebook postings, LinkedIn postings (and messages) similar to its tractability of e-mails.

Pros: Love the graphical interface, and the customizability is awesome. We use the software for BOTH our production scheduling, and our sales efforts!

Pros: The user interface is simple and easy to use. I have worked on multiple CRMs but Pipeline Deals is easy to use, simple navigation for user and extreme well planned features.

Pros: It is a very simple system to operate and learn. It does the job very well with organizing all your information and it can be customized to the way you do things.

Cons: The app feels like it could be improved and I wish it would be formatted when I go from my phone over to my Ipad. I've personally had a lot of issues with receiving my email through Pipeline Deals. But sending emails is great since you can track when and how often the prospect opens it.

PD has helped me be more efficient and organized and I can't imagine working without it.

Pros: the interface is so simple and navigation is a breeze. the ease with which I can move from account to account and cross populate fields is fantastic.

Pros: Nice and simple design, easy to use, lots of useful function, easy to customize, great support. what else? almost perfect, our team rely heavily on this software everyday to deal with hundreds of clients and so far it has never disappoint us

Cons: not too sure.. maybe cannot 100% customise the function. but this is not an in-house built CRM and so far it works perfectly for me and i believe it will do for many small medium business.

Overall: without this software, we have no better way to manage communication with customers, we are dealing with hundreds of new and old customers everyday, and we only need 2 or 3 employees to do that. everything is recorded in the deals and we know what is going on (without relying on our memories). Communication between team members is fanstasic, we dont even have to work side by side to communicate.

My team and I really enjoy using Pipeline Deals. It is easy to use and flexible!

Pros: I like the flexibility and customization of the software - our ability to be nimble and implement feature that benefit my sales team quickly, and even in real time is impressive, and it supports the team wonderfully! We are better able to deliver on our service commitment and meet our goals as a result!

Cons: There are still some features we'd love implemented, such as the ability to set a default choice in a custom field - but we know that their developers are open minded to include our suggestions.

Pros: It's very intuitive. You don't have to take a day long training course to learn it. You can customize it to your specific needs. And the support is fast and helpful.

Cons: There are things I don't use but it's easy enough to modify. I just need to take the time to customize it to my needs.

Pros: EVERYTHING! Customer support is second to none and the software is extremely easy to use, while also being robust!

Pros: it is ease of use and how you navigate and do not need training - it is really intuitive and well designed. it is perfect and written simply
would like to run 2 pipelines parallel for 2 product areas that have different sales processes

Pros: Intuitive interface which is easy to begin with. Great tool for following customers informations. Maybe you should try to create a new feature in your CRM : Customer Purchasing Cycle like Foxclose.

Cons: synchronisation of email from gmail is not stable which is very disturbing . Please help me on this.

Pros: It seems fairly intuitive to figure out the basics of the site (e.g. filtering, customizing results) without having to take a tutorial.

But the best part of the platform is the level of quality customer support that Liz Falvo has provided. Not only has been responsive, but she has also provided candid advice even if it meant more work for her. She is a real asset to the Pipeline business and I hope it is something that the company is aware of.

Cons: - The report email delivery times are unpredictable
- The online report view caps at 50,000
- Connect, the email marketing feature, is limited in volume and customizability

Pros: Scheduling and tracking is easy; communication with other team members is good; ease of note taking; we've been able to follow up with prospects more effectively.

Cons: We would like to use more color coding or schemes for our customer profile pages and the calendar. With several people on our team it would help with visual organization.

Overall: It is a great management tool for our team as a whole and to manage our database. Customer relations is key to our success and it helps us stay on top of it so nothing falls through the cracks.

Comments: If you are looking for a simple lead tracking system, this may be a nice product for you. However, if you want to do more than track leads and start really generating proposals, products and services, you may need a more robust system. Worth a look and worth talking to the sales folks.

Pros: What I liked most about this product is its simplicity and ease of use. It allows for multiple projects under one client and still allows various sales people to work with the same client. You can track the sales by the sales rep. The layout is easy to use and the app has a manual call tracking piece.

Cons: What I liked least about this product is its simplicity. It's a double edged sword in this case. It lacks the ability to generate proposals. You will need an external system to create the proposals and upload them to the client. This could be a deal breaker for some.

Pros: not too complicated - some CRM system have lots of extra unnecessary features

Cons: historical search through contact narrative is not perfect, for instance, if I forget a person, but I met her in Cincinnati, I can't scan my whole portfolio for "Cincinnati"

Overall: I have used Pipeline Deals daily for 2 years. We handle my software sales leads, our language company, my wife's seamstress business, and our Airbnb rentals on this platform. Easy to use, not too complicated. Just the right mix of features and simplicity. Customer support is instant, competent, and friendly.

Recommendations to other buyers: I think this is for small business - it does not have the integrations of Salesforce

Pros: Great customisable Dashboard. Easy external email management. Task management is so simple. Love the custom fields!

Cons: If I had to be picky I would say it would be good to have more custom fields we currently only have 20 on our plan but we could just upgrade to premium so there aren't any cons really!

Overall: We all love Pipeline Deals here at Fluent Headquarters. It does exactly what we need it to. Great, customisable dashboard to keep track of all our Deals and excellent email management integration to make sure all external emails we are sending and receiving stay tracked within Pipeline Deals. It's simple to use and doesn't over complicate something that shouldn't be complicated!

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are looking for a piece of software to manage your contacts and keep track of account management tasks then I would highly recommend this product. Simplicity at it's finest!

Pros: 1) It's Excel on steroids so if you understand Excel, you can learn this for the most part.
2) It's "customizable" to some degree.
3) You can recover deleted info if somebody accidentally deletes it.

Cons: 1) No way to filter out notes by person or department
2) Very difficult to track demos by model number of machine. Have to "trick" the system basically to do it which makes it hard to train.
3) Customer service response via email is non-existent. It's "ok" if you call in though usually.

Overall: Overall it's been pretty good. Your response to emails is non-existent and that's frustrating. Information doesn't always save the fist time you input it so you have to input it a second time quite often. It's a good "basic" CRM. I don't like the fact you buried the "Daily Task List" in with all the Deal info. I liked the task list being sent separately to us so it sticks out and is more visible. Right now it's buried with all the other info and often gets overlooked by the reps.

Cons: The sales value/r.evenue reporting could be a bit more comprehensive.

Overall: Excellent service. The product has improved since we last had it. Long story short, you would be hard-pressed to find as comprehensive a CRM sales tracking platform that is, at the same time, so easy to use. And you just know they'll keep improving it. Great people stand behind this platform. Courteous, dedicated, and excellent at the follow-up.

Recommendations to other buyers: Some basic CRM catches should be included: 1. Fields for birthdays and reminders. 2. Customer value analytics.

Pros: The ability to create new templates and processes easily, work collaboratively and keep the eye in the ball

Overall: We were able to standardize our sales and project management processes with ease, with Pipeline Deals working our way and not the other way around.

Overall: We use the platform for my investment bank and love it. I literally couldn't do my job without it. They are always improving functionality, so it just keeps getting better and better.

Comments: We used this program for two years with our sales staff of 11 sales employees. For the price it is a good CRM, it allows for multiple projects under one client while also allowing for different sales reps to work with the same client, tracking sales by Rep. The layout is intuitive and features manual call tracking.

Pros: The sort lists for exporting leads and sales reporting are easily customizable and allow for complex analysis.

Cons: There is a lack of internal proposal generation. We moved away from Pipeline to work with a program that incorporates all aspects of automated client interaction tracking with the proposal generation software included. With the pipeline, we used an external word doc for quoting and uploaded it to each client's contact. I much prefer a system that captures all areas of the estimation process within one program.

Cons: Not widely used or known in financial services space so lacks integration with financial industry software.

Comments: I was thrown into using this tool without being given the proper support. The entire team used Pipeline Deals, but I know we were blind to most of the features that were available to us. I never took the appropriate steps to get the training I needed to feel comfortable with the tool and its' UI. That is to say, the software wasn't intuitive in my opinion. Lots of subtle keys and features that required backdoor access and product knowledge.

Comments: I tried a few CRM softwares and I must say that I was impressed with PipelineDeals right away. I researched this on my own in hopes to sell to management for the new role that was created for our company. There was no software for my use and Excel spreadsheets just were not working for me! My rep that I had a conference call to go through the products was very knowledgeable. I also was given the demo that we went through to sell this product to my managment. I really like the ease of use and the fields I can easily customize to my needs with my company. Very good value per user as well. I highly recommend this product.

The intuitive clean interface, integration with Mailchimp, the customization available within the system is fantastic, Live Reporting and the Customer Service / Technical help is outstanding. Pros: Ease of use and capabilities. Customer service. iPhone App. Email Tracking. Email interface.

Cons: Calendar doesn't sync with my Outlook or iCal calendars. There is no 'Click to Dial' VOIP option. Historical view under a contact or deal is a little cumbersome and wonky. Does not have SF's capability in customizing the historical view, Person view, company view.

Overall: Having used SalesForce.com in prior sales/marketing roles, it is hard to deny SF's dominance and superiority in the CRM space. However, it is equally hard to deny that SF is the highest priced solution available, especially when you factor in the investment of time and consultation fees required to tailor SF for your specific needs and preferences.

Given this we began a diligent search through the CRM jungle to determine if there was a CRM solution that offered most of the same capabilities as SF "out of the box", for less money. Our matrix of candidates winnowed down very quickly to Pipeline Deals. PLD provided all of the SF type capabilities that we needed, such as email tracking, mass email tracking, account & deal history management, remote access via iPhone App, Deal stage tracking, customization, and excellent customer service. So, all of the attributes and capabilities that we admired about SF were present in PLD, but for much less money, and with a much easier set-up process, and with a much better and more accessible customer service team.

PLD has been an exceptionally good CRM for our needs and expectations at a more competitive price point.

Pros: This product allowed me to store my sales pipeline in one place. Pipeline deals is very user friendly. I was able to track and record my progression in wins and loses. It made reporting so easy. I like that I didn't lose any client information like I used to do prior to using this program. It allows you to store all information in one place and it updates in real time. I started making more money on deals when I started using this program because it kept me organized with my appointments. It really streamlined my sales process. The customer service is excellent as well. The agents were always so nice and helpful and it was always a smooth process when I had a question about how a new feature worked.

Cons: I really never came across anything I didn't like about pipeline deals.

Recommendations to other buyers: I love that pipeline deals basically brought my sales pipeline to real life. I was able to updated my client files and deals in real time. All I carried with me was my laptop because of this tool I was able to become more organized and eliminate the old way I was doing things.

Comments: I've used PipelineDeals for nearly six months when I was used to manage marketing at a start up and had to put a basic CRM system together. Pipelinedeals was very flexible and let me easily configure my data to see quick results. An engineer was easily able to configure API integrations with our website and email software.

Pros: This tool is very easy for someone who is beginning to use a CRM. The UI is extremely simple and gives the feeling of working with an Excel sheet Excellent and proactive customer service

Cons: The tool is quite simple and does not offer the high level intelligence that new age marketing automation/CRM tools offer

Comments: I used it for over a year and it helped me organise my prospects and leads greatly. I think it was a great investment and it served me well the time I used it. I changed to another CRM, not because I wasn't happy with it, but because I needed better customisation.

Comments: My company has used Pipeline Deals since around the time they started. We were a very early customer. I started with one sales person and have moved up to about 10 today. The system works great for this size sales team. It's not cumbersome to use as a central system for a small team to stay organized. I highly recommend it to anyone with a sales force in that range. I can't speak to it's scale above that as its my experience up to 10 active reps. They have taken what was a massive set of things reps would need to do in some of the other online systems (lets call it OVERKILL) and boiled it down to activity, opportunities, and centralized performance measurement. Its got all the bells and whistles you need... while not overwhelming you (as the sales manager/owner) or your reps with tons of required extras that clutter their ability to move fast and keep selling.

Pros: The BEST small biz sales relationship management tool we've used (7+ years now every single day) Very intuitive interface. Amazingly powerful API (if you want to code connect it to your own systems) Great customer support team (you talk to real people, in the real office) Extremely powerful list filtering and saved reports tools Constantly adding new features and enhancements to make it more powerful without more "clutter"

Cons: The actual "finished" reporting built-in for sales performance, historicals, trending, etc is lacking quite a bit as far as "management" type reporting goes [its almost all list based reports, no roll ups, etc... you can see everything, but its not presented in any customized executive way, reason I think it works well for smaller teams. But without better aggregation, I dont think it would be fun to manage 25+ reps on something like this]. (It can be done with outside graphing and custom tools using their API but not everyone can do that). Real-Time, Customizable, Formatted Reporting for "summary/trend management" would make this thing a 10 out of 10 !

Comments: We started with Pipeline Deals when we were in the very early stages of customer on-boarding and tracking. It is very easy to use and manage your customers. I would highly recommend it for anyone that is looking for basic customer on-boarding and tracking. Will serve many companies well who are looking for a good quality CRM without all of the customization of the much larger platforms.

Pros: Relatively in-expensive. Easy to use and get data imported once you get to know the platform.

Comments: Great way to organize your leads to maximize your calling and notes for specific accounts. Although very deep and having a multitude of features; it almost becomes too deep, especially with multiple users. If you are your own boss and responsible for your own work, then this is a good tool. I had an appointment setter and lead generator on my account and it became a too messy and was difficult to separate who was working on what if not specified by the person using it.

Pros: Again, it was very rich in features and customization. I actually had to remove some fields as they were unnecessary. Customer support was always readily available and helpful without long wait times; which is huge.

Cons: I always had issues with importing leads and had to call a service rep to do it for me. It never seemed to take. Some features and fields are unnecessary and seems like filler, but that is just me. I am sure some people customize their own way. As I worked pages, there was not a simple way I could just skip to page 100 for example. I had to click over one by one to get to where I left off.

Comments: As a small business (11-50 people), we couldn't be more thrilled with the level of functionality. It is extremely easy to use and the reports are more than I could hope for. As we have grown from 12 to 20+ people the tool has grown seamlessly. This would be an excellent tool for almost any size company.

Pros: - Tie in with outlook - Robust reports - Can track deals, leads, dollars, etc. - Ease of use - Fantastic interface - Can jump in right away and use

Cons: - Perhaps a way to set up an automatically updated report to run and be emailed

Comments: Our office all uses Pipeline deals. Most of the time we are not in the office while people respond after hours and require a quick reply. Pipeline makes it easy to open the app and respond while logging all the information. I highly recommend people to use this product as it will just walk you right through the process from just a lead to a deal.

Pros: -Easy to use. -Walks you through any questions you may have. -Enjoyable staff.- -Quick response rate when asking questions.

Cons: I do not see many cons with this product.

Comments: I've had tremendous success and pleasure using PipelineDeals.com. Their customer service is awesome, in fact I was surprised someone answered the phone the first time I called in. The tool had the functions I was looking for and they always seemed to be developing the functions I wanted.

Comments: I've been using Pipeline Deals for the past year, and having experience with many CRM's I feel it is incredibly efficient and easy to use. Clean design and user-friendly interface make this a pleasure to work with. Reports can be easily generated. We use this for all levels of our sales team, from corporate to training/reps. I especially like the Outlook and Excel plug in's.

Comments: I've worked with about a half dozen CRMs. PipelineDeals is far and away the best when it comes to customer service which helps a lot if you're managing the system yourself. The UX is super-easy.

Pros: Great Support, easy to use, Solid Functionality

Cons: They are constantly adding new ones, but having even more integrations with other software would be useful.

For the money, I haven't found anything better.

Comments: We have been using Pipeline deals for almost 6 years now and have little to nothing to complain about. For the money, I don't think there is anything better out there. The phone app is easy to use but could use some tweaking so that certain important functions from the desktop version are available.

Pros: A great value and easy to learn/use.

Cons: Some of the search functions are limited and don't allow cross-referencing. For example, I search by city quite often and I am not always able to find the info I need based on the city only.

Comments: Nothing is perfect... But PipelineDeals comes pretty close! I've used 5 different Client Relations Management Softwares (CRMs) and I have personally implemented 3 of them. So far PipelineDeals takes the cake! My company, DICARO & ASSOCIATES, LLC http://www.nicholasdicaro.com/ has been using it for the last 3 years and I have seen the software get better and better with only marginal increases in price. Still the best bang for the buck.
PROS: Easy to use, reliable, functional Android App that syncs well, customizable in many ways, fair price, and great for sales people.
CONS: The Commission Tracking is worthless for my company. It only allows the user to assign a fixed % of gross sales to calculate the Commission... whereas my company commission % is different on every deal. Example: We might earn $3,000 on a $15,000 size deal (20%) and in other cases we might earn $25,000 on a $500,000 deal (5%). Also, the ROI reporting is rudimentary and not accurate because it makes assumptions that aren't necessarily true.

Couldn't be happier. All the functionality/customization you need & easy to use.

Comments: I'm baffled by why so many people still go with Salesforce. If you need a easy-to-use and highly customizable CRM and don't want to hire a CRM admin Pipeline Deals is the way to go. It's easy to get up and running and their support team is great. Additionally, the customization is wonderful. We've been able to get everything we need and more out of it. If I had to pick a "flaw" I would say there is still room for improvement on reporting. Not as easy to customize reports. However, you can use excel or integrate with Geckoboard.

Comments: I really like the search function and the ability to create tasks for yourself and others. I like how you can tie each person to a company and then create specific "deals" that you have even more functionality on. The one weakness of this program is the phone app. The functionality is just not there so I have to open a browser on my phone to get anything done on the road.

1. Add some sort of lead scoring platform that tracks prospects and leads through the buyers journey. Make this an automated process as activities are added to an account that hasn't converted to a customer.

2. Add more Mailchimp capabilities such as being able to draw the mail chimp scores or fields that are attached to a list. I have a lot of custom fields in Mailchimp and Pipeline that don't sync up.

Pipeline could easily compete with the more expensive platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo or Hubspot if they would expand a bit and add new services. Obviously for an extra cost, but to an SMB that can't afford a more expensive robust system it would pay off.

Pipeline is a great CRM, alot of room to grow though.

Comments: I reviewed oodles and oodles of cloud-based CRM tools (Insightly, Salesforce, Sugar, etc) looking for a features that would allow me to easily build a customer (and contact) management system that would allow our team to track data related to distribution of our publication, subscriptions and renewals, writer and photographer contacts and correspondence, plus advertising (and renewal) sales. I test drove at least a half-dozen other products -- none of which were built in a way that accommodated other data management needs in a simple, easy to use way like Pipeline. There are other systems out there for publishers, but most cost in the ballpark of 100-150 per month to use. Pipeline is the only product I'd recommend to other small publishers -- and for two of us on staff, it's a life-save. If you're using six excel spreadsheets to track information and punting it back and forth between multiple contributors -- for heaven's sake. Stop. Do a trial. It'll speak for itself. (Oh, and did I mention the awesome mobile app? There's a mobile app. Business contacts anywhere on the go).

Pros: Is EVERYTHING a valid response?

Cons: I wish I'd found Pipeline from Day One of my magazine publishing business.

Pros: There is a lot things i like best about pipeline but overall; It's keeps me extremely organized. I never miss out on opportunities. Nobody slips thru cracks anymore. I can monitor my entire staff as well as all my clients & customers.

Cons: I can only send one attachment in the email function. I contacted customer support and they responded rapidly and said they were already working on it. So even though it was not available, they were already on top of it!

Pros: Its a great CRM software with a stable engineering foundation. There is no jazzy features but you can easily extend using their cool API. Their customer success team is awesome, in facts its world class. ( I work with more than dozen of software vendors, PLD support is perhaps the best i have received so far )

Cons: Pretty much nothing to mention here. What ever they do is well thought thru and keeping customers in mind.

Pros: The customer service at Pipeline Deals is wonderful. Even if there was a troubleshooting tutorial to watch, they have been happy to help and walk me through any issue I have had thus far. We have had no problems with billing, adding users, and editing user access.

Cons: I did not like the way contacts and companies upload separately. While the uploads were easy, it was a bit clunky if the company is not imported first.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would recommend Pipeline Deals to any small business. The functionality is just what we needed for a started sales position.

Pros: The best feature of this product for my team is the ease of use within the collective group. I can upload documents to which my processors will have access to without needing to send me one off emails. We can update each other on tasks due, file status updates and milestones as well.

Cons: The only negative to this product is the lack of ability to upload more than one document at a time. There are typically twenty or more documents that we need to upload for a file. Because we have to upload each document individually it does take a bit more time to complete that task and move on.

Recommendations to other buyers: Being objective is important. This software more than meets our needs but there are items that can be improved. The software will only get better with an objective overview of it's strengths and weaknesses.

Pros: The product is easily configured and it didn't take a lot of resources before we were able to start using it and getting value. The support team at Pipeline deals is very easy to work with. There are great features for email tracking, bulk sending, etc. I can quickly visualize sales throughout the funnel and narrow it down by sales team member.

Cons: There is not an option to view historical goals, so I can't go back and see where the sales team ended in January. The goals disappear at the end of the month, and you have to set new ones, so you can't do recurring goals. There is not a way to "filter out" internal email addresses from creating contacts that create tasks for follow-up. So if I cc a coworker, suddenly they are in the system with tasks and due dates assigned.

Recommendations to other buyers: Don't make the sales CRM process more difficult than what it is. Pipeline Deals is very simple and straightforward, and for the money, is a fantastic value!

Pros: The user interface is easy to navigate and the filtering ability is what we need to kickstart the deal. The color is not too sharp nor distracting. It is a great place to log all client messages so at a later time we can come back and review them anytime we want.

Cons: Sometimes it would be nice to have a feature to group specific people, they could be in the same team. It would be great to be able to compare teams' performance to make people more excited about what they are doing. It will also be nice if we can manually input the deal's percentage on our own. Sometimes a slightly more user friendly user interface would be nice as well.

Recommendations to other buyers: Keeping track of all our email threads, also seeing the team's progress on specific deals. The ability to add how much potential revenue we can get from the deal is a wonderful feature to have. Pros: I like the easily compiled reporting. It as API access, so we can develop custom software to integrate with our other software platforms and automate a lot of our processes.

Cons: I wish I could more easily view the dashboard reports for the previous month. Once the month is over, that view is unable to be seen again (at least as far as I know of). I also wish "Contacts" (or people, whatever), could be assigned to multiple companies. Sometimes the same person works at and/or owns multiple businesses that need to remain separated. As it stands, we either need duplicate contacts, or empty companies (no contacts).
