Pros easy to use, and real-time synchronization helped to reduce the lead time in delivery. Inventory management becomes much easier with OMS. The shipment tracking also helped to keep a proper track of when goods will be delivered to the customers and are updated in real-time. Warehouse management becomes robust which in turn saved huge costs for us. Cons Import-export management and bill of lading features can be strengthened. Also, I feel some lack in its integration capabilities. If ignored these OMS is the best product.
