I post bills for multiple entities and this software is very convenient for that. **Pros:** Can post one bill for multiple entities, love the AI module, and the software is pretty easy to use. **Cons:** Dealing with the AI not reading the invoices correctly (especially the hand written work orders) or summing up all line items into one line item. That said, the experience comes with a constant asterisk: almost every feature worth having is a separate add-on, and the price tag keeps growing as Sage rolls out new capabilities. You sign for one number and end up evaluating add-on quotes every renewal. Once you accept that pricing reality and get past the implementation learning curve, the core system does its job well — but go in with eyes open about the true long-term cost. **Pros:** The dimensions-based reporting is the biggest win for us. We can slice financials by department, location, and project without creating a bloated chart of accounts. Building custom reports and dashboards is straightforward once you learn the report writer, and everything updates in real time instead of waiting on an Excel export. Support has always been able to solve my issues. **Cons:** The biggest frustration is that nearly every meaningful feature is a paid add-on. Basic project tracking is included, but the published capabilities you actually want? Add-on. AI features? Add-on. General journal auto-reconciliation? Add-on. Closing automation? Add-on. Every improvement or new capability they roll out and market seems to come with a separate SKU and another line on the invoice, so the "all-in" cost keeps creeping up well past what you signed for.
