I like that Intacct has many reporting styles and formats that allow me to complete everyday job tasks with ease and accuracy.

Cons

I wish Intacct had more filters available on certain reports as well as the Print/Email Documents page.

If you happen to find a helpful person who is able to accomplish what you need, keep their direct contact info because trying to get help through the random pool of customer service is horrible.

There were definitely some bugs when implementing the product, but over time, everything was fixed, and now the product works great.

Very neat user interface and easy to navigate.

Cons

When inputting bills into A/P, you can only use tab to navigate. If you hit enter by accident, you lose all the information.

I was connected to come in and get implementation back on track,. Excellent accounting package for working for a global company. Excellent revenue recognition module

Cons

Tough to find training on this software package, however with guides its is possible to self study.
