Very user friendly and user can use this with minimal accounting knowledge. "Help on this Page" is great helping hand.

Cons

Fixed Asset Module is not effective. It takes too much time to download the report. No easy option if records are more than 20k for depreciation schedules

we switched from QBO to intacct in 2019 and after learning how to speak intacct, we are smooth sailing

Pros

intacct is the gold standard of accounting software and is AICPA approved so it has the aiblities to do more than most

Cons

customer support is not great. you try to post on the forums and you are usually told to just log a support case (which you have to pay for). systems like QBO have been around longer so there online forums are way more helpful. also you have to learn the intacct language to be able to use it properly, which takes time

Good, but could be better with more training and support. I wish I had more support to set up my own reports.

Pros

Integration with Cargas. Alot of reporting tools. We are able to log in anywhere since it is cloud based.

Cons

It is very hard to set up reports. I am not able to select specific dates to run reports. I have tried to set up reports but not too successful

I like that it’s very user friendly and it has everything my company needs. I like the ability to attach files to every record.

I don’t have anything that I don’t like. I just need to learn more about report writing other than that the experience has been great

I haven't found another software that measures up. Its one odnthe best software out there for Nonprofits.

Pros

It s functionality and the ability to build custom reports. has significantly streamlined our accounting operations at Investa Services by automating manual processes, improving accuracy, and providing real-time financial visibility. As a result, our team is able to close books faster, make more informed decisions, and focus more on strategic initiatives rather than routine administrative tasks.

Cons

The cost but it's worth the investment. I would like to see a mid-market product for smaller organizations. Something that competes with QBO.

Great. We transitioned from quickbooks with no issues. The issues we’ve had, have begun slowly getting resolved with new updates

Pros

Being able to use enter company allocations, and the open API allows integrations with ADP and ramp and any other software

Cons

There were some software limitations that the company that it looks like they’re resolving. No allocations on credit cards

The cost of new software programs can be a factor in implementing. Generally, the costs have been reasonable, but for smaller organizations it will take some planning to move forward.

Well, you love it. I think it’s one of the better products around and the want for a reliable customer. Service experience is met by Sage.

Pros

I like the user friendliness of the program. Easy to build a reports and be able to make decisions off of those reports for program staff.

Cons

I think there was a little turbulence with the integration, but that was more of an external thing however, getting us back on track was very easy with the help of the ticketing system in sage.

It is okay, there are a lot of benefits to using but i also find that there a few things that needs looking into to make this user friendly.

Pros

Easy VAT reporting, Smart rules have been a game changer for us! Also like the fact that we can pull consolidated reports on our different entities.

Cons

Debtors/creditors age analysis report is set on days not months ... probably the most frustrating part. Cannot process a refund on a supplier/customer... silly !

Sage has been amazing! We went from a 15 day close down to 3! The reporting is detailed and gives us all the necessary information we need to help give our Managers accurate data fast!

Pros

Intacct is user friendly and has all the tools to help make the finance team successful. The customer reports help make the financial close a breeze!

Cons

There is no way to have a invoice posting date be current and the GL date be back dated if we are adding discounts to an invoice.

Extremely happy, always my first choice, have been using for years for multiple companies, would not change.

Pros

User friendly, the best reports that allow you to drill down into each entry- multi date income and balance reports, upload payroll

Cons

Customer support can be difficult to get through to if you’re in Canada- sometimes you can get transferred a few times.

Great software as it has revolutionized our close, reporting and overall financial operations. We are now 6 days to full FP&A vs 20.

Pros

Our ability to integrate it into our firm operating system sofware. It also handles all of the financial reporting I need. I appreciate the subscription method flexibility as well.

Cons

Reporting is dificult. It took us some time to learn the core of the system and how different modules interact.

The entire experience with has been truly awful. The sales team is slick and convincing, but the product is convoluted and overly complicated, to the point that any company without 10 full time staff accountants who grew up using Sage Intacct will be wasting their money. Unless you are a Fortune 500 company that actually doesn't care about your accounting staff, steer clear of this product.

Pros

There is really not a lot of good I can say about . I could compliment their sales staff since they are pretty effective as sounding like it's a good product. They pretend to do their due diligence in matching the customer needs to the product, so I suppose acting is a strength as well.

Cons

We presented our use case to the company and the product they connected us with is completely useless for what we need to do. The onboarding and configuration was handled so poorly that we haven't been able to close our books for almost a year. Quite frankly, a basic subscription to QBO (15x less expensive) will add more value to your company than . When we expressed our concerns about the utility of the product the response was basically, "sorry, you bought it, so deal with it."

Dashboards, consolidations, and checklist are amazing to use and the dashboards are helpful for our clients.

The consolidations not allowing you to click into an account easily so you can get the GL details for them.

We've had a tough time with our account manager during renewals. Each team member has also had a tough time learning the system.

Pros

More cost effective than Netsuite by about 50%. It integrates fairly well with the rest of our platforms.

Cons

The platform is quite clunky and hard to use. Our whole time had a pretty steep learning curve trying to figure out how to use it. Our account manager has also been terrible - screwing up our renewals.

Everything works very well and my team has adopted the system quickly. I have received no complaints from my team.

Pros

Ease of use. The system is very easy to use and everyone seems to enjoy it. Reporting is also easy to build

Cons

Cost is a little expensive. The price is pretty comparable to most large ERP systems, but many smaller ERP's come in with a cheaper price tag
