### "Sophisticated and customizable software."

July 10, 2022

4.0

My overall experience with Wrike has been pleasant and satisfactory. It is a very high quality and advanced product, although it is costly and difficult to learn. My firm has realized many benefits from using Wrike and we have improved our overall productivity.

Pros

I very much enjoyed the level of customization that is available with Wrike. It is not a cookie cutter service or fixed platform. I can create folders with a priority level for each set of tasks or projects. Our schedule can be transformed into a visual time line and Wrike helps us identify possible issues or conflicts before they happen. We can work together and communicate in real time. The customer service is exceptional and help is available to us at all times. Wrike has exceeded our expectations for quality and features.

Cons

Wrike is not easy to learn and it is very expensive. The immense volume of options and features are overwhelming and confusing.

### "When it comes to managing projects, Wrike is top-notch"

February 14, 2023

4.0

Wrike is a powerful and simple tool for managing projects. The platform is user-friendly, and it comes equipped with a variety of tools that simplify teamwork and project administration. The analytics and reports are also quite helpful for seeing the big picture of a project.

Pros

Thanks to the platform's flexibility, I've been able to centralize and simplify a great deal of my work. The most exciting feature is the seamless real-time communication and team overview that it provides. In sum, if you're wanting to increase productivity and better manage your workload, Wrike is a tool I'd strongly suggest.

Cons

If I had to select one thing, it would be that all the features and options may seem overwhelming at first. It took me some time to learn how to maximize the effectiveness of each feature.

I'm quite pleased with this purchase. There are several benefits to using this program, but the one I appreciate the most is the increased efficiency it has brought to my staff. It has significantly improved our efficiency by helping us keep track of our many ongoing projects and duties. The platform is feature-rich and simple to use.

### "Wrike - PM Backbone"

June 14, 2023

4.0

Wrike has been the primary tool through which our project management and finance are managed, hence its been vital and enhancements done every year is contributing to the betterment and the way we manage the teams/departments.

Pros

Wrike is easy to use and manage project management, Wrike team is already working on the roadmap based on the customers feedback, every year we have discussions and client interactions which makes us feel that we are listened, Wrike also offers excellent integration options and makes things more flexible and adoptable. Wrike most interested features are the different views, workload, Time log, dashboards and reports. The new feature for 2023 is light speed and automations which are really helping the team to management the multiple task and projects

Cons

Automation of time log and notification/triggers can be added based on the defaulters on timesheet for employees whose workload is less/more than the required working hours. Custom fields restrictions was recently removed and made better for reports

### "Helpful for Small Agency Business"

March 14, 2023

4.0

It's been a great product to use, but again the pricing for added seats is annoying.

Pros

Project set up is a breeze, but I know we don't use all of Wrike's features to the maximum. The time tracking is good, but there are glitches as well if you don't complete a time entry and traveling away from the product temporarily. In general, it is easy to use but could use more initial set up support to learn to maximize all of the features.

Cons

I wish you could enter time in a grid format as well. I tend to not enter my time daily so it makes it a laborious process to dig through each client and project to find the appropriate task for entry. I also hate that I can't buy individual seats. As a small agency, I just needed two seats but had to purchase 5. That's a massive waste of limited resources.

### "Marketing Agency Buyer Beware"

March 27, 2021

1.0

Buyer beware if you're a marketing agency looking at Wrike for PM tool. We engaged Wrike to help us solve some very specific issues in which we outlined in detail during our numerous calls with sales rep. He showed us high-level that we could solve for our needs in his demo account which was not set-up to be agency-specific. He gave us test access and we tested as much as we knew how to test not understanding how to use the system but was reassured by the sales rep over and over again that Wrike could solve our needs. We decided to proceed with Wrike and even purchase the onboarding package so that someone could train us on how to use the system. The first onboarding rep we were given had literally zero clue how agency operations were set-up. We again outlined everything we needed Wrike to accomplish for our business and we left our first session feeling like we made a big mistake. We were given a second onboarding rep who was a lot better however, after three sessions, he couldn't even help us with solving our needs. To his credit, he tried so many workarounds but the system still wasn't working for what we made very clear we needed it to do. For reference these are the items we stated numerous times we needed this system to solve for: 1. transparency with clients being able to plan out ongoing marketing plans (solved only 50%) 2. track time and effort to be able to track workload (solved) 3. track ongoing month-over-month retainer budgets and products clients (not accurate

### "A very complete tool"

March 16, 2022

4.0

Overall I am happy, just reduce the cost and the reporting section and we would have a winning software.

Pros

The functionality of the gannt charts is the best thing about Wrike. It has levels of depth, you can attach documents, set permissions and authorize from within the software, it makes it very independent and you don't really need other management tools.

Cons

Their reports are not the best. I think they could improve this section (a lot).

### "We used Wrike, but we strike it out later on"

September 30, 2022

4.0

Fair enough. I mean, I can recommend it. But not as confident as the one we are using now. But if the using thinks Wrike has what it takes, then they can go with it. Overall, I can use it for sure. But I recommend it cautiously.

Pros

Typically wrike provides you with all the basics of a PMS - gantt, table, kanban, calendar, listing etc. Great for simplier task management and even to those elaborate ones. Nice task organizations, searchability etc...

Cons

Customer support. CS is a bit resistive when it comes to suggestions. User interface is not that comely as compared to say, Monday.com. Knowledge Base. Need those stuff a little accessible. You still need to go deep dive to get the exact troubleshooting guide. User Interface. PMS is notoriously known to have messy interface, but Wrike just made it to the next level. You need a little bit of a learning curve to master their interface.

Reason for choosing Wrike

No, we did choose Wrike to test it out. Not really to use it for good. We did left wrike after a year of using it.

### "Wrike for Small Hospital Marketing Department"

March 8, 2023

5.0

I am very pleased with Wrike. Everyone is on the same page with a clear expectation of deadlines and participation. If I could get everyone to use it at all times within the department and with our clients, it would be seamless. That's an internal issue, not a Wrike issue!

Pros

I like that all communications are recorded in Wrike and make for an easy reference in case of questions. I really like the accountability it creates for outside parties using the application with our department. This has shut down a lot of "I didn't say that's" since we've implemented the program.

Cons

I would like to see the ability to insert documents such as Word or photos into the markup area of the online proofs. There are times where this would be more helpful than referencing a document that you have attached to the library.

### "The project/task management tool I was I had 10 yrs ago."

January 25, 2023

5.0

Our company needed a better solution than a bunch of excel spreadsheets and endless emails to manage our tasks and projects. Wrike has allowed our small company to get better organized by dept and still provide the communication and transparency needed for everyone to submit requests, manage tasks and keep track of what is getting done by each dept or employee if needed.

Pros

The tools is easy to use online or mobile device. You can create assign or communicate with others any where any time.

Cons

It's pricey so other than that I love everything else about this tool

Reason for choosing Wrike

It seemed like the most flexible and customizable tool for the different workflows each dept has.

### "Ideal for managing and sharing tasks within my team."

April 4, 2023

4.0

Excellent display settings and notification function for easy plan management. Sharing the plan with the whole team is easy, and person-hour control and input can be graphed and analyzed. It is very convenient to display the list of tasks in a table format, and avoiding overwork for each person in charge is possible. We can see at a glance what needs to be done first, such as things that are close to deadlines, so you can review the work assignment without a team and deal with the things that have the most recent deadlines first. Until now, each individual's work was reported as a to-do, but now all team members can understand it by looking at the list.

Pros

Besides the Kanban-style visualization, I like viewing the task list in a list or table. Tasks can be managed intuitively in the Kanban format, but sorting them by deadline or person in charge isn't easy. If it is a table display, you can create a list for each person in order to see who is overworked and distribute the work within the team.

Cons

I feel there are fewer linked services than other tools. It would be convenient to be notified by external email or chat when a task is added, or the status is updated. Alternatively, such a linking tool may already exist. Still, there are few users compared to other tools, and even if you search for a manual as the optimal customization method, you may not be able to find it.

Because it is a cloud application, you can view and share your project tasks outside the company. Because you can leave comments in chat format, where you can share information within the project.

The functions, points and person-hours that contributed to the problem can be analyzed by plotting the person-hours, which makes it easier to understand how long each process took and how much difference there was from the initial plan.

### "Wrike makes it easy to set up workflows for teamwork"

August 2, 2023

4.0

Thanks to Wrike, we're sending fewer emails and working more efficiently in real time together. Wrike facilitates the creation of efficient workflows for the transfer of tasks between groups. The approval process is simple. Wrike's flexible display options are useful for a wide variety of situations.

Pros

Our company has adopted Wrike at an epidemic rate. Wrike was initially implemented in a subset of our business for project management, but is now used across the board in both our operations and development teams. Plus, everything progressed naturally. In my opinion, that sums up Wrike well.

Cons

Analytical value addition has been harder to achieve than I had anticipated. The data and means to access it are available. The learning curve is relatively steep when it comes to mastering the skills necessary to extract it.

### "Wrike is a game changer when it comes to team collaboration"

August 10, 2024

5.0

Wrike helps us share knowledge and divide tasks with my team. It is easy to log in and check the tasks that need attention. It keeps everyone informed and allows users to contribute even when they are away from work.

Pros

Wrike is easy to set up, esp. for users switching from another project management platform. All the team members can pick tasks and upload files when they are done, making it easy to keep tabs on every project. It saves our time and helps me monitor my team and assign tasks even my home office.

Cons

Some team members upload their scripts and forget to move the cards. There is no way around it so they have to move the task cards to ensure the platform reflects the current project status. Automating the car movement could probably solve the problem. It does not look modern for users looking for attractive platforms.

### "Simplified planning and tracking"

August 28, 2023

5.0

Wrike has proven to be an invaluable resource and the benefits in terms of organization, productivity and collaboration are significant.

Pros

I like how it allows projects to be broken down into manageable tasks and assigned to individual team members; this has greatly improved organization and productivity. The ability to customize dashboards and workflows is perfectly suited to our specific needs. The time tracking and progress reports are incredibly useful for keeping everyone on track and for productivity review.

Cons

While Wrike is powerful, its complexity can be overwhelming at first and some advanced features are accessible only on the most expensive plans.

### "Wrike is an excellent option for managing projects"

August 3, 2023

4.0

Wrike has been the answer to many of our challenges with managing tasks and projects. As a result, we are better able to give clients realistic timelines based on our team's actual capacity each week. As items and dates are rescheduled, the Gantt Chart features of the program allow us to keep our clients updated on the status of their projects without over-promising.

Pros

The capacity to handle a number of different customers and projects simultaneously. Workflows can be improved by the addition of subtasks and recurring tasks. Wrike helps me organize and assign work to my team with ease. In order to guarantee the highest level of service for each of our patrons.

Cons

Notifications are difficult to set up on the Desktop app. If someone tags me in something, I'll get a notification right away, but after that, I won't get any more.

### "Excellent tool for project and idea management, but might be better"

January 15, 2023

4.0

The goal of Wrike is for our design team to acquire work assignments and status reports and inform stakeholders when the project is completed. Open communication with all employees on challenges and duties affecting the firm. Project deadlines and updates are provided to management in one location. Too frequently, there is uncertainty about who has what job to perform, and once we have the entire team completely integrated into Wrike, this will be much easier.

Pros

Wrike makes it simple to interact across corporate teams. The best feature is that followers for a certain job are notified when the status changes. I like the availability of training resources since it really aids in the application of the programme. I'll never miss a deadline again thanks to the reminders, and I'll be able to divide my work more effectively because I know what's coming. I really like the effort points area, where I can estimate the effort required for a certain activity using my sprint workload.

Cons

We must update the status of each ticket in Wrike. I believe that a better distinction of the duties of folders and projects would be beneficial since certain users in my company struggle to comprehend the optimal pathways for separating. I'd want to see the process of adding tasks in each sprint become more simplified. I'll check in after this review to see what more Wrike has to offer. I honestly believed that the system was for submitting job requests.

### "More possibilities than you may be taking advantage of."

October 19, 2021

5.0

Wrike was very helpful for creating and duplicating project processes, and for understanding who is in charge of what, etc. I wish as an organization that we had gotten off on a better foot and invested in substantial Wrike training for the whole team as well as training for any new hires in order to get everyone consistently using the tool.

Pros

Personally, I love the interface and found it fairly intuitive after using the program for a short while. As with any new software or tool, it takes a little bit to understand all the features, but when everyone is on board, Wrike is a fantastic tool for managing current projects and also serves as a great archive of past work that is easy to search and duplicate for similar projects. The customer service is also fantastic.

Cons

When I came onboard, the software was being used exclusively to manage Graphic Design projects, which was very helpful in that respect, but because the rest of the team wasn't using it for other task or project management, it was grossly underutilized, and there was HUGE resistance to using it. It works well when everyone is using it, but if some are and some aren't, it can start to feel like an added layer of clunk to already clunky workflows. But I guess that's more of a people problem than a Wrike problem.

### "A Versatile Project Management Platform With Rich Features and Functions"

September 15, 2023

5.0

Wrike provides a virtual platform where any team member can access relevant task, complete it, and attach documents for others to do their part. Our remote content writers can pick jobs and submit on time from home, which helps us meet deadlines even if only a few are in our office. Since every task is visible to every team member, we usually don't hold meetings since everyone can see the tasks at hand, their deadline, members available, and the requirement of each task. This enhances productivity without too much follow up emails, calls, or meetings.

Pros

Wrike has a simple and user-friendly design that display various features required for effective project management. The drag-and-drop function makes it stand out because it is easy to understand. Wrike allows a team of coworkers to access from anywhere, collaborate, share tasks, comments, files, and track time spent on a project. You can use it for different projects where individual efforts are needed to achieve a common goal. You don't have to be physically there to monitor a project or collaborate with others.

Cons

It can be hard to follow minor changes especially when you have fairly large team and a project with a tight deadline. Choosing the ideal workflow was challenging when we were starting out since most of the team members forgot about moving the cards. If your project has many stages/ phases, you cannot adjust the size of the content to see all the columns so you have to scroll across to see what is not visible on the screen.

### "A software that promotes efficiency at work with great ease of use."

January 5, 2023

5.0

We have been using it for more than 2 years, and since the implementation everything has gone as expected, it is a very consolidated software that improves the monitoring of tasks and projects as a work team, since it promotes efficiency by granting individual responsibilities for the realization of group projects.

Pros

I love that we can collaborate as a team in a very fluid way, since it allows excellent task and project management with a lot of work integration, it has an interface suitable for first users, the assignment of responsibilities within tasks and projects makes everything happen quickly, which allows great productivity in the different departments that are used.

Cons

I don't think I have any negative experiences with Wrike, as the feature set has met our needs, the mobile version is very good and speeds up productivity when not in the office, the product is affordable and offers many features different from similar software.

### "Effective remote project management assistance with teamwork concepts consolidation"

January 20, 2022

5.0

When it comes to project management, wrike the best because it makes it easier for teams to work together and for me to manage events. Using Wrike, everyone can implement the most effective project management methods, which primarily focus on establishing an integrated system that enables team members to understand their responsibilities and complete them fully and on time.

Pros

Wrike allows users to sort projects based on their status, which is displayed in the form of an integrated workflow diagram that includes completed activities, those still in progress, and what is to be completed in the future. In addition, Wrike provides various ready-made templates that may be quickly changed to meet the demands of the project team. We can see who is working on what, who needs support, or what is hindering the project. The team is regularly alerted when a task is modified or when someone needs to answer a specific query, ensuring that all operations are constantly monitored.

Cons

There is nothing worth mentioning, Wrike suits everyone with their different specialties and project needs, designed in a way that allows the user to communicate from anywhere and store all data and updates, which contributes to improving the quality of follow-up of all tasks and direct communication between all team members remotely and with high efficiency.

### "Solid Software - Requires Setup to Reach Full Potential"

January 4, 2021

4.0

We have solved a lot of problems.. But overall, we have solved project tracking. Working in the consumer good industry means we are constantly working on products and they are always in different stages of development. With Wrike we are better able to keep track of where we are at with projects as well as store all the needed information for them in one convenient location.

Pros

What I like most about Wrike is the ability to manage a variety of documents within projects. In Wrike, you are able to link documents from other sources (i.e. Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, servers, etc..). This is extremely useful for us because we use Dropbox for all our projects. Because our projects often need to be updated or changed, it is important to only have one save location for these projects. With Wrike, we can link these files to their specific projects, but when the files are updated they auto-update and repopulate in the wrike project folders. We have found this features to be extremely useful and essential to our work flow.

Cons

The biggest downside to Wrike is the amount of work you have to do to really set your projects up well. However, this is the case with most software use for tracking projects/tasks. While for me, this is a downside, there is a plus to it. You can choose how in-depth each project goes and make templates to quickly launch projects.

Reason for choosing Wrike

We did our research and Wrike seemed like the best option for a convenient price.

Pros

I appreciate that Wrike provides us with features and tools to make our jobs easier. I also appreciate how well the graphical interface works, and how you can utilize it to improve your output. I had a great time, and I like the variety of tools and functions available.

Cons

Even if Wrike lacks the features described so far, its usage and application adds value and guarantees the activities without any problems. I would want it to have these features.

With Wrike's customizable features, you can establish progress bars on tasks, track the progress of individual tasks visually, regulate who has access to what information, and have a greater feeling of control over your project.
