### "I like Wrike!"

March 1, 2023

4.0

Wrike has many great features and is continuously being improved. Customer Service is wonderful.

Pros

Wrike is great as project management tool for the many smaller projects we manage. Sharing files for information within tasks is invaluable as is the option for feedback and the Approval function. We use these constantly.

Cons

I wish the reporting ability was more robust and customizable, the automation was more adaptable and allowed for more variables.

### "Get the most of your days and businesses "

April 25, 2023

5.0

With its unimaginable features, Wrike can for sure boost your productivity, move your business to new levels and mainly help get the most of your work and day. Everything is one place, at one glance, you can get what is active, what is overdue, what is lagging and what is hopefully done. Ideal for meetings, businesses, workflow through pre-built templates, done-for-you schedules, roles and particularly its notifications.

Pros

A wonderful platforms to get the most of your day, work and even business! Wrike clusters your projects, tasks, objectives, meetings and even commercial interests in one place; it really helps enhace your productivity through tracking your tasks, giving an overview on the progress of your daily activities; it even helps report your progress and share it with teams. For beginners, Wrike offers pre-built templates for different projects. Unlike its rivals, Trello and Todoist, Wrike has all in one place: create or assign tasks and to-do-lists, update your activities and even drag and drop feature.

Cons

Actually, it is dificult to help bring this task management platform down. Almost all functionalities are there in one place, pleasant interface to reach everything in one click, but Wrike would be perfect if it add chat feature.

### "Wrike, the easiest way to manage projects"

June 14, 2023

4.0

Further, Wrike's flexible platform has provided us with greater command over internal and external project management, allowing us to centralize our resources and remove an extra layer of complexity from our team's collaborative efforts by doing away with email and spreadsheets.

Pros

Wrike's many helpful features for organizing projects and coordinating with others are much appreciated. Our organization has significantly reduced the time and effort required for new customer and employee onboarding by leveraging visual tools such as work assignment, time tracking, and more.

Cons

I don't like that Wrike doesn't integrate with other information sharing apps like Microsoft Teams or that it doesn't let team leaders set up tasks for their teams.

### "Wrike is great for project management"

March 14, 2023

4.0

Overall Wrike has been wonderful for my team. It keeps everyone in sync with current assignments and progress.

Pros

Custom fields are critical for tracking the exact data my team needs. Multiple views are possible depending how you work with the tasks. Wrike Proof is awesome for reviewing assets and tracking comments/feedback. General ease of use is wonderful. My team picked it up in no time and are now pros.

Cons

I wish there were more custom display options like conditional formatting of task titles and Gantt chart colors. That would make viewing and tracking large projects much faster.

### "Collaboration and efficiency in our work team thanks to Wrike."

January 7, 2023

5.0

We have had more positive experiences than with other similar software, since it allows a great integration of the work team to be totally fluid in each task and project. We have not presented delays in the delivery of projects, because the functions are adequate for each member to comply with what is required.

Pros

It is good to use Wrike, because it allows team collaboration to be efficient, without delays and without communication problems between the work team, this system allows us to have everyone working for the same goal, it is very good for assigning individual responsibilities and monitoring the performance of the tasks, the interface and the quality of the results that we achieve with Wrike make it an indispensable software in our company.

Cons

It is a software that is well done, so we have not detected errors in the time that we have been using it and it has integrated very well into our work group.

### "Extremely helpful for organizing daily responsibilities and generating reports on workflow."

May 19, 2022

5.0

Wrike makes it simple for me to preserve project data, as seen by the fact that I was able to keep track of all of my projects, easily save revisions to those projects, and effortlessly extract the reports that were required.

Pros

You won't have to worry about any of the complexities that come along with managing your projects and processes on a regular basis when you use Wrike. I like how simple it is to create a project board and get started on arranging the work program as well as the beginning and end dates for the project. Using the communication features, which enable you to discuss updates with your coworkers as well as take notes, is another one of my favorite things to do. Wrike will save all of the information in an organized fashion, which will make it much easier for you to comprehend how your workflow works.

Cons

For my part, I have not run into any serious issues because the workflow charts that I follow with my coworkers are rather straightforward. They consist of only a few actions that must be completed in a relatively short amount of time. However, in my opinion, if you have a significant number of activities, you may run into issues when attempting to link them as well as when attempting to make modifications.

### "Fully Customizable"

March 21, 2023

4.0

Wrike allows collaboration among all our Marketing and Communications team members allowing for us to keep all project information in one place and have a seamless experience which is essential when we all work remotely.

Pros

Wrike covers the full spectrum of project management from intake forms, to project assignment and management, to file review, to communication. I love how customizable everything is to meet our needs and the ability to automate project assignment using Blueprints.

Cons

When setting up forms, there isn't the ability to change a question format after starting to create it which can be frustrating. Also, we have encountered an issue where users aren't given notifications that a task was assigned to them when the task was assigned in the blueprint but then a project was created based on the blueprint. And while I love how customizable Wrike is, this also makes it a bit cumbersome to manage and understand how everything interacts with each other.

### "Improving tracking and collaboration in SaaS implementation"

March 7, 2023

5.0

Aside from the product, which is the best fit we've found for our implementation project management, the Wrike success and support teams are excellent. We've been able to self-support substantial changes in our configuration, but when the expert touch has been required we've found their teams to be responsive, patient, and thorough.

Pros

Love the flexibility in supporting different project types, through custom "objects" (tasks, projects, folders) and custom workflows. This flexibility does not detract from a consistent UX from project-to-project, because of straightforward UI elements to manage status updates, comments, etc.

Cons

Reporting seems very locked down relative to the rest of the suite. The UI for creating custom reports and adding custom fields is overly complicated IMO, especially when it comes to filtering for specific date or other data ranges.

Reason for choosing Wrike

Custom fields and object types to support distinct project requirements. Reporting, although limitedin both cases, still allowed for more customization in Wrike.

### "Brought us out of the dark ages"

February 9, 2021

5.0

Before Wrike, we were using custom software that looked and worked like it was built when the internet was first invented. But our workflow was so massive, complicated, and time-intensive, we thought it would be impossible to update seamlessly and bring all our files, past, and current projects to a new system. Wrike customer service worked with us every step of the way to help build out the new processes, through testing and multiple revisions, to get it up and running as quickly and painlessly as possible.

Pros

The ability to customize each step of the workflow is most important for us. And the fact that customer service is always available, quick and willing to help, has made all the difference.

Cons

Scheduling tasks on the calendar could be expanded. In our case, each user has their own due dates for their section of a project, but currently the only way to map all these dates on the calendar is to split each project into multiple sub-projects, which quickly turns into a cumbersome and overwhelmingly big folder. It also makes the relevant conversations and files more difficult to track down, since they might be lost in any of these subtasks.

Reason for choosing Wrike

Ability to customize project flow to meet our needs and budgeting to have as many users as possible were the two major deciding factors why we chose Wrike.

### "Wrike- workflow automation"

October 31, 2023

4.0

I've used Wrike for some time to manage various events and marketing projects, with the added bonus of its well-designed dashboard feature. These dashboards provide a consoldated view of my work and that of my colleagues, helping us stay organized and on top of our tasks.

Pros

Wrike is a tool that can be very practical for managing both individual and team tasks. In my experience, its graphical interface is easy to use and simplifies the daily management of tasks and projects, making it easy to assign tasks, add descriptions, and set start and end dates. I like its task trackng feature, which allows me to monitor tasks in progress, pending, completed, and even canceled.

Cons

Adjusting to Wrike's way of doing things can be a challenge for beginners. Additionally, there are occasional issues with server speed.

### "It does fit the bill for heavy work flow."

April 13, 2022

Time tracking is not a feature that is in every task manager on the market, it is something I appreciate about Wrike. I recommend this tool for having more professional features and better reports, including: \*Better analysis functions \*Better project assignment

Pros

1\. Flexible environment configuration. 2. Improved visualization of the actual workload capacity of the team. 3. Folders can be created which are dedicated to be shared only with relevant team members. 4. Views can be changed 5. Reporting panel 6. It is cloud-based and allows access to content anytime, anywhere. 7. Communication is greatly improved. 8. It is a valuable tool for workflow reporting and tracking. 9. Integrates with other software.

Cons

The Gantt chart is not intuitive, and I would like completed projects to be hidden from the tasks in progress.

Pros

I love the automation features. When the first part of the project is complete, it automatically switches over and pings the next group of individuals so that they can begin. ### "Wrike Is a Must Have Tool for Project Management"

March 14, 2023

Overall the experience is very nice and helpful for project management. Wrike doesn't offer any pretty animations or other cool graphics/gifs, etc ... it's straight to business.

Pros

Once deployed and your Space is setup, Wrike makes the management of project easy, especially with Templates for recurring projects.

Cons

For someone without some degree of understanding of deployment and setup, Wrike would be difficult to implement. The ability to mass edit tasks is lacking.

### "Excellent resource for designing cross-functional projects"

December 5, 2022

5.0

The reporting and dashboard are nice. In my position, I require immediate access to information about which projects are on track or in danger, and Wrike gives me that access. I can handle all project-related communications and scheduling in one location with Wrike. I may quickly change the timetable thanks to the functionality by selecting a date.

Pros

Wrike is a project management application with a wide range of features without being too complex. With Wrike, you can do almost anything you could ever want to in the world of project management, yet it isn't so overused that it has a steep learning curve. Furthermore, the Wrike YouTube channel provides a wealth of information for the more difficult tasks.

Cons

There may be greater room for user personalization on the home page. There is a lot of room taken up by the huge Inbox panel and the large tiles. The user could make better use of all the places on the home page if any could be enlarged. There may be a wider scroll bar. The fact that Wrike prohibits assigning points to individual tasks is somewhat troublesome. Because of this, it is quite challenging for our project managers to acquire a complete picture of the significance of the assignments we are working on.

### "Wrike makes managing multiple projects easy"

February 28, 2023

4.0

Overall, I am very happy with Wrike. It makes managing the projects easy. Working with our resources and communicating about the task with descriptions, files and @mentions make communicating easy.

Pros

I am responsible for multiple complex client projects. We are able to easily create a project plan that is visible to both clients and internal resources. The ability to create tasks and assign them to different departments or individuals is easy.

Cons

Some of the improvements that the team makes seem to be more UI than detail functionality. We have worked closely with Wrike to give them a list of improvements and very little of the list are integrated. The board view has issues - we have worked around them, but if the board view could move sub-tasks to different statuses' that would make it a lot easier for our resources to use it as a KanBan board. There really needs to be a better way to search for files associated to a project, the Files view does not do that.

### "Exceptional product but hard to learn!"

July 8, 2022

4.0

Overall Wrike is a high quality and advanced project management tool. It is not lacking in features by any means. If you're not extremely experienced with this type of software it may take a while for you to learn how to use it or realize its full potential.

Pros

I love the visual aids for planning and scheduling! I also love the custom workflows and customisable dashboard with the drag and drop / pin feature. Wrike really helps you stay organized and plan ahead even if you have complex tasks that involve multiple people. One thing that surprised me is that Wrike marks who made changes to what. This was not offered in previous products I've used. Wrike provides KPI tracking which is very helpful when trying to identify how you can improve.

Cons

Unfortunately the ease of use and deployment for Wrike are huge cons. It's simply not easy to navigate. There are several other features on Wrike that I was excited to use however I've barely learned how to use the simple aspects.

### "Very simple task management tool"

March 7, 2023

4.0

Pros

I manage a Marketing Operations team focused on executing campaigns for our global DG teams & sending out business critical messages to our customers at a large enterprise organization. Wrike is a critical tool for managing all the requests which come to our team. It is helpful to have intake forms which create tasks in a centralized area that I can assign to individuals on my team.

Cons

The Wrike system relies on a folder structure which has caused us lots of headaches in ways we can't always anticipate. When you create a task, or one comes in via a form, it is assigned a folder which can be helpful to have all associated tasks in one place. However, in order to share a task with someone, you have to share the entire folder with them in order for them to see the task. What if you don't want to share the entire folder with them and only want to share that specific task? When it comes to reporting, you have to choose the right folders to include in your reports and it's easy to forget to include a folder in your report. Additionally, who knows if all the tasks in the right folder? How would we even find this out? It would be easier if the folder system went away and instead we could just add tags to things, the sharing requirements are really a pain in the butt. Also, the automations are lacking. We can't, for example, create an automation which says "whenever X event task is created via a form with due date Y, make a sub task due on Y-10 days." We have to manually put in the due date for all subtasks which is quite annoying. You also can't do automations involving custom fields.

### "Decent project management for marketing teams. "

March 14, 2023

3.0

I've used Wrike for a couple of years and think it's a decent tool. The biggest thing is ensuring adoption across the team. I'll say this, don't buy tech to support a non-existent process. Build the process first and then shop for a tool to help automate it, not the other way around.

Pros

I like that Wrike is fully customizable.

Cons

We use several different project management tools across the org which causes confusion around the source of truth. If I could do it over again, I would standardize the project management tool being used.

### "It has everything you need for streamlined management of projects and tasks"

March 25, 2023

4.0

Wrike is an invaluable tool that has improved our organization's ability to manage projects and tasks. It contains functional features and tools that help team members work together in real-time. On the other hand, it provides tools that improve team communication, assisting the members to remain in sync and updated on the status of ongoing activities and projects. Overall, the experience was good since we could streamline our processes and save valuable time.

Pros

Wrike has been well-received by its users and has proven to be an effective tool for project management. It has a sleek design and is simple to use. It's a breeze to delegate and keep tabs on work, and team members can easily communicate with one another to stay in sync. Wrike also has analysis and reporting capabilities that can help you keep tabs on project development with minimal effort. Wrike's ability to generate Gantt charts and prompt notifications upon job completion makes it ideal for managing complex projects. You may personalize the widgets and make dashboards for yourself or your team.

Cons

Wrike's cost is a major stumbling block; this may be prohibitive for some users or smaller businesses. More indices and charts would facilitate follow-ups.

### "Functionally adequate but UI needs improvement"

November 13, 2019

4.0

The functionality is there for the most part and I really want to love Wrike, but the user interface is simply not as polished as some other major competitors (Monday, Asana, etc.). This hurts the user experience quite a bit.

Pros

• The ability to view my projects and tasks in several views (list, table, kanban board, Gantt, etc.) • The easy report builder • The ability to have projects and tasks show up in multiple locations is fantastic. This means that projects and tasks aren't confined to only "live" in the location they were created. They can be displayed in multiple locations at once allowing different contributors and stakeholders to have access to the same items simultaneously without having to duplicate them. This was a big reason why I went with Wrike. Few other competitors have this architecture. • The ability to add stakeholders without having it count towards your purchased user licenses. Wrike is a pricy platform so this definitely brings the cost down a litte. •

Cons

• UI needs a lot of improvement: - I should, at a glance, be able to immediately tell the difference between a folder, a project, and a task in every view that is available. Currently, they just blend together and it is very difficult to see any separation between these three items (in for example the Table view). This is THE biggest point of annoyance for me with Wrike. Other competitors in this price class have very clear visual interfaces with visually distinct screen elements. Adding an icon or other visual indicator to each item type would solve this very easily. • The fact that the folder pane doesn't show in the List view by default when clicking a folder makes it difficult to provide folder information to a team. They simply won't know that a folder contains information unless they deliberately check. This is a big miss. • The folder/project/task panel should be easier to open and close. The fact that I have to go into a submenu to close the panel is ridiculous. This seems like a small detail but UX/UI design issues like this can really drag down the user experience. • Also, I should be able to do bulk changes from the Table view and not just the List view. These views are different enough to where this is an issue. • Review and approval add-on feature is an almost necessary feature for creatives but way too expensive as an add-on. Wrike is already a pricy platform. These add-on costs feel very greedy.

Reason for choosing Wrike

• The ability to add folders, projects, and tasks to multiple locations. • Microsoft Teams integrations • Good and functional iOS app

Wrike is all i need for our project, task and product launching. Every stages of the progress is very detailed so that we will not miss any important steps in between. Talking about notification, i can tags every team members in each steps of the progress to take more attention on the progress and vice versa. Pros

Wrike really has help my team to work as a unit, especially when we had to work from remote area or work from home(WFH). Collaborating on project in virtual setting is never has been easy, but using all the features and integration with other software really has make this software one stop center for all my project management needs. Launching a product with Wrike has its own benefit and everything can be accelerate for more fast product launching.

Cons

Wrike is actually not that simple to setting everything up especially when i have use so many software integration like JIRA and Okta. Some of integration is working without any problem, but some need the helps from the customer service to fully integrated it with my system.
