### "Wrike is great at keeping your project from going south and I did not have any issue using it"

June 17, 2026

5.0

Prior to using , we had our tasks broken out into individual email threads, spreadsheets, someone’s head etc… This worked until it no longer did. Now all of our tasks are assigned with specific due dates and owners along with dependencies all contained within Wrike. Therefore, no one can claim they didn’t know something was on them. Cross-team visibility increased dramatically from non-existent to being useful.

Pros

The Gantt Chart, and how easy it is to go back-and-forth between views (timeline or board) is what brings me back to . I have to keep track of two separate teams working on various overlapping projects. After finishing a very long shift, I really only came to appreciate this feature as a result of using other software packages that were less functional. Task Dependencies are great too. They allow you to link related tasks, so that if one project falls behind schedule, Wrike will show you which other dependent projects are impacted rather than waiting to find out during a meeting several days later. There are over 400 integration options available. In my experience, the Slack and Microsoft 365 integration options actually functioned.

Cons

has a significant amount of configuration time required. If you are looking to have Wrike set-up properly prior to launching it to your team, I would estimate it would require a full week of focused effort. also while you can build workflows within Wrike, they appear somewhat inflexible once built and also the pricing for Wrike increases rapidly as you move through their plans, to begin with, the entry level plan appears competitive until you discover that time tracking and resource management are both only accessible via their premium tier plans.

### "Simplifying Complex Projects: Why Wrike Stands Out"

May 4, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with has been very positive. The platform strikes a strong balance between power and usability, with an intuitive onboarding process and a relatively gentle learning curve. Managing tasks, assigning responsibilities, and setting timelines is quick and efficient, making day-to-day project coordination smooth. The collaboration features are a standout, particularly the ability to leave contextual comments and use built-in approval workflows, which significantly reduce back-and-forth communication. I also value the flexibility of the interface, with multiple view options and customizable dashboards that help keep work organized and focused. While some advanced features and customizations take a bit of time to fully learn, this is a minor trade-off for the depth and capability Wrike offers. Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient tool that supports streamlined project management and team collaboration.

Pros

I appreciate how intuitive and efficient is to use. The onboarding process is quick, and despite its powerful capabilities, the learning curve remains very manageable. Task creation, assignment, and timeline management are all streamlined and easy to execute. What stands out most is the commenting and approval functionality. Being able to leave feedback directly on tasks, images, and files keeps communication clear and contextual, while the built-in approval workflows significantly reduce reliance on email chains. Additionally, the flexibility of the interface is a major advantage. Switching between List, Board, Table, and Gantt views is seamless, and the ability to customize dashboards and spaces ensures that I can focus on the most relevant information. Overall, Wrike offers a smooth, responsive experience that supports efficient project management.

Cons

There’s very little I dislike about overall. If anything, some of the more advanced features and customization options can take time to fully understand. While this depth is ultimately a strength, it may slightly slow down initial adoption for new users who need to get up to speed. That said, once familiar with the platform, these capabilities become highly valuable.

### "Powerful Project Hub — A Few Rough Edges, But Worth It"

June 3, 2026

5.0

has genuinely transformed how our team manages work. Once past the initial setup, the ease of use improves dramatically. It centralizes everything — deadlines, responsibilities, files, and communication, eliminating the need for scattered spreadsheets or email chains. The productivity gains are real and measurable. Despite some pricing and onboarding concerns, it remains one of the most feature-complete project management tools available.

Pros

What I liked most: 's task tracking and organizational management capabilities are genuinely impressive. The ability to create custom workflows, set dependencies, and visualize work through Gantt charts and Kanban boards makes managing complex projects feel structured and clear. The real-time collaboration features keep the entire team aligned, and the dashboard gives an excellent bird's-eye view of project health. For large teams handling multiple projects simultaneously, it's a serious productivity booster.

Cons

What I liked least: The learning curve is steeper than expected, onboarding new team members takes time and the interface can feel overwhelming initially. Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which affects value for money for smaller teams. Occasional sync delays and minor UI bugs (especially on the mobile app) can disrupt the flow. Customer support response times could also be faster.

Reason for choosing Wrike

After evaluating several project management tools including Asana, teamwork.com, Jira, and ClickUp, stood out for a few key reasons: Depth of customization, Unlike Trello's relatively simple card-based system, Wrike offered custom workflows and fields that matched our team's specific processes without forcing us to adapt around the tool. Gantt chart & dependency management — Wrike's built-in Gantt charts were more intuitive and robust compared to Asana, where similar features required workarounds or higher-tier plans. Scalability - Monday.com felt great for small teams but became costly and cluttered as the team grew. Wrike scaled more cleanly across departments. Cross-team visibility - The ability to manage multiple projects across different teams with shared dashboards gave managers better oversight than ClickUp's more fragmented view at the time. Enterprise-ready structure - For our organization's needs, Wrike's folder/project/task hierarchy felt more logical and professional compared to the others. Ultimately, Wrike struck the best balance between power and structure for a mid-to-large team managing complex, multi-phase projects.

### "Wrike projects remain visible but set up takes patience"

June 11, 2026

4.0

Prior to implementing , no employee could see what other employees were working on unless they physically asked. This resulted in dropped projects frequently due to absence of a supervisor. Furthermore, the number of times managers had to coordinate reassignment of tasks was greatly reduced. When a project status changes in the system, it will automatically ping the correct employee/project lead so they don't have to wait for an email or a phone call to find out the new status. Automating this process has saved us literally hours of communication on a daily basis that previously fell on one employee to keep track of.

Pros

Sitting at home waiting and i just pulled it up on my phone and i can see exactly where each and every task is in the project without even having to send a text to ask for a project status update. Prior to using , our status updates were spread across many e-mails and spreadsheets. With all of those places to look there was no easy way to get the current project status from most employees (with some digging through old e-mail) and it would take a manager/lead approximately 10 minutes to get the project status from anyone. Automations have been great as well.

Cons

Learning curve: the learning curve is very steep, and does not warn users ahead of time about how much of a challenge building their boards will be. In order to give all of your employees the ability to create their own boards, you ultimately end up with 5-6 boards that are doing similar processes, but with slightly different column names, making it difficult for users to compare data across multiple boards. Users can view information and make comments, but users cannot access the features needed for creating or editing automations or formula columns. It is difficult for users to understand when they are approaching the limit prior to exceeding it.

### "If you don't have Wrike today, RUN and get it!"

June 29, 2026

5.0

Overall, is great! We utilized the additional service to set up our first space and to understand all the pieces. Also, they are constantly adding new enhancements.

Pros

The first thing that drew me to was the "Excel" look, but now it's much more. Dashboards are one of the top things for me!

Cons

The initial setup but just because of the learning curve, on my part. You just have to take the time to get in and learn, knowing you can make modifications as you go.

### "Wrike Review"

June 8, 2026

3.0

Its been fine. We enjoy the platform but have been very upset with things being discontinued, items being changed, and our representatives. We will probably reevalute the platform at the end of our contract to see if there is another one we can use.

Pros

I like that we are able to hold team members accountable, the reporting helps make it easy to see the types of projects worked on, and that we can have other teams within the platform but they dont have access to our marketing spaces.

Cons

They make a lot of changes with 0 to little notice. And when the changes are made the training isnt great and when we worked with our Rep she gives us incorrect information (on more than one occasion). This is why when anyone on our team has issues we submit a ticket vs reaching out to the people on our account.

### "Smart way to track Teams productivity"

April 28, 2026

4.0

I use daily to keep myself on track without having to meet with our team regularly. Dependencies help notify me when I'm up to work on a project.

Pros

Tracking of my daily to dos with visibility for the whole team. Workload charts to easily drag and drop tasks to fit my schedule. The ability to build the system out to work for our needs. Customer support was very responsive to any questions and troubleshooting. A great way manage our work throughout the entire organization and maintain visibility. Easy way to track our teams productivity!

Cons

We had to build the system out to work for our needs which causes some inconsistencies on how we used the system across business units.

### "Excellent Project Management Tool for Planning, Tracking, and Team Collaboration"

June 3, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with has been extremely positive. Over the last 4 years, it has helped our team streamline project planning, task tracking, resource management, and collaboration. The platform provides complete visibility into project progress, making it easier to identify bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery. Wrike has played a key role in improving team coordination, project transparency, and operational efficiency. I would highly recommend it to organizations looking for a reliable and scalable project management solution.

Pros

I have been using for the past 4 years, and it has become an essential part of our project management process. The platform provides excellent task management, project planning, and team collaboration features. Its customizable workflows, dashboards, Gantt charts, and reporting capabilities help us keep projects organized and on track. The ability to assign tasks, track progress, manage deadlines, and maintain clear communication within teams significantly improves productivity and accountability.

Cons

While is a powerful tool, new users may find the initial setup and learning curve slightly challenging due to the wide range of features available. Some advanced functionalities and customizations can require additional training to utilize effectively. Additionally, certain reporting and dashboard configurations could be more intuitive.

Switched from

[Jira](https://www.capterra.com/p/19319/JIRA/)

We switched from Jira to because we needed a more user-friendly and efficient project management solution. Wrike's Kanban boards, customizable workflows, and project planning features made it easier for our team to track tasks, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively. The platform provides better visibility into project progress and helps streamline our overall project management process.

### "Wrike offers plusses and minuses..."

May 29, 2026

3.0

Overall, I like having this tool and find it easy to use in most ways, but I think it could include some better features and be more intuitive.

Pros

I like that we can use to suit our purposes and collectively, my team can write comments in one place, which makes it easy to track the progress of a project. I also like that you can make a message as unread -- that way, I can remember to go back to it later if I'd read a message but don't have time to respond at that moment. Being able to tag each other is also really useful and helpful. When I've talked to customer support, they've been helpful. In some ways, it's easy to use.

Cons

I find it hard to navigate in some ways -- it seems to take a lot of steps to find the actual conversation that took place about a specific project when I'm searching. I also am not always able to find messages in my in box even though I'm tagged on a project. Another thing I'm not a fan of is how only shows the most recent comments and you have to expand to see more. It should just show everything when you go to a page but start at the bottom where the most recent threads are. My least favorite thing is that there's no search feature. I would love to be able to search my Wrike desktop and even specific pages for words, phrases, projects, etc., to find things more easily. Sometimes something comes up in this year's project that I know was discussed the previous year or the one before that. Trying to find the earlier conversations is so time-consuming and usually totally unproductive, but a search feature might make that easy.

Response from Wrike

June 5, 2026

Hi there! Thanks for your detailed feedback. We are thrilled you enjoy Wrike's customizability, the unread feature, and our support team. Great news: Wrike does have a powerful built-in Search feature, and we recently improved it! You can find the Search bar (magnifying glass) at the top left of your screen in the main navigation bar. It includes advanced filters for folders, assignees, and timeframes to easily find past conversations. Regarding long threads, we highly recommend trying our AI Comment Summaries. It instantly summarizes long conversations so you do not have to manually expand old comments. As for your Inbox visibility, if you cannot find tagged messages, check your Inbox filters at the top. They might just be set to only show "Unread" items. Please feel free to reach out to our support team for a quick walkthrough of these features. Thanks for being a valued Wrike user!

### "Wrike Makes Chaos Manageable!"

April 30, 2026

4.0

has been a great fit for our marketing team. It keeps everything organized and the productivity features just work task assignments, due dates, dependencies, all smooth. Managing multiple campaigns feels way less chaotic now. Definitely worth it for teams with a lot of moving pieces!

Pros

The productivity features like task assignments, due dates, and dependencies keep the whole team on track without constant check-ins. Managing multiple campaigns at once feels way less chaotic. Really happy with it overall!

Cons

can feel complex for new users due to its many features and customization options, creating a steep learning curve. The interface may seem cluttered, and some advanced features require higher-tier plans, making it expensive for smaller teams. Occasional delays and limited built-in communication tools can also affect the overall experience.

I really love the customer support, ongoing training, and consistent development of . They listen to their customers and make enhancements often.

Pros

I like that it is adaptive for all kinds of work - events, marketing, web work. There are lots of ways to customize things both across the board and on an individual level. If you want to see things in a Gantt chart, calendar, or To-do list, you can see it that way. We utilize the request forms, automations, and reporting.

### "Streamlined Campaign Management with Wrike"

May 4, 2026

5.0

has been a reliable tool for managing campaign approvals, tracking deployments, and keeping stakeholders updated. It has improved collaboration, reduced delays, and enhanced overall efficiency. Even with minor hiccups, it’s been a huge help in keeping work organized and efficient.

Pros

What I liked most about is how easy it made campaign coordination. The ease of use makes onboarding simple, and its task tracking capabilities ensure smooth coordination between CRMs and brand teams. Approvals, updates, and task tracking all happen in one place, which saves a ton of time. it really helps boost productivity and keep everyone aligned.

Cons

The mobile app works, but it’s not as smooth or powerful as the desktop version. One thing I noticed is that the description part in tasks can get updated with just a click, even when it’s not intended - adding a restriction or confirmation step there would be helpful.

### "A Powerful, User-Friendly Tool with Outstanding Support"

May 6, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with has been very positive. Its effectiveness at work has extended into my personal life, where I’ve increased my usage to help manage day-to-day tasks and stay organized more effectively. In addition to the strong functionality of the tool itself, Wrike’s customer service has been phenomenal, providing timely, helpful support that further enhanced the overall experience.

Pros

stands out for its easy-to-use, intuitive interface that makes it accessible to a wide range of users, not just project managers. It supports seamless collaboration across teams, departments, and even between companies, making it a flexible tool for interdepartmental and intercompany work. Additionally, Wrike’s availability on both desktop and mobile ensures users can stay connected and productive from anywhere, with both platforms offering a polished, user-friendly experience.

Cons

’s main drawbacks are performance-related and technical accessibility. Reporting can sometimes be slow to load, which impacts efficiency when pulling data or generating insights. In addition, many of the more advanced automation capabilities are not user-facing and require access to backend API data, making them less accessible to non-technical users and limiting self-service automation.

Alternatives considered

Reason for choosing Wrike

was chosen over Jira because it is far more user-friendly and intuitive, making it accessible to a broader audience across the organization, not just technical or delivery teams. Its ease of use supports company-wide adoption across departments, enabling consistent collaboration without a steep learning curve. In addition, Wrike’s clean, visually appealing interface makes project information easier to understand at a glance, which is especially valuable for cross-functional teams and leadership visibility.

### "Reliable, flexible, powerful work delivery management platform with reasonable pricing"

May 26, 2026

5.0

While there's significant value to task management that's easy to learn and leverage from day one, even greater benefits come from exploring and implementing more advanced features to streamline, automate, or AI-enhance processes and projects. Along that learning process, 's accurate, up-to-date documentation mean I can confidently send colleagues to Wrike's Help Center search, chatbot, and human support and I've never been disappointed by the support experience. Wrike's constant community engagement includes listening to ideas for improvement. Significant downtime has been extremely rare, as have been bugs or other issues with the website and apps for desktop and mobile. As expected, a browser tab refresh typically resolves any occasional transitory inconsistencies.

Pros

is a flexible platform for planning, tracking, and collaborating on all kinds of work. I like the high level of configurability along with an expanding range of pre-built templates and the ability to roll your own. That along with account-level and collaborator- or contributor-only pricing lets an organization right-size its investment in this key technology.

Cons

There was a time when the majority of the latest enhancements were only available at the highest (Pinnacle) account, and some advanced features still require add-ons like Klaxoon whiteboards. Most recent changes have benefitted the full range of paid accounts. Free accounts are very limited.

### "Great tool!"

Overall, it's a great tool and one that really helps our team be efficient and helps us streamline everything we do. We would be lost without it.

Pros

Cons

### "Flexible Collaboration Platform with Strong Team Support"

May 12, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with has been very positive, particularly in enabling strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. Its flexibility allows teams to evolve their processes over time, which is essential in dynamic environments. Once properly set up, it becomes a powerful tool for maintaining clarity, improving efficiency, and ensuring everyone stays aligned on priorities. The platform supports both high-level planning and detailed execution, which makes it suitable for a wide range of use cases. Combined with reliable support and continuous improvements, Wrike provides a solid foundation for teams looking to scale collaboration while maintaining structure and transparency.

Pros

What I appreciated most about is its flexibility and ability to adapt to different workflows without forcing a rigid structure. It allows teams to collaborate seamlessly across functions, making it easier to stay aligned even in fast-paced environments. The platform supports clear visibility into tasks, timelines, and ownership, which strengthens teamwork and accountability. I also found the level of customization particularly valuable, as it lets teams tailor dashboards and processes to their exact needs. On top of that, the support resources and guidance available are consistently strong, enabling smooth onboarding and ongoing optimization without unnecessary friction.

Cons

While is highly flexible, that same flexibility can sometimes lead to complexity, especially for new users trying to understand how everything fits together. Without clear initial structure, teams may struggle to establish consistent ways of working, which can impact collaboration early on. Some features feel slightly unintuitive and require a learning curve before they deliver full value. Additionally, navigation between spaces and tasks can occasionally feel less streamlined than expected. Although support is generally excellent, resolving more advanced configuration questions can take time, particularly when balancing multiple team needs and ensuring alignment across different workflows.

### "Wrike: The Tool to Help me Fulfill my Mission"

April 9, 2026

5.0

Overall, I enjoy the functionality of . Because of the Wrike certification, I am very confident in navigating Wrike. I love that I can have hundreds of tasks, projects and folders, but that it can be found so easily. I love the customization, and the fact that hundreds of companies can use Wrike to suit their needs.

Pros

Visually, is an organized, clean and functional software. It is easy to understand and find the tools I need, from dashboards to projects. It was easy to find the tools needed. When it comes to organizational management, Wrike provides a tools that create an efficient environment. Small features like the "open in new tab" or the "expand" tool are super helpful. I enjoy the shortcuts that are preprogrammed. The integrations are also invaluable. There are so many integrations that allow ease of access and communication. I enjoy the notification function. I can notify the followers, the assignees and everyone that has commented on the project. It streamlines the communication process.

Cons

frequently goes down, and inhibits our work. Luckily, customer service is very effective and quick to let us know. When it comes to customer service, There is a team of representative that provide easy access to updated information. When it comes to workflows, we have had to change workflows from space level to account level several times. It has been a long process and requires several dashboards and dozens of hours of labor. To save time and effort, there should be an option to switch between the two types of workflow classifications.

### "Opportunity to Simplify and Enhance User-Focused Training"

April 24, 2026

3.0

The training felt frustrating because it was too technical for a team that was trying to learn the basics. We were not looking for deep background information; we needed practical guidance on how to use the software effectively and quickly. The session did not feel tailored to the customer or the audience’s skill level. Not everyone is tech savvy, and once the training went too deep, many people stopped engaging and started multitasking. A more user-friendly, step-by-step approach focused on real use cases would have been much more effective.

Pros

Clear project visibility: Everything lives in one place—tasks, timelines, files, and updates—making it easy to see status at a glance and avoid chasing information. Strong organization for complex workflows: Folders, projects, and custom workflows help keep multiple workstreams (like packaging, PDPs, campaigns) structured and easy to manage. Collaboration in context: Comments, file attachments, and approvals live directly within tasks, so feedback is centralized and easy to track.

Cons

Can feel overly complex: The platform has a lot of features, which can make it overwhelming—especially for new or non-technical users trying to complete simple tasks. Steep learning curve: It often takes time to understand how to navigate projects, folders, and workflows, slowing down adoption for teams that just need to get up and running quickly. Not very intuitive at first: Key actions (finding tasks, updating statuses, locating files) are not always obvious, leading to confusion and extra time spent figuring things out. Too many clicks for simple actions: Basic updates can require multiple steps, which can feel inefficient when managing a high volume of tasks. Training can be challenging: Because of its depth, training needs to be very well structured—otherwise it can quickly become too technical and hard to follow.

### "Flexible for managing projects across teams"

April 24, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with has been positive. We primarily use it to manage project requests, track progress, and coordinate work across team members. It’s been helpful for improving visibility and keeping work organized in a central place. There is a learning curve, but once processes are established, it becomes much easier to manage ongoing work. The flexibility is one of its biggest strengths, especially for teams that handle a variety of project types.

Pros

I like that gives us one place to manage incoming requests, track projects, and keep communication tied to the work. We use it to organize timelines, assign tasks, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. The request forms and custom workflows are especially helpful for standardizing how work comes in and moves through different stages. Dashboards and reporting also make it easier to see priorities and balance workloads across the team.

Cons

can feel a little complex at times, especially for new users. There are multiple ways to structure work, which is flexible but can also create confusion without clear guidelines. Some actions take extra clicks, and navigation between spaces, folders, and projects isn’t always intuitive. Notifications and updates can also be inconsistent depending on how items are set up.

### "Wrike is my best work friend"

April 24, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with has been extremely positive and high-impact. It’s a mission-critical platform for how our PMO and Marketing teams plan, execute, and stay aligned, and it enables me to manage work far more efficiently than would be possible without it.

Pros

What "do" I like most As the lead for our PMO team, is absolutely essential — I genuinely can’t imagine managing our workload without it (our team of 4 has about 100 Wrike requests in each of our queue at all times) —Wrike keeps our plans, owners, timelines, and day-to-day execution organized in one place so we can work efficiently and stay aligned. We’ve partnered closely with the Wrike team to tailor the platform to fit our specific needs, and it’s become the backbone of how we manage projects and drive alignment across departments. I’m especially excited about the potential of Wrike’s AI tools to take our efficiency even further. As the key advocate and “Wrike champion” across our company, I love helping other teams and individuals discover how powerful it can be — I like to say Wrike is our best work friend! I’m also one of the key drivers of Wrike across the company—helping teams get set up the right way, sharing best practices, and making sure we’re using it consistently, so everyone gets the full benefit. In Marketing, everyone jokes that my favorite word is “Wrike,” and they’re not wrong. I’ve even earned the nickname “Wrike Police” because I’m always spotting small fixes that keep our processes clean, accurate, and running smoothly. Simply put, Wrike has transformed the way we collaborate, track progress, and deliver results.

Cons

What "do" I like least If I had to pick something, it’s that is powerful enough that it can take a little time for new users to learn the “best practice” way to set things up. We have done a lot of tailoring to our specific needs. We probably need to re-think about all the customizing and go back to being more simplified.

### "Strong and Reliable Tool for Managing Tasks and Workflows"

April 24, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with has been positive. It’s a powerful tool for task tracking, workflow management, and process management, especially for teams that need structure and visibility. While it takes time to learn and may feel pricey, it delivers good value for money if you fully use its features. Customer support is helpful, and although there are some bugs and issues, they usually don’t affect everyday work.

Pros

is very strong when it comes to task tracking and workflow management. It’s easy to see who’s working on what, track progress, and manage deadlines without things slipping through the cracks. The process management features are flexible and customizable, which really helps teams stay organized. Customer support and help resources are also decent when you need assistance.

Cons

isn’t the easiest tool to use at first, so ease of use can be a challenge for new users. From a value for money perspective, pricing can feel high for smaller teams. There are also occasional bugs and issues, like minor glitches or slow performance.

### "A customizable project management tool with small drawbacks"

April 10, 2026

4.0

The experience is very good. The support is quick. It is easy to use if you have set up your workflows. For this setting up help is available from (for payment). The software has a stable status, and if problems occure normaly they are fixed quickly.

Pros

is a very flexible software. So if you have good processes in place you can build Wrike for fitting to them very well. Nevertheless sometimes via API not integrated into Wrike. It works well if you customize and it fits very well to special needs.

Cons

Sometimes basic features of a simple project management tool are missing. sometimes does not know if it wants to be a project management tool or a work management tool. Would be good to concentrate more on project management and to implement simple feautures like pausing a task.

### "Wrike Has Transformed the Way Our Team Works -For the Better"

April 21, 2026

5.0

After using daily, it's become an indispensable part of how our team operates. Workflow and process management are where it truly shines, once set up properly, it keeps everyone aligned and accountable. Customer support has been helpful when needed. Minor bugs pop up occasionally, but they're rarely showstoppers. For teams serious about project management, Wrike delivers.

Pros

As a daily user, what I appreciate most is how well handles complex workflows. The customizable dashboards, real-time updates, and multiple project views (Gantt, Kanban, Table) make it easy to stay on top of everything. Task tracking is excellent dependencies, subtasks, time tracking, and workload management all work seamlessly together. The automation features have also saved our team significant manual effort.

Cons

The biggest frustration is the steep learning curve for new team members it takes time before people feel confident using it independently. The interface can also feel cluttered when managing multiple projects. Additionally, some genuinely useful features are gated behind expensive higher-tier plans, which affects the overall value for money.
