After using Wrike daily, it's become an indispensable part of how our team operates. Workflow and process management are where it truly shines, once set up properly, it keeps everyone aligned and accountable. Customer support has been helpful when needed. Minor bugs pop up occasionally, but they're rarely showstoppers. For teams serious about project management, Wrike delivers.

Pros

As a daily user, what I appreciate most is how well Wrike handles complex workflows. The customizable dashboards, real-time updates, and multiple project views (Gantt, Kanban, Table) make it easy to stay on top of everything. Task tracking is excellent dependencies, subtasks, time tracking, and workload management all work seamlessly together. The automation features have also saved our team significant manual effort.

Cons

The biggest frustration is the steep learning curve for new team members it takes time before people feel confident using it independently. The interface can also feel cluttered when managing multiple projects. Additionally, some genuinely useful features are gated behind expensive higher-tier plans, which affects the overall value for money.

The experience is very good. The support is quick. It is easy to use if you have set up your workflows. For this setting up help is available from Wrike (for payment). The software has a stable status, and if problems occure normaly they are fixed quickly.

Pros

Wrike is a very flexible software. So if you have good processes in place you can build Wrike for fitting to them very well. Nevertheless sometimes via API not integrated into Wrike. It works well if you customize and it fits very well to special needs.

Cons

Sometimes basic features of a simple project management tool are missing. Wrike sometimes does not know if it wants to be a project management tool or a work management tool. Would be good to concentrate more on project management and to implement simple feautures like pausing a task.

I really enjoyed getting to know Wrike and all it can do. I'm still learning more every day. At first, we just used it for one task; now we are using it to track all of our documents. It's a great platform.

Pros

The best part of Wrike is how easy it is to track where any document is in our production process. You can always tell exactly what step is being completed and how far it has to go. I also love that it keeps all notes from everyone who has worked on the project.

Cons

I would like an easier way to archive completed projects. It seems like they are just stuck in the incoming area with no natural place to make the archive.

Pros

As a project manager, I really love Wrike for its efficiency and ease. It's been my favorite all-in-one tool for timelines, resourcing, and review workflows. It has an easy UI to follow, is very customizable, and I always feel like I'm in the know for Wrike updates and any new customization options.

Cons

It seems like Wrike is rolling out AI updates at an overly rapid pace, and at the moment I'm not finding much value in it. AI is still very new and doesn't always work unless it's given extremely specific prompts. I find that to be tiring and wasteful, especially considering how much energy AI uses. I know that the trajectory of AI is that it will only get better over time, but that means it could take over my job entirely, or at best, reduce my job entirely to just AI quality assurance. My company may not even need Wrike one day, because all of its marketing material could be solely produced by AI instead of a creative team. Humans are trying too hard to take advantage of AI right now, but the reality is that one day AI will be taking advantage of humanity.

Visually, Wrike is an organized, clean and functional software. It is easy to understand and find the tools I need, from dashboards to projects. It was easy to find the tools needed. When it comes to organizational management, Wrike provides a tools that create an efficient environment. Small features like the "open in new tab" or the "expand" tool are super helpful. I enjoy the shortcuts that are preprogrammed. The integrations are also invaluable. There are so many integrations that allow ease of access and communication. I enjoy the notification function. I can notify the followers, the assignees and everyone that has commented on the project. It streamlines the communication process.

Cons

Wrike frequently goes down, and inhibits our work. Luckily, customer service is very effective and quick to let us know. When it comes to customer service, There is a team of representative that provide easy access to updated information. When it comes to workflows, we have had to change workflows from space level to account level several times. It has been a long process and requires several dashboards and dozens of hours of labor. To save time and effort, there should be an option to switch between the two types of workflow classifications.

We're so happy to have an all-in system that allows for some customization, but doesn't require a certification in the software just to understand it. Setup can take a little time and wholesale adoptions will take a little but, but Wrike is really a fantastic project and task mangement software. I've tried other programs that are prettier but require far more clicks to set a single task. I've tried programs that require incredible amounts of knowledge to set up. Wrike is simple but deep if you want to get deep, and it suits our needs admirably.

Pros

We're a small communications and marketing firm, so we weren't sure if Wrike would suit our needs. But it has exactly what we need: easy tracking and assignment setting. Nested tasks. It has helped us to organize and manage across multiple clients and projects. Plus the dashboard helps us to better understand our productivity and where we need to make changes to our internal processes.

Cons

Complicated date setting is still difficult for our team. We haven't quite figured out how to set cascading dates that don't change the ultimate end date. We also struggle with milestones. It's probably an us problem, not a Wrike problem, but it shouldn't be difficult to understand.

Wrike is one of those softwares that provide user with the flexibility to customize workflows, add custom fields & confirgure the same for reporting without intervention from Support team. The customization help to cater to company specific & department specific requirements. The easy to configure APi's also help in connecting to our internal systems, which also help in using Wrike as a single source of truth for all pMO activties. The automations option also helps in building triggers to provide attention to movement in workflows

Cons

To activate the custom fields, you need to raise aticket, while the intent is understood, atleast company asmin should have access to this. This results in raising support tickets just to activate the fields without any checks.

I like that it is adaptive for all kinds of work - events, marketing, web work. There are lots of ways to customize things both across the board and on an individual level. If you want to see things in a Gantt chart, calendar, or To-do list, you can see it that way. We utilize the request forms, automations, and reporting.

It can be overwhelming at first - but once you get the hang of it Wrike comes pretty naturally for the user.

As long as you have admins for implementation and champions to train your team, you'll find that Wrike is worth every penny.

Wrike offers custom item types, workflows, views, filters, and dashboards, along with excellent support from their team. Every feature is thoughtfully designed so the platform can be tailored to any person, team, or company. They're also open to regular meetings to discuss updates to the customer agreement and have consistently been responsive.

There isn't much to dislike about Wrike, but if I had to pick something, it would be that projects and tasks display differently depending on how you navigate to them. I've also found that most of our people need some training or handholding if they haven't used a project management system like this before.

### "Wrike Is The Best Project Management Tool Out There"

Wrike has been an excellent project management tool for our organization. Over the past four years, it has made our workflows so efficient that we've been able to grow our company in ways we didn't know were possible. It's been a wonderful journey learning how to customize this tool to best benefit our team and I'm grateful to the Wrike team for helping us get there through certification training and responsiveness.

Pros

It's an incredible tool that allows you to customize workflows for various teams to collaborate and work together towards goals. The Wrike team has been excellent at answering any questions we have and helping us work through any issues that may arise quickly. It's the best project management tool I've used and it allows us to track tasks and deadlines very easily.

Cons

There's only one thing I wish Wrike allowed, but I believe it's in the works already. I'd love the ability to setup project blueprints to allow for deadlines of each subtask to be automated based on the overall project due date and project type. That way, adding deadlines to each step of a project does not need to be done manually.

Overall good but not excellent. Could use further improvements. Please bring back LIST VIEW. Still is the BEST VIEW! :)

Pros

It is easy to use once you learn it, intuitive, and I can correct mistakes. I also love that you can duplicate projects and tasks.

Cons

The different views and the fact that, say we are on a task and we want to get back to our dashboard, I have to go to the left nav and click on Dashboards. However, back in the days, they had Dashboards at the top of the page, so you just had to click on it to get to it. Easy breezy! It'd be also nice if they bring that back, to also put Search at the top of the page instead of selecting the left nav and then search.

Overall, it's a great tool and one that really helps our team be efficient and helps us streamline everything we do. We would be lost without it.

Pros

It really allows you to create a space that is customized to how you use it. It has really helped our team be able to work more cross-functionally and easier throughout departments.

Cons

At times I feel like we are lacking in customer support. We have some big goals and want to really utilize Wrike even more and at times it feels as though we are doing trial and error trying to figure out how we best see things in Wrike rather than having customer service that truly wants to support us in how we use it.
