### "Great tool to managing task "

January 29, 2021

4.0

We had a great workflow in working a collaboration project with Wrike, all communication is happen in the software and we can ditch the old way of email and other messaging apps. I will recommend small and medium enterprise to jump to this software.

Pros

Creating a task and sub-task, assigning task owner and tracking task progress and completion percent of the task. Adding a new user and giving them a ownership and privileges over certain feature is easy. Sharing a resource and document also is an option with this software. Editing the configuration and dashboard layout help me to working with this software faster as i know all the location of my tools.

Cons

There are new feature introduced to the software, but there are no video tutorial attach with it. I need to study the feature my self and try it for my self. Integration to other service or software is possible, but it comes with additional fee to do it. Other than those two problem, i really like all other feature in this software.

### "Wrike "

May 2, 2023

4.0

We had five KPIs that we needed to achieve with Wrike and it hits them all: Provide an overall view of the projects within the organization, project planning, project status, resource management, and a personal view of work.

Pros

Wrike provides a user-friendly experience which is important for adoption. They are continuously improving the product and provide support every step of the way. The analytics are essential.

Cons

Dynamic integration into SharePoint without having to get a developer involved would be great.

### "A decent project management software"

October 4, 2022

4.0

It's been useful, but I wish the company would provide additional support and training materials to help you learn the software.

Pros

There are lots of features that can help a team be efficient in their project and task management. We've used it for burn down lists and working through projects with other departments.

Cons

There is not a lot of training material to help you really learn the software. I've had to do lots of trials and errors, or learn as I go. It would benefit greatly by having some material provided by the company.

### "Fantastic Tool For Managing Information, Tasks, And Data"

February 1, 2023

4.0

This application improves our capacity for speedy report generation and simple workflow coordination. It helps me in project management, record keeping, and monitoring the work of my team.

Pros

It is a powerful tool because of the support from the user community and hidden complexities. To make sure that no timeline item is late, use the sort-by-date functionality. One of the most practical aspects of Wrike is automation.

Cons

If you don't know what the forms are named, it could be challenging to locate them. There is a slight learning curve, but once you get it, everything is wonderful. It's challenging to navigate because of how things are set up.

### "Glad to Have Found Wrike"

August 22, 2018

5.0

Keeping my entire project life in Wrike, and also linking to Evernote as my reference library (putting links in each project as needed), as well as Google Docs/Sheets - which are integrated right into Wrike. They also have a Zapier integration that's letting me add new Google Contacts right into a light CRM folder so I can follow up with them.

Pros

Very intuitive UI, allows me to work exactly the way I want. I tested/trialed a number of enterprise team collaboration product managers, which I was forced to do because I found the functionality of the task managers like Asana, To-Doist and others to be inadequate for my purposes. I'm also a David Allen GTD fan, so I am always looking for a way to incorporate that paradigm into my management tools. When the list manager I was using, NirvanaHQ, proved inadequate, despite its almost perfect GTD integration, I went on a search and found Wrike. Unique to Wrike is a drag/drop Folder/Project functionality that allows you to set up and nest projects inside folders to create a totally customizable working hierarchy. Whether you want to organize by client, by team member, by project, but function - however you want to do it - Wrike let's you set it up. But then, you can use any folder as a TAG by dragging and dropping it onto another Folder or Project. That way, you can instantly access projects and folders by pulling everything related to that Tag. Finally, Wrike lets you create Dashboards that lay out projects and tasks in infinite ways to make sure you are looking at the work you have to do - OR work that's due or in progress by the whole team. Plus, there is a messaging interface and an easy way to add people to your tasks/projects/folders as followers or assignees. And they were totally ready for me, with a well-developed GTD suggested setup.

Cons

Nothing really so far. The design is good, but not A+. It's functional, attractive, but will probably need a refresh in the next year or so. Compared to others out there, e.g. Teamwork Projects, Zoho, Monday, Podio etc., it holds its own.

### "Pretty good but if you need something powerful look at others"

April 6, 2021

3.0

Not a big fan. It gets the job done, and there's nothing really negative about it, but i do find it lacking in powerful features.

Pros

It's easy to use, once you get an understanding of how the platform organizes data, it's fairly intuitive. I also liked that you can create your own reports, even as a regular user (not an admin), which helps with maintaining a cadence.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve in understanding how things are organized. The interface is pretty plain and not very attractive.

### "Robust Collaboration and Project Management Platform"

August 20, 2023

5.0

It is a solid tool for collaboration and leveraging team efforts. It helps us boost productivity and avoid time wastage since everyone knows what to do to meet the project goals. You can leave a comment and share files or links conveniently on the platform.

Pros

Wrike has the relevant features to create tasks, assign them, and monitor progress. This was a challenge before one of my team members suggested Wrike. We can now decide the order in which tasks should be completed, set due dates, and choose who will handle specific parts of the project. I also like @mentions to draw the attention of the members.

Cons

It took some time to figure out how to create a logical flow of work but that was not necessarily a problem with Wrike. I'd say it is a learning curve just like with any new tool. I like everything about Wrike especially because it helps us complete projects on time.

### "One Of The Best Platform For Project Management "

December 7, 2022

4.0

Thanks to its capabilities, we can have a clear perspective about what should be completed next and always know where we are in a project. All project data was centralized and can easily be accessible from anywhere. Team performance improved.

Pros

It assists me in planning my week and prioritizing work. the detailed report given is also a major selling factor, since they keep everyone on the same page and guarantee that no detail is overlooked. I also like how easy it is to set up projects, dashboards, and reports on the platform.

Cons

However, the mobile version does have a certain functional limitation. The Mac application can occasionally lag, making it difficult to switch between windows and projects. The offline operation of the platform must be optimized.

### "A great tool for large teams"

March 28, 2024

4.0

Pros

Wrike has several functions that can help you on a daily basis to manage teams, understand a little more about the time it takes to complete each task, and stay on top of each task's progress.

Cons

Today, for each demand a new task is created. If I need to approve some things, I will have several tasks for each approval and once completed, I no longer have access to the history, so this can cause a certain amount of disorganization in the long term. Furthermore, I cannot filter by tasks or keywords to find a specific demand, which is another point that leads to disorganization. These two points are met when using email.

### "Wrike Helps Keep Me Organized!"

September 29, 2022

4.0

Overall, I've been very happy with Wrike. When we moved to using Microsoft Teams, I did not want to stop using Wrike because it has kept me so organized. But now that I can integrate the two, I have the best of both worlds.

Pros

Wrike is very easy to use. Being able to set up different "folders" allows me to keep my different projects very well organized. I also love that I get emails when I have tasks that are due. One more thing that I really love is that it integrates with Microsoft Teams.

Cons

I'm currently using the free version of the software and the only thing I really don't like is that I cannot add my own columns unless I pay for the software. I also wish there was a better way to put my notes in. Also, right now it shows the oldest note first, I would prefer to see the newest note first.

### "Wrike provides all project collaboration features under one platform"

October 21, 2023

4.0

Wrike helps our research team share tasks, information, and documents needed to complete a project. We can monitor every project from the platform and make necessary changes to meet deadlines, improve efficiency, and save time. It is intuitive and very effective once you learn how it works. You only drag and drop a card in the right place once you complete a task.

Pros

Wrike is flexible and it allows you to add more team members when you have more projects or reduce them when there are fewer projects. It allows teams to interact, share ideas, tasks, and submit documents from any location with internet. Since we started using Wrike, we no longer have long email threads, too many chats, or frequent meetings. Anyone knows their task, the deadline, and what is required of them by simply login in to Wrike.

Cons

Wrike requires some learning to get on board. We had to involve an experienced user to know how to customize it to match our projects. The chat support is an AI tool that rarely grasps what you are talking about. It ends up frustrating you. The support representative takes long to respond and always provides very short responses. Apart from that, Wrike has what our team needed to remain productive and serve our clients better.

### "I don't know how I'd do my job without Wrike"

March 14, 2023

5.0

I think projects run smoother and faster when people are using it effectively.

Pros

Wrike is an all-in-one tracking system for my company. As a Project Manager, it is so nice to have a place where I can schedule all of the different tasks and projects and be able to check back on them without having to ask people for updates constantly.

Cons

The number one feature I think Wrike needs is the ability to attach screenshots/files in Wrike Proof. This is crucial for external proofs, so we don't have to email images when we want to change them.

### "Wrike is hands down the best PM tool"

February 28, 2023

5.0

Great! I've used it at three different organizations now, and it's important enough to me that it was a question I brought up in my hiring process.

Pros

It is very simple and easy to use. It is build and customized around each team and individuals needs, which allows each person to use it in their own workflow. It's the PM tool of today - competitors are the PM tool of last decade.

Cons

Time filters. I'd like to have flexibility to set filters for timeframes like "last 10 days" or "today, plus or minus 5 days" - right now I can only see set timeframes like "last week" "this week" etc. which does not always cut it.

### "A Comprehensive Project Management Tool"

March 28, 2024

5.0

Overall, I had a very positive experience with Wrike. I use it professionally through my work, and I use it personally on my projects. I have also featured it in my Project Management class, and recommend students to use it, or at least become familiar with it.

Pros

Some of Wrike's pros include powerful project management and collaboration software for all business and project sizes. In addition, its flexibility and adaptability allow users to adapt it to our school's needs. It provides a system to ensure tasks are completed in a collaborative and repeatable way. Finally, one of the features I enjoyed was its proofing.

Cons

Some cons include its steep price, and the complexity of its navigation if you are a beginner user. Also, although its reports are good, they could be a bit more comprehensive for larger projects.

### "Great tool with a lot of features"

July 23, 2022

5.0

I enjoyed using the software, but it’s not all completely intuitive. It took our team a while to adjust and use smoothly, but I know we would have all been on the same page sooner if we could have afforded product training. I still don’t understand why we would have had to pay extra for that.

Pros

Wrike was implemented at my nonprofit, and it was very helpful as we worked to keep track of our different tasks. I liked the timeline function for big-picture planning and tracking.

Cons

It was pretty expensive, and we would have been charged extra for a training session via zoom for our team.

### "Wrike Review"

March 14, 2023

4.0

Pros

I like how easy it is to create forms and assign blueprints for incoming project requests. Very flexible with a lot of functionalities. I also like the automation function, limited as it is currently but it allows us to save a lot of time by automating repeated actions.

Cons

The interface is always something I feel can be improved. The three-pane display is always something new users need to get used to. Custom fields in projects are presented haphazardly which makes it hard to locate fields you are looking for. They are now arranged alphabetically but I would like to see them in organized rows like what is seen on tasks. Also, the ability to mass edit projects can be a tremendous help.

### "Reliable and easy-to-use project management software"

May 21, 2023

5.0

Wrike is an exceptional task management solution we rely on daily. It is easy to use and suits different teams with varying levels of skills. The tool also supports real-time collaboration, which allows us to track progress, share data, and work together to achieve the targets. It has a short learning curve since very few people had problems learning how to use it.

Pros

Wrike provides diverse features and functions to enhance efficiency and improve project management. For example, it facilitates project planning, time-tracking feature, and task management. It also provides real-time reports. The intuitive design allows team members to get on board easily. I personally like the drag-and-drop feature because anyone can do that conveniently to ensure every task is completed within the agreed time. I also like the collaboration features because members can leave comments, share ideas, and access data in real time so we are always on the same page.

Cons

I feel like Wrike has limited customization features. The options seem limited especially when you change the workflow or try to adopt a different project project. Wrike is also relatively expensive particularly if you have a smaller team. Although the tool is great in terms of functionality, you may not justify the price.

### "Easy Project Management software. "

December 26, 2022

4.0

Pros

The consistency and transparency Wrike brings to our team is amazing. We now have streamlined working processes, even when those involved are located far away or in big teams. Furthermore, it's so much easier to track project progress since everyone's tasks are visible in one place. Now, with the click of a mouse, we have a clear view of all our jobs and their progress.

Cons

At first, the transition to Wrike's New Experience was difficult for several members of my team and myself. After using it for a few months, however, I can see its potential. Unfortunately, it lacks native integrations, so to access all the possible integrations, one must bridge it with different software.

### "A great tool"

March 1, 2023

5.0

I love Wrike. It helped organize the internal workflow and the integration with other departments. We are now working in the onboarding of new teams and I’m confident Wrike is the right tool for them.

Pros

Wrike is very intuitive to use, gives visibility to the ongoing tasks and projects and let the teams communicate.

Cons

I wish it could have a better way to integrate the custom fields of a project into the tasks it contains and be able to make reports with data of both (tasks and the project it belongs to). The request forms have some opportunities to get easier to use.

### "Wrike sends reminders!"

April 17, 2021

4.0

Wrike has helped us in generating weekly and monthly reports with ease. And also to effectively manage time bound projects.

Pros

Creating a projects and assigning tasks to team members is simple and easy in Wrike. As a team member, you'll always get notifications when anyone changes or updates anything in the project. I love how Wrike sends daily task reminders to team members on workdays. So you simply can't forget unless you don't read your mails. Wrike also generates automatic periodic reports on active projects. Allows user to monitor time to be used and actual time used on completing a project. Uploading a document like receipts and invoices is easy in Write. And it is online, so you can have access to your projects from anywhere.

Cons

I'm comfortable using Wrike. However, it requires the internet to use at all times! Notification mails and task reminders from projects on Wrike can spam your inbox. I just thought I should let you know.
