Cons Inability or difficulties in customizations. There should be a better way to customize layouts within tickets and tasks to give users and admins better functionality. Once your able to understand this program and how each section or task can be completed its an incredible program. Pros I like that in Wrike you can tag, manage and create a project within seconds and have all the 5Ws in these projects tasks. It makes it easier to organize each field and keep track up all completed projects. Cons Some of the features get launched too early or some glitches do happen where it offsets some projects. We needed a system to track progress on all fronts. Wrike gave us the ability to manage different projects and ensure progress was being made even when I couldn't be involved. Pros The capacity to assign specific tasks to different team members and track communication around that task creates a culture of communication and accountability. They can access the platform using any device and handle the tasks assigned to them. Wrike also helps us share specific details on the task cards conveniently and without confusion. It has a simple interface and customizable dashboard, which allows us to adjust workflow and improve productivity. However, it does not provide a detailed report you might need to make project decisions and the pricing might be a challenge for small businesses Pros Wrike has many project management features that allow us to create tasks, set timeframes, assign them, and track progress. The platform allows us to organize tasks into cards, folders, projects, and subtasks and keep tabs on every activity. My employees can leave a comment on the task cards, share files or leave a link to relevant content. I can also provide more information about a specific task conveniently without sending long emails, which are often frustrating and time-consuming. Cons The reporting capabilities of Wrike are limited. Even if you can see who is handling each task and the due dates, you cannot generate a detailed report with insight into project time, individual performances, and other metrics you might need for decision making. As a small business owner, I also feel the price might be a limiting factor. Pros I've been using Wrike for a while and it's been a great tool for task management. What I especially love is how each task has its own lane and accessories, allowing me to follow a job from start to completion. This level of detail is not only great for real-time management, but also serves as a reliable reference for billing. Another feature I appreciate is the ability to switch between depedent tasks while working on a particular one. Cons While I find Wrike to be a solid tool for project management, there are certain areas where it falls short for me. Within my role, I coordinated live events as well as graphic design projects. I was able to streamline who was doing what and find all of our design elements in one convenient place. I loved this software and wish that my current company made use of this. Pros I love how many options you have within each task. You can upload files, assign specific subtasks to specific people, have sub-deadlines, include notes, etc. The options are endless. If you have someone who is super organized and sets a good example for what to put in each task, it can go a long way. It makes a manageable and organized to-do list for everyone in your org. Cons I think Wrike is a software where the more you put into it, the more you get out of it. For me, I used it a lot to manage my personal tasks which was amazing. I also used it to assign tasks to group members. Sometimes, we didn't have enough paid accounts though so we weren't able to get the whole team involved in the most efficient way. Our agency looked for years for a PM ttool - they were either way overbuilt and convoluted, which would cause no one to use it, or they did not have the tools we needed to help a 50+ agency to manage projects to completion. I was not part of the tool choice but very glad they picked Wrike. Pros I love the task management as it provides constant screen communication - i.e. I don;t need to 'submit' and go from page load to page load to see, understand and act on my tasks. The UX/UI is VERY intuitive and does not give unnecessary and overbuilt information - everything is pertinent and actionable. Tasks are easy to assign/un-assign and the ability to move projects through the PM process is thoughtful. This is a tool for the everyday agency employee that doesn't try to be smarter than it needs to be. Cons Time tracking is a bit heavy-handed and it's easy to miss a few process tasks - i.e. notifications or in-page reminders to update time recording and process levels - i've missed some dates because i forgot to move the task from 'QA' back to 'In Progress' - wish I had a reminder from the system before moving on. It is very important and didactic. It takes about 1 day to explore it and another day to configure. Cons Nothing, I think that the program in the departments has generated a very good work environment, we have very important metrics in the company to be able to decide to hire new programs but this has generated the expectation in our sector that we wanted. Wrike provides customization options with flexibility to organize teams based on needs by setting progress bars on tasks, see the progress of each task visually, manage the level of access to control, manage information, and win a better sense of control. Pros Wrike is one of my favorite apps for working on the go, updating tasks, and giving feedback to teams from anywhere using Android and iOS devices. It is also useful for synchronizing applications such as email and the virtual task calendar on platforms such as Google, Outlook and Calendar, it allows you to see updates made by coworkers in real time. Cons I would like Wrike to include in its functions the virtue of baselines and project cost tracking, although it lacks the functions mentioned so far, its use and application is adding value and guarantee to the activities without inconveniences. Wrike offered this platform and meets our expectations. However, it seemed to actually complicate the workflow before we got used to it. Pros Wrike has the features to define our workflow, assign various tasks to relevant team members, based on their skills, and monitor each project. It helps us handle many projects concurrently without losing track or missing deadlines. It seemed too complicated to everyone at first but we all love it because of it helps us keep track of every project, bead deadlines, and coordinate tasks. Cons I consider the learning curve a bit steep. The features seemed to make our work more complicated but it actually enhanced our efficiency and productivity when we got used to it. Without this tool we would not have been able to properly organize all of the steps and milestones, and undoubtedly would not have had such success with each project we completed. Pros We were looking for a full project management suite our PM was focused on a robust tool that met all of the PM standards and requirements. As we reviewed various software suites we found that although many met their needs, they were very difficult to use and understand for non-project oriented staff; this was critical for us many staff are required to interact with the Projects Division as part of their stakeholder and SME roles. We were very happy to see Wrike had a friendly and very usable interface that non-PM focused users could interact with easily. Cons As an admin level user for myself it is very easy to get 'lost' within Wrike, as I have access to all projects, tasks and PM features. Although note that this isn't a fault of the software but rather how we configured our environment and user access.
