### "It's helpful for sorting out by group and ascribing undertakings"

December 22, 2022

4.0

I'll start by saying that Wrike felt in danger. After experimenting with it and learning how other coworkers use Wrike, I eventually understood it. In the event that the Chrome module is added as a companion, it creates a good agenda of the things I truly want to do. I observe the appointments. I adore it when you make references to other works of literature because you can clearly see how they relate to one another. incredibly helpful

Pros

Wrike is effective and simple to utilize, the best part is that it has a straightforward UI that permits me to make work processes that don't disrupt the reconciliations I make with other programming I use. We have made a sound errand sheet that envelops movements of every sort. Our association has expanded the quantity of tasks each week in light of the fact that Wrike has many cycles that can be robotized without the should be available. It incorporates practically everything instruments, working with your everyday assignments and giving you the best assets and functionalities.

Cons

It is costly, and not every one of the plans they offer are adjusted to our requirements; there should were preparing recordings to utilize a portion of Wrike's elements.

### "Fantastic!"

March 21, 2023

5.0

Our entire marketing team uses Wrike. I wouldn't be able to work as efficiently if we weren't on this platform.

Pros

I enjoy how you can customize this platform to your individual needs. Our team has set up our own system and it was fairly easy to do. We have set up personal workflows, dashboards, spaces, etc. The effort is how we schedule our projects. I use workload to see how the designers are scheduled each week.

Cons

I can't think of anything I dislike about Wrike.

### "Allows you to increase the flow of work thanks to its complete analyzes"

November 15, 2022

It is a very versatile tool for any type of industry, it has a Kanban system and complete analyzes that allow the creation of new projects

Pros

This is a tool in the cloud that allows the management of projects with a fairly high acceptance capacity by professionals, this system allows analyzing from risks to performance in a professional and quite fast way, it is also implemented mainly by medium and large companies without this being a limitation for those who wish to use it

Cons

I have no problems, the tool is quite fast to handle as well as to implement as an organization system or for the execution of business processes in general

### "Wrike for the Win"

March 7, 2023

5.0

Love it!

Pros

Without Wrike, I honestly don't think our team would be able to handle the large workload that we consistently juggle. While our system is setup already for our daily use, Wrike allows process to easily be updated by Blueprints and Custom Items.

Cons

There's always minor things that come up on a case by case basis that we feel could improve our daily usage of Wrike. An example of this would be with the Gannt Chart view and having subtask connected to milestone tasks. This will allows us to only move the date for the milestone task and the subtask would auto recalculate to the new dates. Right now, it's a manual process for us and it can be very time consuming.

### "Wrike - Complex, Not Intuitive, but Very Helpful "

October 14, 2021

5.0

Wrike was very difficult for our team to learn and understand. There are a lot of complexities and nuances to using this system. It's a robust tool and it can be very helpful but our team doesn't all use it in the same way and it can cause confusion rather than add clarity to some projects.

Pros

Wrike is an all in one project management tool that will organize your team's projects, schedule out daily tasks per person and keep you on track for all of your to-dos.

Cons

There are too many complex layers to Wrike where it can be difficult to find the information you are looking for.

### "Wrike Project Management"

May 10, 2019

4.0

Pros

Wrike has proven to be a capable tool for project management at our small company. It is very simple to create hierarchical structures for large projects, from major milestones down to minute tasks. Tasks can be easily linked as dependent, and assigning tasks and setting deadlines is very simple. It allows for constant monitoring of project tasks by stakeholders, and requesting updates from assignees. Files can be shared with data or results from various tasks, and being able to hit "complete" can help establish a sense of progress on large, multi-week or month projects. There are a number of ways to view the projects (like timelines and Gantt charts), which can help with communicating timelines to those interested, and also aids in identifying bottlenecks.

Cons

Adjusting timing within a project can be extremely difficult and/or tedious, and especially so when tasks are linked via dependencies. Moving some tasks can result in all other tasks resetting timing or decoupling. THis can be very frustrating, as with large projects even a one day adjustment can be tricky. Learning to use many of the features can take a while, and there are some quirks that can lead to confusion/miscommunications (like if someone fails to put a date for a task, it just sort of moves into purgatory). The number of alerts and communication can also get very unwieldy, and the ability to adjust them is limited (either no message or a huge number).

### "A perfect overview of our company at any given moment. "

February 28, 2023

5.0

Pros

Wrike allows our team to see exactly what they should be working on at any given time. It gives our project managers a clear picture of where projects stand at any given point in time. It's helped bring our team together and made transitioning to work-from-home during COVID a breeze.

Cons

Wrike was different from our last project management software so there was a small learning curve, but our team was able to pick up the software easily.

### "Wrike review"

August 31, 2021

5.0

Pros

Wrike is a highly intuitive application that allows the team to go deeper into their project while meeting deadlines. It aids in work and deadline management. It's helpful to break the task down into parts and sub parts, with timetables on a calendar to keep track of everything.

Cons

I've found that Wrike's frequent modifications make the interface behave differently, which means a lesson video is needed to make necessary functions. I think it's a bit frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. I also like for them to revise the pricing plan for a small and medium business package.

### "The "solution" works for well-structured projects and managers that want to micro-manage time."

March 17, 2018

3.0

Pros

The software has a neat stand-alone app offering on iOS and macOS. It connects across platforms seamlessly. It has reporting tools that are good for tracking time spent on tasks per individual and teams.

Cons

The apps assume a time-base of somewhere in the USA, rather than inherit the system time on macOS and Windows 10. There is a setting buried in the settings menu to choose your current time zone. On iOS there is no such setting and it inherits the device time, it seems. The software is not intuitive. Based on a hybrid of work-breakdown per folders and tasks that can be added at any level, it is devoid of a simple overview that can be printed on an A3 to aid in communication. Some of the default settings are subtle - if you want to work longer than 8 hours on a task, there is a small tick box to tick, or your recorded time "disappears". Recording time is done by either hitting a play and pause icon, or by manually adding time. It is not clear if manual entries will override defaults of "allowed hours". Unless you also follow through on extra steps after hitting the pause icon, the time is not reflected in the reports. What all of this means is that you will spend a large amount of money on up-front training on a paradigm that neither seems intuitive or follows the PMBoK or Prince closely. I have been unable to find a way to import plans successfully. Finally, the system can be abused by sending lots of notification mails on a constant basis, circumvent company e-mail and repository rules and by imposing a rather inflexible trace of your level of effort. Simply put, the focus seems more on input than on output results. That always ends in PM tears.

### "Great Platform to Assign and Manage Tasks "

July 17, 2023

5.0

We use Wrike to assign and manage tasks without having to hold regular meeting. It allows all of us to see the progress, deadlines, and what needs to be done. I can say it generally improves coordination and productivity (once everyone gets the hang of it).

Pros

One thing I like about Wrike is that it is customizable can we can use it for different tasks. We can adjust it to create a logical workflow, which all my team members can understand. It has a clean layout that allows us to share tasks, set deadlines, and track progress and provide a snippet of our team performance.

Cons

It took time for some of my team members to get the hang of it. It seemed to confuse some team members, indicating the need to provide a guide for new users on how each feature works.

### "Project and portfolio manager"

February 3, 2021

Project planning is never more easier to manage than using Wrike.

Pros

Wrike has a very unique that special only for them, the program structure is look like a tree branches and that method make the project arranging is more visual and easy to arrange. Wrike also has a very good connectivity as it can be access from any device and it has its own software for any platform.

Cons

The pricing plan is calculated from how many user that are registering with the software, it will benefited a team or organization with a small team, but will be costing greatly for a larger team. Integration with other service is a must to have a full potential of the software and it also will adding the cost.

### "Complete, integrable project management platform"

April 15, 2023

4.0

Wrike has allowed PMO (Program Management Office) tasks of our department consisting of over 7000 employees to be seamlessly integrated with existing organizational software, allowing admin tasks to be tracked alongside technical ones. Its customizability gives the HR team insights on employee productivity, and its scale ensures all departments have a common platform for updating

Pros

Wrike is highly customizable, allowing the Program office to customize workflows to aid employee productivity and improve tracking easily, without forcing the employees to spend precious minutes on donkey work. Additionally, its integration support ensures that a lot of manual overhead is removed and integrating with other department software is easier.

Cons

Wrike is a useful tool for large organizations where the workflows are complex, intricate and distributed across timezones. However,it's an overkill and too expensive for smaller teams, and can oftenlead to decision fatigue and lack of productivity

### "Solid lightweight alternative "

March 28, 2022

5.0

My experience with Wrike was very positive and I would be happy to use it again at another company. Wrike got me to really appreciate the Kanban approach.

Pros

Wrike is very easy to pick up and use with a team, especially if you are just looking for something like a Kanban board. It has a lot of integration options (e.g., create tasks from Outlook email -- which is quite nice). I never really had to dig around to figure out how to get value out of Wrike (vs. Jira, which is "jira-tating" at times), though I am sure I missed some cool features as a result.

Cons

Wrike worked really well as a Kanban board, but I am not sure I could've used it for complex project management (though I confess that I did not really try to use it in any other capacity). I was also able to run some pretty complex non-standard reporting out of Jira and could not do the same with Wrike.

### "Very good project management software, it has allowed me to simplify my work in a fast way."

June 10, 2018

5.0

It has allowed me to work more efficiently, incorporating all the work team to have clear goals to work according to them and establishing the priorities of each area with their respective managers, which has allowed me to innovate within my organization in project management.

Pros

It is ideal for project planning, since it has tools that facilitate organization, one of the features that I like most about this software is that it allows to have a clear real-time view of the status of each activity and therefore takes the progress of the project updated with a series of diagrams that facilitate the interpretation and incorporation of the whole team, I can also set the priorities of my project to visualize them without the team deviating from the main objective. On the other hand, it is a software that is very easy to use, it also allows exporting the reports to other Microsoft or PDF packages to facilitate their visualization and printing on any computer.

Cons

Basically it is designed in a web context and therefore it is necessary to have access to the internet to be able to use it and this could be a limitation, in addition the free trial has a few days duration, which makes it necessary to pay monthly the license to access the account .

### "The best PM tool I've worked with so far"

November 4, 2021

5.0

Customer support helps you with your organization's change management (this is critical) they not only tell you how to do it but teaches you how to be self taught

Pros

The blueprints and workflows are great to automatize processes avoiding missunderstandings and "who was responsible of that task" finger pointing. Helps to make the goal clearer for every colleague Also, the tutorials are great, selfpaced and very practical

Cons

It was hard to define the best way to configure the automatization between blueprints and workflows, they somehow oppose at some of the project views/reports
