We are totally able to do our jobs better and function efficiently because of wrike.

Pros

We love the ability to customize our own platform and set up tasks and automations.

Cons

### "A Comprehensive Task Management Tool"

February 27, 2023

5.0

Overall, my experience with Wrike has been positive. The robust features and powerful integrations make this a great tool for managing projects and teams. The cost can be prohibitive for smaller teams, but if you're looking for a comprehensive and powerful task management tool, Wrike is an excellent choice.

Pros

Wrike is an incredibly comprehensive task management tool. It is easy to use and provides many features that allow you to easily manage projects, tasks, and teams. The user interface is intuitive and the integration with other tools makes it even more powerful.

Cons

The only downside to Wrike is the cost, which can be quite expensive for small teams. Additionally, the learning curve can be steep for those who are not familiar with project management tools. It can be difficult to get started with Wrike.

Compared to other task management tools, Wrike stands out due to its comprehensive feature set and powerful integrations. It is also more intuitive than some of its competitors, making it easier to learn and use. Additionally, the cost is competitive, making it an attractive option for teams of all sizes.

### "Wrike Does Its Job"

February 23, 2023

5.0

Pros

I found it easy to start using and create workflows. I know some in our organization needed further training but it felt straight forward to me. I also appreciate how forgiving it is when you're learning. It's so important to let folks make mistakes and learn.

Cons

It's missing some integrations and some language needs to be updated (e.g., remove the Reject button). The desktop app can be processor intensive leading to a slower computer at times.

### "EFORT's experience "

March 15, 2023

5.0

We are using it mainly for task management and time tracking. This works well. Although the use of project management would now justify we have not found yet the right moment to make that leap and implement it fully.

Pros

The structure and thinking behind the tool breaks down the flow of tasks and to do's logically. Very customisable.

Cons

Onboarding and support remains challenging

### "Not the best PM UX for me"

February 28, 2021

3.0

The benefit of having all in one place is a great promise. And helps a lot that the entire team is using one single place for all organizational stuff. The commenting and messaging are great as well and save time compared to using an email to talk about a certain task.

Pros

The overall structure and tools offered are great for team and project management. The design is not bad to look at either. I also love that they added a free plan for people to try out the platform before committing. But what I love the most is the new templates feature. It does a good job of saving your time when you're setting up a project. And it can take a lot of time considering how customizable and flexible the platform is, which is a great plus for many I'm sure. It was for my team and that's exactly the reason it was chosen.

Cons

It's very messy. I remember that I and my colleagues had a very hard time adjusting to the platform because its features were all over the place. Even though the design has been improved a lot, still some UI choices aren't as intuitive as I'd want them to be. The price is also not the cheapest. I wouldn't call it the most expensive either, but you can, for sure, find something cheaper.

Overall, very very good.

### "The best project management software for remote teams"

April 24, 2022

5.0

We're better able to fulfill deadlines because of our better structure and the ability to assign workers to different teams based on their relevance to each assignment. Real-time visibility is what we were hoping for, and it has exceeded our expectations. When projects can be revisited months or years after they've been completed and notes and assets that were originally delivered can be accessed and reused, it's convenient. It completely alters the playing field!

Pros

Wrike is a great tool for managing projects, workflows, tasks, and campaigns. Wrike's scheduling and task-tagging features make it easy for us to keep track of our projects. You'll be able to keep tabs on the status of your campaign and see when tasks have been performed.

Cons

Things can get a little muddled when there are so many people in the system. To ensure that your chosen project entry formats and standards are followed, it helps to have a dedicated resource on hand.

### "Integrated with Jira as a shared platform between Project Management and Marketing"

June 18, 2018

4.0

Easy scheduling and reviewing of tasks across individuals and teams. Integration with Jira

Pros

Ability to view timeline by individuals allows work to be easily reviewed at a glance. I like how we are able to integrate the software into another system to allow for individuality across teams.

Cons

While we are attempting to reduce "swivel chairing" by integrating Jira (used by PMs and Engineers) and Wrike (used for marketing tasks) it is sometimes cumbersome to not have everyone in the same system. Wrike isn't necessarily set up to use it the way we do, and as such, it is difficult to see the full name of a task listed in the timeline views we use. Our team had to devise a specific way of naming each task and adding a visual date to the timeline, along with using the actual due date. When tasks sync to Jira the administrators name shows up on every task as if he/she was the one making the change until you click in to see what the change was. Additionally, I get multiple emails: one from Jira and one from Wrike cluttering my inbox

Overall experience, is good.

Pros

Our team has grown and so has our project list. Wrike allows multiple players to work on the same tasks and projects and keep track of who's doing what so there is no duplication and no wondering if something has been done. It's been a game changer for us.

Cons

Can be a bit overwhelming until you figure it out. Once you do, it works.

### "A fresh take on task management without giving up tried and true methodologies"

June 21, 2016

5.0

Company after company has tried to "re-invent" task management and collaboration tools. In the process of re-imagining collaboration tools, many systems forget that some of the tried and true core task management methodologies like waterfall or Gantt charts are actually based on tried and true functionality and merely need to be enhanced, not replaced. That's where Wrike comes in with a fresh team collaboration and communication interface to "augment" the old school task management processes, not scrap them. With rich reporting, real-time visibility into activity and most of the critical integrations (gmail, outlook, jira, etc), Wrike is an excellent refresh on old school task management. And it is CONSTANTLY improving with web and mobile app enhancements. They are quick to push incremental updates as opposed to sweeping overhauls.

Pros

Real-time interactions and updates Communications focused Intuitive and full-featured mobile app Most of the critical 3rd party integrations are in place

Cons

System can lag on loads from time to time and requires a hard browser refresh (may be time for some code clean-up) Chrome browser extension has some quirks that could be improved (like not deleting your notes if switching tabs before submitting the task) Could have more customization of look and feel perspective to make it feel more like a part of each company

### "Newer user with growing engagement"

February 28, 2023

5.0

My experience has been very good. I am still learning how to best optimize but am highly confident that the product will build my teams capacity for efficiency and delivery.

Pros

In general it is clear that the product Wrike has produced can effectively address all project management issues. There are many ways in which to organize the work which provides flexibility for managers and teams to find the best way to work together.

Cons

The many features and methods for organization are not always intuitive in the way they interact. This can at first create some confusion about what is the best way to organize the work. Once understanding grows this becomes much less of an issue.

### " Great for Cross-Functional Projects"

March 3, 2023

Wrike is a feature-rich project management application that strikes a balance between complexity and ease of use.

Pros

Wrike is an excellent resource for designing cross-functional projects. The reporting and dashboard features are impressive, providing quick access to information on project status.

Cons

The home page could be more customizable, and it is challenging to get a complete picture of task significance without point assignments.

### "Wrike is essential to our business!"

February 23, 2023

5.0

Pros

Our team uses Wrike in many different ways and its flexibility is, therefore, essential. Task and project management, collaboration are at the core of our Wrike implementation and it stands up.

Cons

The primary challenge we face in our use case is more about staff turnover than Wrike itself. Wrike is a little complex (or our implementation is a little complex) and with turnover, training and internal synchronization has been tough at times. Keeping everyone on the same page and similar skill level...

### "Wrike for a small Business"

July 6, 2023

Wrike is a great tool to keep people on tasks and also sending out automated to lists eliminates multiple notes all over your desk.

Pros

Wrike allows you to send out tasks to your team and it will follow up for you, allowing you to free up more of your time for other tasks of your own.

Cons

If you need to edit a project timeline/time table it takes a little more labor from your than when you first set it up, as it doesn't shift everything together, but you have to edit each item individually.

### "Works Well"

March 14, 2023

5.0

Pros

I love the ticketing system. This helps our team track requests with a "paper trail" and allows us to refer to past inquires.

Cons

The filtering is not the best. Filtering is limited to general time frames. I am not able to see active tasks within specific dates. Also, when I change the time frame it changes for the whole team, not just me.
