### "Flexible Collaboration Platform with Strong Team Support"

May 12, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Wrike has been very positive, particularly in enabling strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. Its flexibility allows teams to evolve their processes over time, which is essential in dynamic environments. Once properly set up, it becomes a powerful tool for maintaining clarity, improving efficiency, and ensuring everyone stays aligned on priorities. The platform supports both high-level planning and detailed execution, which makes it suitable for a wide range of use cases. Combined with reliable support and continuous improvements, Wrike provides a solid foundation for teams looking to scale collaboration while maintaining structure and transparency.

Pros

What I appreciated most about Wrike is its flexibility and ability to adapt to different workflows without forcing a rigid structure. It allows teams to collaborate seamlessly across functions, making it easier to stay aligned even in fast-paced environments. The platform supports clear visibility into tasks, timelines, and ownership, which strengthens teamwork and accountability. I also found the level of customization particularly valuable, as it lets teams tailor dashboards and processes to their exact needs. On top of that, the support resources and guidance available are consistently strong, enabling smooth onboarding and ongoing optimization without unnecessary friction.

Cons

While Wrike is highly flexible, that same flexibility can sometimes lead to complexity, especially for new users trying to understand how everything fits together. Without clear initial structure, teams may struggle to establish consistent ways of working, which can impact collaboration early on. Some features feel slightly unintuitive and require a learning curve before they deliver full value. Additionally, navigation between spaces and tasks can occasionally feel less streamlined than expected. Although support is generally excellent, resolving more advanced configuration questions can take time, particularly when balancing multiple team needs and ensuring alignment across different workflows.

### "Wrike as a project/time management tool"

February 2, 2026

5.0

The overall experience is good. The customer support is reactive and helpful. I also get regular updates on what changes have been / are being implemented on wrike.

Pros

Convenient project management software. We use it on daily basis in my company (market research studies). It has all the necessary tools to successfully manage our projects by gathering all the communication in one place and logging the time spent on a project. It is also useful for creating individual or team dashboards with necessary data (for example, time spent, upcoming and current tasks to do, the workload charts, etc. - great for managing yours and team's time and workload). The interface is simple and intuitive, easy to use.

Cons

There is nothing in particular that I didn't like about Wrike. Once there was a bug when I didn't get notifications or got them with delays. Otherwise, everything is working fine.

### "Wrike is the perfect work orgainsation tool"

May 18, 2026

4.0

I love Wrike, and I'm very hopeful that my complaint will be used to improve the system with features that many of their users will benefit from. I am grateful to be able to have that conversation with them, and feel heard, and confident that Wrike will do their best to find a solution.

Pros

Wrike is created by an excellent team, and backed by a wonderful community, all of whom work hard to support each other and improve the software. Wrike is always growing and moving forward, and consistently keeps the users informed and involved in the process, making sure tutorials and articles are on hand. They also have seminars that launch and teach new features.

Cons

Wrike pride themselves on putting the customer first and keeping the software up to date with new features and functions that improve the current way of working. However, one latest update has completely changed our system - 'Group by Assignee' shows all assignees, not the ones selected and filtered by. It will show other people because the selected users are within that task. This makes no sense because I just want to see the tasks that are in a other person's task list - when speaking with Wrike about this issue, they said it was how their new feature worked and they could put my complaint to the production team to work with. It's frustrating that what we mainly used the software for has completely changed. We've had members of our team stop using the software because they can no longer see their team's workload.

### "Powerful Software with Strong Customer Support, Overwhelming to Start, Search Feature Needs Work"

April 23, 2026

4.0

Pros

Wrike is a powerful project management tool that is constantly adding features and innovating, often based on direct feedback from users. We've found them to be incredibly responsive when we report an issue. I also love how Wrike helps people across our organization stay up to date on tasks and their progress. Recently, Wrike added integration of Copilot and this has been an incredible addition to keep me up to date on fast-moving projects where I may not have time to review all the activity in a project since the last time I reviewed it.

Cons

Along with the positive of Wrike having a ton of features, this can also be a negative because onboarding new people into our organization and getting them to learn the platform can be arduous. I find it typically takes people several months before they feel decently comfortable in Wrike. I'd say the biggest area for improvement in the Wrike platform itself is the search feature. I find it to be one of the least helpful search features of any app I use - it definitely needs more filter options for specific phrases, to narrow it down to specific projects or folders, eliminate by task status, filter by author, with/without attachments, etc.

### "Flexibility without compromising functionality."

April 20, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Wrike is fantastic. It allows people from multiple different departments at my organization to collaborate in a very simple and easy way for example, compliance uses it for contract. Review the marketing team we made our own form for accepting external request from other teams and the customization of the forms make it really easy to get exactly the information we need to do our work efficiently and in a timely manner, but overall, yeah, I love Rex flexibility, and customization possibilities

Pros

I love the integrations and the flexibility of how you can present the different task items for example for one board we use just a standard table view, but for my testing board, I use a column board view so I can actually show the tasks moving through the process as they progress and I really like having flexibility so that you could present the work the best way it can be.

Cons

The thing I like the least about Wrike is probably the email immigration functionality where I do love the fact that you can respond to a comment but I wish I could do an emoji response or actually tag someone in the response so that I don't have to go into the app directly itself if I manage most of my communication through email

### "Wrike is a great tool for managing complex projects with large teams"

April 17, 2026

4.0

After the initial learning curve, I'm satisfied with Wrike. I think it's a great tool that offers a lot of flexibility in the way we review the status of our projects. Offers desktop and web versions. I can choose between several ways to view the projects I'm assigned to: all tasks shown in a table, a board (Kanban), or a Gantt chart. Easily see all files, charts, calendar, resources, timelog, or stream view.

Pros

Wrike helps us stay organized with our projects. For mid- to large-sized organizations, it becomes essential to keep all groups informed about the status of individual campaigns and projects. We have multiple groups involved many times, from copywriters, creatives, web and email devs, database admins, and analytics teams, who all need to coordinate throughout the project's timeline. With Wrike, we get notifications as due dates approach, updates from teammates when tasks are completed, and other updates to a project. It's a great tool to help us along and make sure our projects are completed on time.

Cons

I think the biggest issue is familiarizing oneself with the tool. It took me some time to get up-to speed using Wrike. At times I had trouble finding the right projects, that I needed to work on. I believe this may have been also due to team members not properly using Wrike and sharing projects with other team mates.

### "Please! Check out Wrike! "

April 18, 2026

5.0

I’ve really enjoyed Wrike and our company uses it daily to keep track of strategic initiatives, department initiatives and I even use it to track some personal things!!

Pros

The ability to have multiple projects in one space. The workflow management is key. I think it’s a very user friendly platform- once you become aware of all the capabilities. We like the use of the request forms for many reasons. DADHBOARDS! Wow! If I haven’t made a dashboard - you need to! It keeps teams aligned and up to date on current tasks!

Cons

I wish there was a way to show pictures on the request forms. Users filling out the request form can add pics - but it would be nice to add as an admin when setting up the forms.

### "Wrike provides good visibility for projects but it has a very steep learning curve"

May 17, 2026

5.0

No one ever had a complete understanding of the overall picture at the same time. Wrike allows me to keep track of Task Status, Deadlines, Dependencies and Team Bandwidth without having to bother anyone. Specifically, the Intake Form has helped solve the issue of Vague Requests being submitted by people with incomplete Information required to begin work. On Larger Cross Functional Projects it makes coordinating MUCH EASIER because everyone is working off the same Timeline and NO ONE can claim they didn't see the Update.

Pros

I believe the visibility I am able to achieve within the platform is probably the most important thing for me. At any point in time I can easily jump into any project and find out who is responsible for what, where each item is in its life cycle, what is blocking each item and have access to all history without being forced to go search Slack for answers or dig around through e-mail threads. Also, our Request Forms have provided us a lot of value as it forces users to provide content based on pre-defined questions rather than sending a completely blank "Hey, can you...?" type message to the person responsible.

Cons

The learning curve for the product is significant and typically impacts individuals that don't spend their days using Project Management software. While the User Interface is functional it does tend to look busy/heavy and sometimes finding something that was created 3-6 months earlier requires more clicks than expected. One of my pet peeves specifically: Notifications are excessive and lack intelligence. I receive ping-backs for items that require no further input from myself and making them relevant would likely require significantly more configuration efforts than it should.

### "A Powerful Toom for managing Workflows"

July 15, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience with Wrike has been positive. As a Traffic Management Plan Designer, I found Wrike to be a valuable tool for staying organized, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple TMP requests efficiently. Its project tracking features, collaborative task management, and clear visibility into workloads helped streamline communication between office and field teams. While there was a learning curve at the start and occasional complexity in customizing workflows, the platform ultimately improved our team’s productivity and responsiveness. Wrike has become an integral part of our planning and delivery process.

Pros

As a TMP Designer, I appreciated Wrike’s ability to streamline communication and task tracking across multiple projects. The real-time collaboration tools allowed seamless coordination between design, operations, and field teams, reducing delays and misunderstandings. I especially liked the customizable dashboards and Gantt charts, which gave me clear visibility of deadlines, dependencies, and approval workflows. Wrike also made it easier to prioritize urgent TMP requests, track revisions, and maintain documentation all in one place, which was a huge time-saver in a fast-paced environment.

Cons

While Wrike is a powerful tool for project management, I found the initial setup and customization to be quite time-consuming, especially when tailoring workflows to meet specific TMP processes. Some features, like folder structures and task dependencies, can feel overly complex or cluttered without consistent team-wide usage. Additionally, notifications can become overwhelming if not carefully managed, making it easy to miss critical updates among less urgent alerts.

### "Great With Minor Caveats"

November 24, 2025

4.0

t genuinely helps keep projects aligned, teams informed, and deadlines predictable, which makes day-to-day work feel more grounded and less reactive. At the same time, there are moments when the system’s complexity peeks through and adds a little extra effort to otherwise simple tasks. Still, the benefits outweigh the bumps. When everything is flowing, Wrike becomes a reliable backbone for managing creative chaos and keeping the entire process moving with purpose and clarity.

Pros

What I appreciate most about Wrike is how it brings clarity to the chaos without getting in the way. It keeps projects organized, communication tight, and deliverables on track, all while feeling surprisingly intuitive. The ability to see workloads, timelines, and approvals in one place makes collaboration smoother and eliminates that constant, nagging uncertainty about who’s doing what. It’s the rare tool that genuinely lightens the load instead of adding to it.

Cons

It can feel a bit heavy at times, like it’s trying to do everything all at once. Some features hide behind too many clicks, and small tasks can end up feeling more complicated than they should be. When I’m moving fast, the interface occasionally slows me down instead of helping me get out of my own way. It’s great when it’s dialed in, but it definitely has moments where it feels more like managing the tool than managing the work.

### "Wrike – you simply can’t do without it"

April 24, 2026

5.0

Generally speaking, I was sceptical when, about a year and a half ago, we were introduced to Wrike to manage our various digital campaigns alongside our offshore teams; I thought it was just another thing to do. However, over time, Wrike has proved to be essential for saving time, keeping things organised and making communication easier. It has replaced many tools, and we now have at least 50% of our workflow consolidated into a single platform.

Pros

When it comes to managing workflows and organising various tasks, it’s something my team can no longer do without. What I like most is definitely the ability to see, step by step and in real time, what a colleague is doing on a particular task, including the time they expect to spend on it.

Cons

Wrike has so many features that it can seem overwhelming at first. The guides aren’t particularly clear if you’ve never used a platform like this before, so you need to set aside time to learn the various features. If you don’t have the time, it can be difficult to get to grips with, but if you do have the time to familiarise yourself with how Wrike works, it becomes indispensable for your day-to-day work.

### "Wrike is what keeps our marketing workflow sane!"

October 29, 2025

4.0

I think Wrike is amazing once it's set up. I have to admit the initial onboarding can feel a bit overwhelming for new team members. It’s so powerful that there’s definitely a steep learning curve.

Pros

I love Wrike! I really love that we can build custom workflows for all of our clients, it makes juggling all our projects from start to finish, much easier to manage. The built-in proofing feature is something we just implemented, and it helps us get faster feedback on all our creative. It has cut down on going back and forth with clients for approval in long email threads.

Cons

I wish there were more features for AI automation overall. Also, I wish we had Wrike whiteboard included in our business account rather than needing to have the Klaxoon add-on. I wish the sticky-note widgets in dashboards had more capabilities, like emojis and being able to tag a specific wrike task directly in the note rather than just showing the wrike URL.

### "A great tool for task management and team visibility"

April 29, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with Wrike has been pretty good. It has been very useful for staying organized, managing assigned tasks, updating project statuses, and keeping track of my deadlines through dashboards.

Pros

It is intuitive and I like its ability to keep you informed as and when task statuses change and a request needs my attention. It helps me stay on top of things.

Cons

1- I'm not so crazy about checking attached PDFs in my tasks, when there are different updates attached. Its tough to say whether this document is version 2 or 3 or such. I have to click on another sub task to check the updated pdf attached by the design team.

### "Very Good Experience with Wrike"

October 27, 2025

4.0

Overall experience has been very good. The platform is user-friendly (most of the time) and it's allowed me to set processes, workflows and automations. It's great for project and campaign management and I'd recommend to any company looking for a platform that Wrike is the one to go with.

Pros

It's user-friendly, robust, aesthetically pleasing and I love creating blueprints and automations and seeing them work properly!

Cons

There's no sort of filter option on the automations (besides date and owner), making it difficult to find a specific one - no name filter and I have to open the automation to see the entire title. It's a burden and very time-consuming when I have hundreds of automations in place.

### "One of the best tools for medium to large sized enterprises"

April 21, 2026

5.0

Pros

After 5 years of using Wrike as a team lead, I can say, hands-down, its one of the best, if not the best, Project Management tools I have used so far. To be honest, the thought of moving from ASANA to WRIKE 5 years ago stressed me a bit, but all the features are there (and even some more). Automations, AI integrations, time tracking, reports, blueprints. All the issues I had a couple of times, were treated immediately by tech support. Keep it up WRIKE!

Cons

Steep learning curve - it takes time to learn the platform, how to set up reports and familiarise yourself with it.

### "Impressive From Day One — Wrike Makes Process Management Simple"

April 22, 2026

5.0

We've been using Wrike for under three months and it's already become central to how our team manages work. The workflow and process management capabilities have helped us bring structure to projects that previously relied on scattered spreadsheets and email threads. Ease of use was a big factor in our decision to try it, and Wrike has delivered on that front. We're still exploring everything it can do, but so far the experience has been very positive and we'd recommend it to any team looking to streamline how they work.

Pros

Within just a few months of using Wrike, I've been genuinely impressed by how intuitive it is to get started. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, even for new team members. Setting up workflows took minimal effort, and the flexibility to customize them to match our specific processes has been a huge win. It's clear a lot of thought went into making the platform accessible without sacrificing depth. Also, it has improved significantly cross-team visibility, compared to the last platform we were using.

Cons

As a relatively new user, the sheer number of features can feel a little overwhelming at first. There's a short learning curve when it comes to configuring more advanced workflow and process management settings. Some more guided onboarding or in-app tutorials for those areas would go a long way.

### "Fan Girl for Wrike"

October 24, 2025

5.0

As a project manager, I have moved 3 teams into Wrike. The first two were from Asana, the most recent, Accelo. I deeply believe in this product and am a real-life Fan Girl for Wrike.

Pros

I think of Wrike as Asana on steroids (this is also how I describe it to my team). Most of the time, when I want to be able to do something, I can actually make it happen in this program. The blueprints functionality (templates) with the ability to reschedule dates around certain tasks is a GAME CHANGER.

Cons

There are some weird limitations to Wrike, especially around viewing finance data (we are a small agency that does things "weird" sometimes). When we email our account rep, though, he does always try to give us a workaround, which I appreciate. I do think the Search functionality could be a little smarter; Accelo's was much easier to use.

### "TOP tool for keeping teams aligned across regions and time zones "

April 21, 2026

4.0

Overall, a really great experience. It’s made managing projects across teams much smoother, improved visibility, and helped keep everyone connected and accountable. It’s a reliable tool that supports both day-to-day work and bigger projects without feeling too complicated once you’re up and running.

Pros

Wrike makes it really easy to keep projects organised, especially when working across different regions and time zones. Everything is in one place, so it’s simple to see what’s happening and who’s responsible. It’s very user-friendly, so teams pick it up quickly, and I like how flexible it is—you can adapt it to suit different projects, whether they’re big or small. It’s definitely helped us stay more aligned and on track.

Cons

There’s a lot you can do with it, which is great, but it can feel a bit overwhelming at the start—especially when setting up more detailed workflows. It takes a little bit of time to get everything structured the way you want, but once that’s done, it works really well.

### "Strong for Complex Teams, Heavy for Simple Workflows"

April 23, 2026

5.0

Overall, Wrike has been a powerful tool for structured project and process management. Once configured, it becomes a reliable hub for collaboration, approvals, and tracking work across teams. It’s not the most beginner‑friendly platform, but for teams that need depth, automation, and strong workflow control, it delivers solid results.

Pros

Wrike’s workflow customization is its strongest asset. Being able to build tailored workflows, automate repetitive steps, and switch between multiple views (Gantt, board, table, calendar) makes it great for managing complex, multi‑step projects. The visibility across teams is also a big plus once everything is set up.

Cons

The learning curve is steep. The interface can feel cluttered, and many of the most useful features sit behind higher‑tier plans. Performance can lag on large workspaces, and occasional UI quirks—like slow loading or inconsistent notifications—can interrupt momentum.
