### "Highly recommend wrike"

April 21, 2026

5.0

Overall, as a company we love using wrike, it is an easy to use product, allows us to keep everything in one place and ensure we are on track with our projects.

Pros

Wrike is great, it is very easy to use, it also helps to keep us organised and is great value for money compared to other similar tools.

Cons

The amount of notification emails, although this does ensure that you haven't missed any important tags.

It made more sense to be with cvent to integrate all our events rather than having a bespoke platform for one event.

### "Pros and Cons of Wrike"

September 29, 2025

4.0

Much better than our old system of physical folders. Makes it easy to transition from in office work to remote.

Pros

The best thing about Wrike is the ability to review artwork from graphic designers. Instead of printing and re-printing over and over, we can just look at the most recent version.

Cons

Our approval structure is set up so that 1 of 3 people can approve a project to the next stage, but Wrike is unable to mirror this process.

### "Great for customization"

August 4, 2025

4.0

The platform offers incredible flexibility, but tapping into even a fraction of its potential requires a significant upfront investment. Building out workflows, projects, dashboards, views, and dependencies takes time—and can feel overly complex. While this level of customization is powerful, it can make setting up even a simple project more cumbersome than it should be.

Pros

Wrike’s customization is a major strength. From custom item types and workflows to dashboards and views, the platform is highly adaptable. I especially value the ability to tailor views—both for myself and for others when managing projects. It’s clear Wrike prioritizes flexibility, and I appreciate the regular updates that continue to expand its customization capabilities.

Cons

Finding things can be frustrating. Wrike’s navigation makes it difficult to quickly locate items, so I end up pinning a lot just to keep track of them. But my pinned list has gotten unwieldy. I wish there were customizable sidebar views—with collapsible sections or folders—to better organize pinned items. Dashboards feel too disconnected. They’re a powerful feature, but I don’t like how limited they are in terms of placement. It would be much more intuitive if I could cross-tag a dashboard to a project or make it appear as a tab within a project’s workspace, just like Tasks or Files.

### "Great for Task Tracking and Workflow Management"

April 17, 2026

5.0

Overall, Wrike is a strong and effective tool for managing projects and workflows. While there can be some challenges with organization at times, it works well overall and provides the structure and visibility needed to keep teams on track.

Pros

What I like most about Wrike is the task tracking. It provides clear visibility into ownership, deadlines, and progress, making it easy to keep projects moving and teams accountable. The ability to organize, update, and monitor tasks in real time has been especially valuable for managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Cons

What I like least about Wrike is that it can sometimes feel a bit confusing when there are too many public projects and folders. However, this is more a reflection of how the platform is organized and used internally rather than a limitation of the product itself.

### "Great UI/UX expereince"

April 20, 2026

5.0

Overall, our team finds it very helpful and a great way to work cross-functionally. I love utilizing the various spaces for different programs and keeping things organized by themselves.

Pros

Wrike is very user-friendly - the UI and UX of the platform are great and I find it very easy to navigate no matter what I am looking for.

Cons

Sometimes when I search for projects, the most recent projects do not show up first. I'm not sure why I get projects from closer to 2020. Or if I search for a series of words, it will single out projects with a single word from my search rather than all of the keywords together to find the specific project I am looking for.

### "Great system, makes my life easier!"

April 22, 2026

5.0

Overall I have a really great experience with Wrike!! It would be helpful to have some AI assistance such as integrations with Tasks or AI assist to add into a Teams call to be able to autogenerate notes in the tasks

Pros

I am able to track all of my projects, find everything easily and a great workflow for managing all of my tasks!

Cons

Ever since removing List View, my Wrike load time is consistently bogged down and it takes time for folders/projects to load when reviewing tasks

### "Warming up to Wrike "

October 24, 2025

4.0

At first, I was not a fan. It felt limited and not user friendly. As I have learned more about the features and dug deeper, it could be used more effectively in our business.

Pros

Wrike is working to stay on top of new features and options as technologies emerge. The views have become my favorite feature.

Cons

Wrike has several training videos, but it would be great to see a real use case. How are others using the feature, instead of a quick example of workflow management? Also, documentation on how or why something works. Something similar to open office hours or something to troubleshoot with other users.

### "Order in the Chaos"

October 20, 2025

5.0

Wrike is a great software as long as someone learns the system in detail and champions how it gets organized from the beginning of the setup, and then maintains it throughout the course of its life. Keep order in the chaos of project management with many people involved.

Pros

Wrike is an excellent project management tool that helps teams stay organized and on schedule. The workflow automation and task dependencies ensure everyone knows what needs to be done and when. Real-time updates and notifications make it easy to track progress and prevent missed deadlines. The customizable dashboards provide clear visibility into timelines and priorities for each team member. Overall, Wrike’s workflow system keeps projects running smoothly and helps teams stay consistently on track.

Cons

Wrike can be overly complicated and difficult to learn for new users. The interface often feels cluttered, making it hard to find specific tasks or features quickly. It can also be slow or glitchy when handling large projects with many users. Additionally, the cost can be high compared to other project management tools that offer similar functionality.

### "Wrike: The Clear Choice!"

July 11, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Wrike has been positive! Our team was tasked with migrating to a new project management platform, and we evaluated a dozen different applications. After several weeks of narrowing down our options, Wrike stood out as the top choice due to its ease of use and the down-to-earth, friendly nature of its staff.

Pros

What I like most about Wrike is how easy it is to get started compared to other project management applications. Wrike is intuitive and simple to administer, which makes user adoption seamless.

Cons

User administration is pretty straightforward. All user activity data is exportable; however, it would be helpful to have a simple dashboard or report for viewing user usage at a glance.

### "Versatile Project & Task Management with Wrike "

July 14, 2025

4.0

I find Wrike to be one of the more adaptive and useful softwares available for managing projects and groups. As someone who manages multiple projects with different audiences, timetables, and needs - having the ability to stay in the same software and tailor my use of it to the skill level of the group I'm working with has been tremendously helpful in allowing me to keep things organized. I also have a lot of repetitive type tasks and the ability to map out a blueprint to replicate is such a time saver.

Pros

\-It's versatility to handle different needs/projects/tasks that I'm working on. -That I can share specific views and access with different audiences -Integration with Slack for notifications -Dashboard functionality -Customizable workflows

Cons

\-Not a con for Wrike but specific to my account, we have limitations on the ability to link Wrike with Tableau, which requires me to use a workaround to bring in Tableau data.

### "A Clearer View of Complex Work"

July 16, 2025

5.0

As a Project/Program Manager overseeing multiple cross-functional initiatives, Wrike has become an essential part of how I operate day-to-day. It gives me the high-level visibility I need while still allowing deep dives into individual programs, tasks, and timelines. I rely on it to simplify complex workflows, align stakeholders, and keep momentum moving across teams. Wrike brings structure to complexity. It’s powerful, adaptable, and keeps everyone focused on the right next step. For someone managing multiple programs, it’s more than a project management tool... it’s how I stay in control of the big picture and the small details.

Pros

\-Real-time visibility into multiple projects and programs -Custom fields and workflows that fit our team's exact needs -Flexible structure for nesting tasks and organizing large initiatives -Helps simplify and streamline reporting and collaboration -Great for cross-team transparency and ownership clarity I value seeing multiple projects and task updates in one place, especially in real-time. Wrike’s dashboards, Gantt charts, and reports let me stay on top of fast-moving initiatives and manage overlapping priorities critical in my role overseeing multiple programs and special projects. I appreciate the ability to tailor workspaces, statuses, and fields to match my team's specific operational needs, whether it’s organizing product specific programs, Consulting Services, or managing special initiatives from leadership. I rely on Wrike to bring visibility across our Account Management Operations team and partner functions. The tool helps me keep project managers, team leads, and stakeholders aligned, particularly when I'm consolidating spaces, updating ownership, or simplifying reporting structures.

Cons

\-Can feel overwhelming for new users without proper onboarding -Occasional limitations in dashboard filtering or reporting nuance

### "Wrike Advocate to the End"

July 15, 2025

5.0

I used Wrike at my previous company, loved it, and actually onboarded my team onto it when I moved jobs to another org. I appreciate that they have a user advocacy platform that gamifies their participation and encourages helping others, learning, and you can even earn swag. It's a fun thing I try to do every day when I have a few min, and it's always a nice break from the monotony of work.

Pros

I love the flexibility of the tool. At first, it's very intimidating because of how robust it is, but once you dive in and understand the capabilities and how to use them to your advantage, it's great. There's not one way to use the system, you can very much shape it into what you need that is significantly different than how someone else might use it. It molds to your needs, you don't have to mold your needs to its capabilities.

Cons

Some of the tools feel a little underdeveloped, like Calendars and reports. Don't get me wrong, they have great capabilities and filters, but the potential behind these tools could be exponentially better.

Pros

### "A Seamless Transition and Powerful Home for Our Daily Work"

June 30, 2025

5.0

Our team recently made the switch to Wrike, and even with a rapid deployment due to our previous subscription expiring, the transition has been remarkably smooth. This was primarily thanks to the guided training we received during our migration, which provided a strong foundation. Additionally, the numerous videos and tutorials available online allowed our team to get up to speed quickly and truly own the platform. Within just a few months, we're already building and managing robust projects and campaigns with ease. Wrike has quickly become our central hub for all project management activities. What's even better is that the adoption isn't just limited to our marketing and communications team; users outside our core group are also transitioning quickly and successfully. The features that have truly been a lifesaver for us are the automations and blueprints. These have significantly streamlined our workflows, saving us valuable time and ensuring consistency across our projects. We're still exploring the full potential of Wrike, particularly in terms of reporting, but we're excited about the possibilities. Overall, our team has been very happy in our new project management home. Wrike has proven to be an intuitive, powerful, and adaptable solution that has dramatically improved our efficiency and collaboration.

Pros

I love the user-friendliness and ease of use! The automations and blueprints are life-changing and have helped our team regain valuable time to complete the work.

Cons

Occasional slowness in the interface, as well as a tough time finding nested comments in the chats from time to time.

### "Creative Manager"

April 17, 2026

4.0

I use Wrike every day, and overall it’s been a valuable tool for managing my workflow. It helps streamline reviews and keeps communication clear and organized, not just with project managers but also across the marketing team. It’s become an essential part of how we collaborate and keep projects moving forward.

Pros

As a Creative Manager, I really appreciate how Wrike simplifies task tracking and project organization. It gives me clear visibility into timelines, priorities, and team workloads, which makes it much easier to keep projects on track. I especially like how it centralizes communication and feedback, so there’s less back-and-forth across different tools. Overall, it helps streamline our creative workflow, improve collaboration, and ensure deadlines are met more efficiently.

Cons

When managing a large number of tasks, it can sometimes be difficult to quickly get to the core of the communication. Important updates or key details can get buried within task threads, which makes it a bit time-consuming to find the most relevant information.

### "Powerful for creative workflows, but expect a learning curve"

April 17, 2026

4.0

Overall, Wrike has streamlined our creative workflows with its robust request forms and built-in proofing, even though its complex interface initially caused some friction in team adoption.

Pros

Custom request forms: Enforces a strict brief format (target dimensions, audience, deadlines, existing assets). Built-in proofing tool: Wrike enables visual feedback (direct annotations on images or videos) right within the platform.

Cons

UX: The interface can feel complex and intimidating. It requires proper change management. Adoption of the product: If the form or process is too cumbersome, requesters will naturally try to bypass the tool and revert to Slack DMs.

### "A great system for making your work life easier."

May 12, 2026

5.0

I have used the platform for several years. It has made managing complex projects way easier. It is also great to be able to return to projects from years ago and easily find all that I need to know.

Pros

Wirke really changed how we collaborated and boosted our productivity. It gave us a central place to share information and see projects as they progressed. The ability to generate Gantt charts and allocate tasks is game-changing. The platform is also robust, and we rarely have any bugs or issues.

Cons

Becuase Wrike does so much, it can take time to learn how it all works. However, if you stick with it, you are well rewarded. It also looks a little dated compared to other platforms, but you get used to it and past it quickly.

### "Effective and Scalable Tool -- Annoying but Works!"

June 12, 2025

3.0

Overall, my experience with Wrike has been mostly positive. It has become the universal software at my company and it has integrated well. There are some really annoying QOL aspects that make me want to swallow my mouse, but most days it does the job well. I think the collaborative features, the various views, and the ability to nest and set reminders are great tools that set Wrike apart. Not my preferred option, but it is functional and scaleable.

Pros

I like the layout and overall feel of the product and UX. I think the integrations with Microsoft Teams and notifications systems work really well. I enjoy the various views, I think the Gannt chart is one of the better versions of this view from Wrike. Calendar works really well and is better integrated than other PJM tools. Corporately the request forms work really well for IT, Marketing, and HR. Our team has been slowly moving away from an internal product and the undertaking overall has been very positive.

Cons

Filters. Filtering options are limiting and annoying. Completed tasks do not ever go away. You have to filter them out, but on hold tasks are considered deferred and therefore not active so you remove the ability to see what's on hold but not completed. JUST REMOVE COMPLETED TASKS! I have experience a number of issues with the desktop version of the app -- crashes, slow downs, and error codes.

### "Wrike: Overall, A Very Solid Tool"

April 22, 2026

5.0

Overall, I'm very happy with Wrike. I'd say it is the best project management tool that I've worked in. I really like the communication capabilities, and how I can easily assign and tag people into a project. I also like the dashboard features, and that it keeps me on track with my assignments and deadlines.

Pros

I like the organization capabilities, specifically the folders and subfolders on the left. This makes it easy to categorize the various jobs that I work on.

Cons

Sometimes it can be difficult to find a task within a large job, especially when there are so many moving parts. Sometimes the search tool can be a little difficult to find past projects and files.

### "Wrike keeps our team organized and on-track, although there is a bit of a learning curve."

July 14, 2025

4.0

Our creative team can more easily track completed tasks and arrange by date ranges to be more accurate with our timing. With Wrike, we have less channels we need to communicate on so less things fall through the cracks. The calendar view lets the team see into all live, planned, and scheduled campaigns to keep launches successful.

Pros

Wrike dashboards help us see into the full team's scope of work so we can properly set expectations for turnaround times. The automation tools help us take the manual load off our plates so we can work more efficiently. Also Wrike's blueprints help us to ensure no task gets missed on a new campaign when there are so many items involved in a successful launch.

Cons

Navigating Wrike has proved tricky for some of our team member's. The sheer amount of capability Wrike has to offer can be overwhelming, it's hard to know what all there is to offer and how best to properly utilize the tool.

Switched from

[Basecamp](https://www.capterra.com/p/56808/Basecamp/)

The features and automations in Wrike definitely overshadow the previous tools I've used. Basecamp was actually very hard to navigate and wasn't super intuitive. I also felt it lacked functionality in comparison to Wrike. It was hard to find what you needed in Basecamp and the asset management was clunky.
