The workflow is spelled out and it's very easy to use. Pros I like that you are able to customize the sections that you need. I love how you can create a form for your staff or client to fill out and it'll automatically fill in the sections in the project. Cons There are no cons. I really enjoy using this product. I would adoption and onboarding took longer in compared to using a combo of Slack and Asana, but eventually it had better value. Pros Analytical and account management team seemed to be more prone to than our creative team. Those who use MS Office seem to appreciate the integration and look at feel. Cons Some of our team had more experience in Asana, and continued to talk about more playful and intuitive views in Asana vs ..... Both have their plus and minuses but I do find Asana to be a little cleaner with a better "search" feature. Pros is a good project tool that lets you easily keep track of projects. You can also assign different levels of access for different users as well as export and import data pretty easily. Pros I think this software is a great project management tool that allows you to set milestones and align with your team goals. In addition, our team is very task driven so this tool has allowed us to stay organized and stay on track with our tasks. Getting other people on-board requires quite a bit of convincing to make it work effectively. Calendars (especially Gantt charts) are especially nicely integrated. Pros is easier to set up and use than other options (Atlassian) and offers workflows and tools that allow for easy collaboration. Cons Initial Price and Support are the main cons. While other options charge you later once they have the foot in the door, had a steep initial cost mainly due to pre-pay required. Support is only available for very large customers and doesn't focus on small companies.
