The amount of customization once you really know how to use the tool is vast, so once you invest the time to get over the learning curve you can really run with it. Cons The learning curve is steep, and we've found that just providing the training videos to our new hires during onboarding is not sufficient. We have to create dedicated, days-long workshops to teach staff how to use it.
