Both are very small departments. Wrike has helped tremendously in tracking our tickets and projects. It also helps keep the clients updated as well. Cons It was a little tricky setting it up and teaching employees how to use it. But after initial setup and training it has been very easy to maintain and expand on. Cons \- May be pricey for users at the enterprise level or larger teams. - The tools of analysis and reports a little bit limited.
