Pros The fact that i can accessing to this software to get update on my project that i collaborating with my colleague is the biggest point. Wrike can be access from my web browser and need no software installation with it. The graphical design for the software is minimal and clean, and it not messing my eyes after hours of time staring at the software. Cons We can't adding all the employees on the company to have access to the software, as it will cost more based on the user using it. On other word, it is expensive for small and medium organization to own the software. There are no new feature introduce to the software, and the current bugs takes month to get fix. Using Wrike as it was intended (project management tool) rather than trying to make it be what we were used to (simple ticketing system for requests) has reduced a huge amount of administrative burden on several people on our team. We work faster, more efficiently, and more collaboratively than ever before. Pros Having one place to manage all of our projects throughout the entire life cycle of the project (rather than just a "ticketing" system) has been huge for my team. We use it constantly (I have it open all day, every day) and I know that we wouldn't be able to do the volume of work that we do, without having a robust project management tool. Cons It can be a bit of a learning curve, especially for people who aren't familiar with project management software. However, if you invest time in training up front, it pays dividends. The ability to use a variety of templates for a variety of projects has allowed for increased productivity and a reduction in the amount of time spent preparing projects. While it's possible for things to get lost in email when using other programs, Wrike makes it easy for me to keep track of where things are at all times. Pros One of my personal favorites is the Gantt chart because it is such an effective image for communicating about projects. We never run out of space for storing files, and it's a breeze to make changes to assets once they've been sent in for evaluation after we've already looked at them. The fact that users may access information through a variety of points of entry, such as personalized dashboards, folders and tags, and even bespoke reports and calendars, is one of my favorite features of this software. Cons Users who are onboarding may initially find the "blank slate" to be intimidating; however, the Wrike onboarding team has been extremely helpful in responding to our numerous questions regarding anything from customizing widgets in dashboards to developing panels for visibility outside of our development. It is very easy to use and if you set up due dates you know what will be coming due and it will show on your to do list as well.
