As with all software there's a learning curve but it's certainly not insurmountable and definitely less so than with other software packages I've tried to learn. Pros Easy to use, great customer support and tutorials/help. Cons When doing a group email any responses go only to the sender rather than to every recipient of the original email. Learning the interface is not intuitive and many of the features that automate work don't work as expected. Set up is confusing and difficult. Customer service help by phone is terrific! It is easy for associations with volunteers to manage. The templates for emails and newsletters are user-friendly. It is perfect for small and large associations. I highly recommend it. Within a few hours I was able to create a professional looking website that was user friendly. The support and help allowed me to link PayPal as well as my old membership list service. While there is a bit of a learning curve for certain things, a lot of things were easy to use and understand right out of the gate. Wild Apricot has also been very responsive to any needs for support that we have had. So far, so good! Pros Lots of great data on our members now readily available!
