Pros: The amount of time and money saved by having Cass process our telecom invoices is invaluable.
Cons: none
Overall: Cass has been our TEM provider for eight years and we consider them to be a key business partner. TEM is a complex process and I don't need to worry that our bills are being paid on time and that they are identifying and fixing errors. They save us money and free up time so we can focus on other aspects of the business.
Recommendations to other buyers: Give them a call and take 5 mins to assess whether they'd be a good fit. It may be the best decision you make all year.
