Pros: At the core, it does what is says that it does: track numbers. What it doesn't account for is the significant effort and resources required to access any customer service or logical solution to an issue.
Cons: Server based (no, VPN is not the same as the cloud). Server continually goes down and data is lost. Crude lack of competent customer support. No integration with current cloud-based hospitality apps (particularly in the US). Software resembles MS DOS.
