### "Big and Clunky"

Marketers call it confusionsoft for a reason. There are much more robust platforms with easier interfaces to grow your business.

Pros

The biggest benefit is the software integrates with a significant number of third party vendors. When there isn’t a direct integration, the system can communicate with other software via zapier.

Cons

It is a beast of a program. There is a large learning curve and is definitely not friendly to have sales reps use it.

I waiver on switching. There are many new apps coming out. The price will come down.

Pros

If you know what you're doing, it's a powerhouse. I've worked with it for 4 years and am still learning, I'm not a techy but my business required this type of automation to grow it. No regrets at all! Best Customer Service.

Cons

Surprises me that there aren't more font options. They continue to upgrade & beta test but there won't be tutuorials. Their capacity to host mp4 is limited so I still need another app(Leadpages) to integrate. The price!!!

Very good, stong development team with a strong/solid product.

Pros

Campaign Builder, Reports, Templates/Email Builder, List Segmentation, & More.

Cons

It can be overwhelming, and hard to use if you do not know what you are doing. It would be ideal to have an overall reporting functionality or some type of flow charts to see what is going on in your Infusionsoft account. It takes some investigative work to figure out setups.

They used to be the best game in town by a long shot! Today, they're middle of the road in my opinion - still a solid system but lots of options out there now. But I still use them and like them!

Pros

Marketing automation is different their strength. Being able to setup automated marketing workflows quickly and easily.

Cons

Their reporting needs a major overhaul. No good, data-driven dashboards & metrics compared to systems like Salesforce. You can get the data but not easily nor intuitively.

I love this product, it is the best when you get advanced marketing experience and a big mail list, you can really do magic with it with the advanced action based segmentation

Pros

I loved the tags and advanced segmentation I can do with my marketing funnel. I can tag users based on their actions. This is beyond amazing

Cons

It takes some time to learn how to do it and sometimes the integrations are a bit quirky with certain platforms e.g. wordpress

### "Infusionsoft - It's the real deal!"

Infusionsoft has solved four main things for our company: 1. We now only have one tool to manage our clients sales and marketing. 2. It can work for our small, medium or large clients. 3. It works well with our Wordpress site designs. 4. The automation is saving labor hours and we're able to keep in touch and nurture leads.

Pros

The pro's of the software to me as a designer and digital marketer is I have one tool to manage everything from contacts, email marketing and automation, payments and so on. We're learning more about people visiting websites and now we're delivering targeting content based on their interests. It works nicely with AccessAlly for memberships and Gravity Forms which we use everywhere. The phone support is second to none! They're knowledgeable, creative and they actually log in to your account during the support call so they see what you see. Chat support has been nice as well for quick help. They've provided short how-to videos which I'm able to save for future reference.

Cons

There is definitely a learning curve when it comes to creating campaigns. It's not hard to create them, it's more about understanding how to assemble them to achieve the automation results you're looking for. The phone support team has been instrumental in shortening my learning curve and giving me the confidence I need to set them up on my own.

We use Infusionsoft to our marketing platform, so we get the benefit of having virtually every tool at our fingertips in terms of marketing.

Pros

LOTs of features and add-ons. Infusionsoft is a very customizable platform. The software performs like a champion in terms of reliability. There are very few "glitches" that need to be worked out.

Cons

Can be confusing to navigate when you're new. I remember trying to figure out how the system worked two years ago. I had to watch a lot of training videos and reach out to team members for help. There is still a lot I do not understand.

Infusionsoft is a great platform that allows us to work in our online business in a very detailed way. We like it to be easy to manage the life cycles of our clients, and improve our relationships with them thanks to its integrated CRM tool. Your E-commerce management system is the best. We really liked the negotiation process offered by infusionsoft. The contract has seemed to us accessible, since they offer several personalized payment plans. We have seen first-hand that the deployment offered by infusionsoft is excellent. It is also good to integrate with other softwares.

Pros

With infusionsoft you can fully automate the execution of email marketing campaigns, and you can track the return on investment (ROI) more comfortably than on other platforms, because infusionsoft is much more customizable than any other email marketing service. and online sales. The service that infusionsoft has given us has turned out to be much better than we thought at first. We are more than satisfied with our experience. Infusionsoft is recommended as the platform par excellence for the management of email marketing campaigns. We have been captivated by their ability to follow up on customer interactions and their ability to follow up on them. Fully recommended to SMEs.

Cons

Infusionsoft's funnel management system is slow, and has no prospecting tools. With Infusionsoft we can not communicate with the other members of the sales team, since the platform does not offer any internal chat integration. It also does not allow to integrate to social networks.

### "Can do so much ...BUT"

If I didn’t spend so much time creating this system, I’d probably consider moving on to another.

Pros

There are amazing follow up features, sending email blasts are easy and knowing the open rate is good.

Cons

There is NO TRAINING. I can’t even begin to imagine what we’re missing out on because they will only refer you to their documentation. Forget about help with any 3rd party integration. NO HELP at all.

From the first day of our product purchase, the Infusionsoft team made it clear that they were committed to our success. From the onboarding training, to their technical support, to their webinars - it's easy to tell they care about their customers and have total belief in their product. We were able to learn what we needed to automate and integrate our business, and quit doing repetitive tasks manually. It's opened up a world of integrations for us, and has been the catalyst to finding other software to complement and bolster our Infusionsoft tasks.

Pros

I love the ease with which I can build an automated campaign - just drag and drop! It's also great that it can integrate with almost anything. The customer service is superb. The company is super receptive to feedback, and over the course of my customer-ship has made multiple upgrades for the better.

Cons

Because of its broad functionality, it can be pretty overwhelming to the newbie. There are also multiple ways to accomplish the same objective (adding tags to a contact, as an example), that it makes it difficult to train internally. We also have an eCommerce function that goes totally unused, because we're not in the eCommerce business. I feel like it should be an optional add-on, really.

I can find basically anything I need, and it is in their marketplace. If I need contesting, it is there. If I need more marketing tools, it is there.

Pros

I really like how they have an integrated marketplace, so then I can add on to the main product and get something more useable.

Cons

I wish they would keep up to date with the times. They seem to be far behind, and don't have a chance of being number one again.

Pros

Once you learn it, and know how to integrate everything through zapier (or similar) you can do anything you can imagine.

Cons

Took forever to get a reasonable email builder, but that's fixed now. I would love to have a global variable merge feature but I can't find ANY crm that does that.

Keap, previously InfusionSoft when we subscribed, didn't live up to our expectations as a small business and although it is more affordable, we switched for a more expensive, better provider.

Pros

I don't have many good things to say. It's all-in-one I guess. When we did get a hold of customer support they really tried helping even though we couldn't reach a level satisfying for us. And we did get reimbursed for the last few months after the issues started.

Cons

We had spam catching issues, integrating forms into our wordpress website was a pain and required coding everytime we made a change, the workflows were unnecessarily complicated and getting a hold of a human took weeks because we couldn't find a way to reach customer support from our (paying) account.Productivity was on a downfall using this tool.

Pros

The power to automate marketing sales funnels is massive. It helps us do so many repetitive activities with little to no human interaction or oversight.

Cons

It can be confusing for many. Much of the confusion comes out of having so many features but there are times that the UX could be better.

### "What a waste of money"

I was told that I had to keep the account for a minimum of 3 months. I paid the company monthly for 6 months, never used the account, called in to cancel because I am being hired by another company and they want to charge me even more money. I have paid them over $1000 just to not use the product and they do not care. The product didn't work, it was always freezing up on my end, and ultimately, the product did not live up to expectations.

Pros

Nothing. Their product does not work as it is said to work.

Cons

Everything, Keap didn't have all of the Infusionsoft features and Infusionsoft didn't have the Keap features so, I was never able to implement what I needed to get the product off of the ground due to switching back and fourth.

Pros

We love InfusionSoft. I use it daily to send marketing emails, monitor current leads, run marketing reports, build campaigns, and more. I love how easy it is to create beautiful emails, adjust and build campaigns, and all of the integrations available to us. Support is incredible - I am always able to get someone on the phone or chat, and they are always able to solve my problem or answer my questions quickly. I know there are parts of InfusionSoft that we are not using to their full potential - I look forward to learning more!

Cons

The system is quite robust, so there can be a steep learning curve. However, there are tons of resources to help new users learn the system + an incredible support team to help you every step of the way.

### "NOT Good... But Understand It's Cheaper Than Most"

Pretty Bad. Besides saving us over $20,000 when switching from Hubspot, it's been a disaster.

Pros

It has the majority of what you need as in contacts, forms, email builder, automation and tasks, and integration with G Suite.

Cons

Doesn't integrate with outlook, you can't create lists (only tag people), the automation is complicated and then the screen is just ugly, the forms look terrible and have to design in HTML/CSS yourself, and we saw a huge increase of spam when we switched to Keap.

### "Infusionsoft has been a godsend for my business! "

This software has made it possible for me to run and build my business from my home office while also caring for my family. It allows me to automate processes that normally take up my valuable time. It allows me to market my business online, follow up with customers and prospects as well as saves me time.

Pros

As a single mother and business owner I need to have tools available to me that help me do the work of several people. Infusionsoft gives me the ability to automate my sales and marketing and put processes into place that would take me hours and hours to do on my own. I am able to create multiple marketing funnels, sales funnels, launches and internal processes that help my business run efficiently.

Cons

Infusionsoft has a pretty steep learning curve, it can take a little while to learn all the ins and outs of what this powerful software can do. For some people this is a huge struggle but for others (like me) they actually enjoy learning all the various elements of the system.

Cons

It can be challenging to train others on the intricacies of the campaigns.

We were able to build our marketing funnel to work with a customized CRM. Something we couldnt find in the market place.

Pros

Everything you want to build, this software allows you to. We needed to build a crm to manage what we couldn't find in the market place and infusionsoft gave us the ability to do just that (and we are not programers, we are realtor). We also needed a marketing funnel to help us procure leads and convert them through a very long life cycle. Infusionsoft gave us the ability to build what we wanted and make improvements as we saw fit.

Cons

In the beginning, learning how to use infusionsoft can be a challenge. We needed to hire a consultant to help us understand how to use the software. We wish Infusionsoft could have helped us more.

Overall my experience with Keap was good as far as it went. There was so much available that didn't apply to my business and that was a tad frustrating to have to sort through what would be useful and how if at all I could use all of what I was paying for.

Pros

The training I received when I purchased this software was amazing. I learned so much not just about how to use their software but how to grow and ex\[and my business.

Cons

For my use as a small business that is not selling products, Keap was quite expensive. There are a lot of excellent features that I didn't use because they didn't fit well or apply to my small service based business.

Pros

I started using Keap back in 2009 and it continues to be the best option for having all of my marketing automation in one place.

Cons

I don't like the affiliate management part, although it is what we use. It's easy to make mistakes with set up that lead to tracking issues. I also wish it had a better way to track where new leads come from.
