### "A great tool for the right business; a disaster for the wrong one."

Pros

The best part about Infusionsoft is how robust their automations are. They can be a nightmare to setup, but once they are, it just flat out works. If you need to make something happen, you probably can do it. It's well thought it in that it packs the ability to build a list as well as make sales.

Cons

It's incredibly challenging to learn and can be a disaster at the wrong time. I sunk thousands of dollars into the platform well before I was ready to. I would put this down ti inexperience if it wasn't for the salesperson pushing me into the platform, promising it'd fix all my problems. To their credit, they gave me a lot of extra support. But when it came down to looking after me at the end, I ended up in a long-winded battle just to get to cancel and get my last unused subscription fee back. Infusionsoft was a great learning experience, it taught me so much about marketing automation, but for most people, I believe there's a smarter option to go with as time and cost to get it up and running is enormous.

For a start up company, its probably too pricy, but if you financially stable, well worth the investment.

Pros

beautiful reporting capabilities. We also use the email marketing which is very easy to use. We also love the transparency it provides our team on our customers' data. This is truly helped us provide better service to our customers and understand their needs much better.

Cons

Setting up tags and categories can be a bit of a challenge when dealing with people and companies. So you have to really think about it first. Putting a tag on the company records does not roll over into the individual contacts so you have to create the tag in both places.

Pros

I love how complex the campaigns can get. I have so many branches in my campaigns - and so many possible options - that depending on what each person does, they can get one of hundreds of emails. Then, of course, there are the simple "sign up and get put into this workflow" campaigns, which are the ones that bring back repeat business.

Cons

Infusionsoft is really tough to set up. There are so many little parts that it would be nearly impossible to learn on your own. They require an expensive onboarding series, which helps, but there's still a ton that can (and does) go wrong. Good thing their chat/call support is top notch.

It is easy to incorporate into the business website. Lets new and existing clients easily schedule appointments with us.

Cons

Would like a better user interface -- it doesn't match our website and is very very plain -- but it is quite functional. Maybe there is a way to improve the look, I just have not discovered it yet.

Pros

It can auto-charge my clients. Other shopping carts I used didn't do that. And the email sequences are nice.

Cons

It's very confusing to learn. It's expensive. I can't believe I pay this much for a shopping cart. The email system is buggy and it's hard to see which emails you're sending. It's just NOT easy to use.

Overall I am happy with the software. I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.

Pros

I use Infusionsoft by Keap which is the more advanced version of Keap. One of my favorite parts of the software is the automation capabilities. There is really nothing you can't automation with the campaign builder. It is the strongest part of the software.

Cons

There is a big learning curve. I have been using the software now for over 5 years. It is not user-friendly. There is a lot of functionality parts that are scattered and on different pages when they should all be on one.

I use Infusionsoft to automate our sales team's marketing from start to finish. As the Director of Corporate Communications for Scirocco Group Insurance Agency, I utilize the automation and data that Infusionsoft allows me, to help grow our new business way beyond our previous marketing efforts. We previously had signed up with Marketo to get our feet wet in digital marketing. I loved the software, but the cost was so high that when the renewal was coming up we started to weight the value. That's when I started researching and found Infusionsoft which has all the functionality we were using in Marketo, plus the CRM functions we didn't have, all for a fraction of the cost with no contract!

Pros

Intuitive interface Great Support No contract Low Price Built In CRM New features being updated all the time

Cons

Almost every con I have had, I let the development team know and they fix or add a feature to resolve that issue.

Pros

The features and functionality are amazing. Lots of great options and really good starting point at any level for your companies growth and implementation.

Cons

Reporting. It has a lot of built-in reports, but it is very e-commerce focused, which is not what my company does, so the reporting is lacking for my needs. That being said I see the value for others.

### "No Integrity at the leadership levels in the company!"

The people in leadership are morally bankrupt. While the rank and file are knowable the overall culture at Keap seems to lack wisdom and integrity.

Pros

When I came across Infusionsoft I was impressed with its features because at the time using Constant Contact.

Cons

Very difficult to learn. Not intuitive at all. I needed a lot of customer support and the customer support was totally unqualified to provide adequate support. Lots of kids with technical knowledge but no wisdom or business insight.

Pros

I am a fan of Infusionsoft. I like the ease of use, and the comprhensive data it can hold. I like that I can still customize to my business. The new A/B testing really worked! And it was so easy to set up and track. I saw a 5% increase in opens and a 2% increase in clicks when the winning email went out.

Cons

Because I have truly customized the opportunities portion, my searches are based on custom fields which I have to remember to search differently.

### "Great software but can be overwhelming. "

Pros

Infusionsoft has so much it can do. You are not limited to a simple CRM. If you have the time and the right team you can make Infusionsoft into what ever you need.

Cons

There is so much to it sometimes it felt like to much. The team I implemented it for called it Confusionsoft. They never figured out the workflow. If they would have stuck it out I think we would have been happy with it. However the learning curve was to high for our sales team.

Support is quick and helpful. So glad it’s such a dependable software always making improvements or showing me how to do a work around if needed. I love the Call In support and that my VA and I can use it easily.

Pros

InfusionSoft makes my online marketing easier with preserving emails to my contact time zone, presenting campaigns, cloning prior email Funnels, and keeping record of Opens and Opt-Outs so I can gauge what emails work and which ones don’t. Integrate shopping card and websfoema for free downloads are great marketing tools.

Cons

There is a learning curve, but so is learning how to drive a stick shift to go at high speeds. I like to travel fast with online work straight to the customer so I learned it and still call Support when needed.

It's practical to scan business cards with your mobile device and "TAG" them. That could be very useful if you have a process in place how to handle new contacts.

Pros

Create a sequence based on a goal is the core of the software. When you keep the automation processes short the software can be highly effective.

Cons

As an apps strategist my focus is mobile. I want to be able to do everything on my phone without starting a computer. Sometimes campaigns can be very time incentive to set up.

i started making ebusiness with infusionsoft - it is hard to start - but after some time it make a good work there are a lot of disciption, and ready to use exambles. i startet and worked 3 years -

Pros

infusionsoft have a lot off tools for making good crm + emarketing campagne manager is a very strong app sort on persons is very good support is fast

Cons

it is impossible to change the standard fields on the desktop. there are a lot of fields i never use - and ther are customer fields i used which are at the last page of the desktop there are not possibility to change something to german - like "day of the week" - its ever in english - i cant use this in a german email....

I saw this app working from friend who shared his screen with me and since the begin i understood how useful it would have been if i had it. So i bought it and since that moment i understood i should automate more or less the 90% of my work. At least the repetitive one. I'm not a very technical person, but the visual creations of the automation helps me a lot understanding what i'm doing. I suggest it to all the business. And the cost worth it for sure.

Pros

Visual easy to understand, good customer support, but a littlebit slow to reply.

Cons

I would like to have an user group in my country. Is not easy to share my experience with someone who speak my language (i'm italian)

As I mentioned before, this is a very robust and efficient product. It almost does windows! In the beginning, it may seem to be much more than necessary. The initial investment will pay off for a huge growth vision and I would suggest using what pieces you can, with a view to learning and encompassing more. I used this program on a client's account to help develop the email side of their business.

Pros

Amazing choices in features. When beginning to use this software, it may seem too robust. If a business has a long term bigger growth vision, starting with features that are working is a good thing. More options can be easily engaged without migration from a less versatile program.

Cons

Landing pages are evolving for users to become more to the point. That can be 'constricting' when I have been used to an older format. I know that changes are difficult to keep up with, but it would be nice if support were experienced with updates and if the knowledge base was abreast of new releases when they come out. I don't like to wait on the phone or struggle to be understood on the phone. I usually work better with chat. With any service, I try to take up 'serious' concerns during the week because I suspect support trainees draw the weekend shifts.

I'm able to easily monitor responses to our email blasts (opens, clicks, bounces, etc.). I'm able to quickly monitor accounts receivables. I'm able to prepare email blasts well in advance and schedule them for future broadcasts.

Pros

Our company has been a client of Infusionsoft for about 5+ years. In that time, I've learned how to send an email blast along with many other skills. It wasn't always easy since I am extremely limited in my knowledge of technology. However, Infusion offers a library and a chat which are very helpful. I have found that the "chat staff" is very very supportive, patient and knowledgeable.

Cons

There are several features available in Infusionsoft which can be a little overwhelming if you're new. But again, the support staff is incredible.

I love the ability to be able to track the various stages and then put leads into powerful email campaigns.

Cons

The user interface is very outdated and difficult to look at. There are also several bugs and UI inconsistencies that bother me. Lack of reporting is also a very sore point.

Pros

Nowadays, it is the most complete tool that I use for the interaction with my clients, its facility to create mail templates and the ease to integrate the forms with my site makes it more than enough for my online web services business.

Cons

It is a bit expensive at the beginning, in relation to the cost benefit, and the builder does not work correctly in explorers like safari, it is necessary to use chrome or firefox to avoid problems.
