I would never refer or work with KEAP ever again.

Pros

This product requires a lot of time. I purchased the software and was unable to utilize it for what was described during the initial sales call. DO NOT PAY ADDITIONAL FOR THE CLASSES OR THE WEBSITE IT IS NOT BUILT FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS. Not sure if it would work better for other professionals but was a complete waste of thousands of dollars for me!

Cons

It requires too much time to set up. No templates available for my line of business.

Reason for choosing Keap

I was initially sold that it would save time and automate my processes. Completely not true.

### "IS for big business CRM"

Super beneficial product when needing a CRM system if you are sending out emails to MANY different email lists, if you have different products your company sells, etc.

Pros

It has so many features and functions that are super useful from sending emails, keeping track of prospects, clients (and so much more) - all super easy to use. Even creating products & having A/R reports with their whole ecommerce section.

Cons

It's very overwhelming with ALL the features.

### "Two time loser"

Is was simply too confusing for me to use it successfully without significant (expensive) help.

Pros

It must be an incredible product. All of the top players in the online selling world use it.

Cons

I am not smart enough to get consistent use from InfusionSoft. I would love to love it. I have paid the exorbitant start up fees twice. But, when there are dozens of companies founded specifically to teach you how to use it, I feel less bad about failing.

Pros

Infusionsoft is improving fast, they are very responsive to ideas and suggestions. They needed to catch up with a few solutions that have come from no where in the last few years. Infusionsoft integrates well with many other tools enabling you to build a truly amazing marketing automation machine.

Cons

It has so many features it can be confusing to newcomers who are not familiar with technology, improvements are being made all the time. Support if very helpful if you get stuck.

Pros

This application provides an ultimate platform for e-mail marketing and sales for small businesses. It offers many other interesting functions as well as features. Some of them are here!! It offers one of the best CRM as well as it provides an automation of marketing. Its reporting is also superb along with Drip Marketing and Landing Pages which are also just great. Its navigation and layout are also pretty nice. It provides good customer service. It helps us to tracks our communications along with adding appropriate notes in each and every prospect. It also provides the ability of Email marketing automation as well as, it has a good salesperson.

Cons

This application API is very poor which makes it difficult to operate. Mapping for drip marketing is not so good. Its custom reporting is also bad. One of the main problems with it is that one has to grow through a big learning curve otherwise it will be a problem for him to operate it effectively. There are a lot of glitches in the system. Some users said that they really need a better customer service team. Its database deduping is also not automatic. Its dashboard is not working well and in addition, it has a problem to get over- complicated!!

Pros

I like that I am able to build out campaigns and sequences in order to continue to market to my leads.

Cons

For me, it took a bit of time to learn the software. Once I learned it, it was great but it took me a little bit to make sure I was using it correctly.

Once infusionsoft became Keap. the customer service was non-existent. I canceled and was tld they would bill me one more time because of a "10-day cancellation notice, whic was not in place when I subscribed to Infusionsoft. I was a user for over 7 years but I would not recommend the product at this time.

Like the automation. email deliverability was just ok

Cons

not versatile for more than one company. segmentation was cumbersome

The feature list is robust and makes customer list management and marketing a breeze. They've also got a very good support staff that are able to help a lot with overcoming some of the software's shortcomings.

Cons

Some of the software features can be a little unintuitive. There's a steep learning curve to most things and it can be hard to find what you're looking for in the help documentation.

Flexibility! If I want to send emails, no problem. Faxes - Done. Internal communications - No problem. Voice mail - You betcha'. No other software can do this - It's not just online marketing it's fully integrated marketing software that even gives you a visual campaign builder to boot! Like anything worth pursuing there is a bit of a learning curve on the front end. But either you learn up front the easy way - When they are there to teach you and it's new and exciting OR You learn the hard way with other CRM software that won't do everything this software can do and lose your pants in lost clients, lost opportunities and lost revenue.

Pros

Like I said earlier, fully integrated online and offline and oh yeah, did I mention I had all of my outside sales staff on it too. Scheduling and rating sales appointments and getting me feedback for this national sales effort. I had sales staff in 6

Cons

I wish it was free, but then again I am a cheapskate so I really don't want to pay for anything. But if I look at the ROI on this software I should thank the Gods that it was available to help me build my business at any cost!

I use Infusionsoft as a marketing tool, pairing it with Salesforce. Very powerful tool, attracts leads, and has generated significant new business. Very happy overall, and hope that one day I'll be able to eliminate Salesforce and use Infusionsoft as an all-in-one tool.

Pros

Really automates a lot of marketing and sales tasks, enabling me to run lean teams in those departments--saves time and money. I'm a fan of the campaign builder, because it allows me to customize interactions with clients despite the wide scale outreach I'm achieving. Everything can be customized on the software as well, and I cannot forget about the tracking capability!

Cons

Pricing was a little steep in my opinion, especially since there was somewhat of a learning curve. Still requires you to put in the time and effort to utilize its features to their best ability.

\- Infusionsoft keeps a complete trail of every purchase made, action taken for leads on a single platform. - You can easily send automated marketing emails to prospect, send followup trails. - Along with an effective product, Infusionsoft is backed up with a very strong customer support which is a key aspect if you are planning to buy a productive tool, they provide every mode of support i.e, through telephonic, chat, emails. - Now to check if my organization is making a health progress over the time, we rely on detailed sales and marketing support, the reports are very definite.

Cons

Yes, Infusionsoft falls on the expensive side, which is a challenge when we initially opt for it, but when it comes upto the ROI, it worth every penny.

Unmatched customer follow up capability.

Pros

Infusionsoft enables us to deliver EXTREMELY targeted and relevant follow up to our customers. No other software comes close in terms of segmentation possibilities and granularity.

Cons

It takes a while to wrap your head around how everything works so I'd say the learning curve is a minor weakness but it's much better than it used to be. The shopping cart is terrible compared to standalone solutions like BigCommerce, Shopify, etc but it's not completely useless if you only plan on using order forms with your products. Luckily, Infusionsoft's API is awesome so you can just bolt on external software for whatever function in Infusionsoft that you don't want to use.

I would absolutely recommend InfusionSoft to anyone who is an experienced CRM user. If you're comfortable with most CRMs, InfusionSoft is a great sales and customer management tool. It is easy to manipulate and customize to your specific needs. However, if you are not an experienced CRM user, InfusionSoft can be incredibly complicated and very difficult to use.

Pros

\- Very adaptable and intuitive - Friendly customer service - Can run extremely complex campaigns - Constantly improving services and capabilites

Cons

\- Slow load times and Gateway errors during server backup on Mondays and Tuesdays - Specific customer concerns and known issues given low priority; no resolutions for 6+ months on some known issues - Crashes more often and has more issues/errors than more expensive CRMs

I really like that I now have everything in one place that I can check in on and work within. So now my landing pages and emails database and campaigns are all easily accessible.

Pros

I think it is great that the software will recognise what my users do and act accordingly which means my system becomes automated and leaves me free to work on what I am best at.

Cons

The one problem with the software is that it is a beast of features and I can easily get lost in the minefield.

This is a CRM developed by software engineers for software experts - not the average layperson. So if you are a soloproneur, steer clear. But if you are a business with the expertise in-house, this software offers significant upside.

Pros

A lot of features and upside with both a fairly deep CRM and robust email automation platform in one.

Cons

So many features and upside, it requires months to really master. It's also not always as intuitive as one would hope.

Pros

The campaign builder is an extremely powerful resources we use to automate all of our marketing campaigns. The software includes an API for doing custom integrations, while it doesn't open up the software completely, it does allow the right programmer to work with it and really make it sing.

Cons

It's meant for Small Businesses...our business is teetering on outgrowing Infusionsoft, which is unfortunate because outside of custom solutions, there aren't many options as powerful as Infusionsoft.

Infusionsoft is one of the most robust CRM platforms you can use! It's amazing for automating your email marketing, capturing your customer profile, controlling membership access and even has some accounting functionality (cash reports). I used this product for one of my clients and it made customer management a breeze

Pros

I love that it's an all-in-one CRM, Sales and Marketing solution that houses everything from income reporting to email automation and so much more. It eliminates the need for many other business tools.

Cons

This is one of the best CRM software platforms to-date. There is no con that I can think of but there is definitely a learning curve so I recommend training for anyone thinking of using it.

Anyone working for a small business should be using InfusionSoft.

Pros

InfusionSoft is strong...really strong. It has capabilities to do a multitude of services that any small business would need, from shopping cart services to CRM to marketing emails. If you have a small business, you need InfusionSoft.

Cons

The learning curve is a bit steep, but InfusionSoft support is great and helps throughout the process. There are also third party companies that can help facilitate your business' InfusionSoft account.
