### "The right CRM system for a small to medium sized business!"

Pros

Infusionsoft by Keap has been a game changer for our small business CRM system! Before we implemented Infusionsoft by Keap, we were constantly letting people fall through the cracks because they were not being documented correctly and followed up. With Infusionsoft, we are now able to keep track of all our contacts in one place, add notes, create tasks, tag them, and send them a quote or email all from the system! It is a clean, easy to use system, that makes it easy to keep detailed record for every contact. We couldn't do business without it.

Cons

After new updates to the online system, it often takes awhile for all the wrinkles to be ironed out. This means not a 100% user experience for a month or so afterwards, but they do usually get them fixed and improved.

I have been using Keap tool for a while now and one of the features I find quite interesting is its task and appointment management tools. Keap provides a straightforward way to stay organized & efficiently manage time. The platform's capabilities have streamlined my workflow and kept things on track.

Nothing as such as it is decently priced and super useful!

Has it's pros, but could definitely make improvements.

Pros

\-email campaigns -broadcasts -automated tools for acquiring leads -free training calls -intuitive customization options

Cons

\-web-based service rather than an application -frequent contact duplication -tricky to find things in the menu system -you have to use a spreadsheet to input multiple clients at once, or add them one by one -emails based on templates that don't always fit the format one would like -difficult to search between tables for contacts and opportunities

After paying for it for a couple years, I finally got real with myself that I was only using the minority of its features. After finally deciding to do the work of extricating myself, I am now very happy with new options that cost me a ton less, saving me more than $200 a month.

Pros

Infusionsoft is a beast. You can choke a hippo with all its features and options. If you are thinking "I wonder if Infusionsoft can do that..." then the answer is probably yes.

Cons

Interface is clunky, looks and feels old, not very intuitive. I constantly found myself having to figure out \*again\* how to complete tasks. It's expensive, especially compared to many newer, less-expensive, competing options which are quicker to learn and easier to use.

Infusionsoft is now one of my "employees" that works 24/7 for me and my business.

Pros

This piece of software is extremely versatile. The amount of work that you can automate turned my business into a success. Without having this when I first started as a solo-preneur I would still be labouring away to get to where I am. If you know how to use Infusionsoft properly it will be an employee working for you 24/7 even when you're not there.

Cons

This software is super versatile however in having all of these amazing things you can do there is a steep learning curve in order to perfect it. Luckily, Infusionsoft provides training for how to use the software. Just be prepared to spend a lot of time learning to get up to speed.

Pros

The customer support is phenomenal! Highly qualified and informed staff that is available whenever I need. Superb experience that all companies should replicate after.

Cons

The system has slowed down immensely since I first began with Infusionsoft over 3 years ago. And when you are in a time crunch as marketing generally is, it can be frustrating.

Was good when it was an industry leader but cost too much and doesn’t perform near as well as many other more favorable designed sites that are less frustrating as a CRM

Incredibly rough to use software, always a favorite of many who like to control every option and process but limited design integrations, Buggy apis, Buffy widgets, very frustrating UXI

I recommend watching their instructional videos or even hiring an Infusionsoft coach (I did and found it well worth the expense) to get you through the initial learning curve. If you're willing to put in some time up front to learn how to navigate the system, as well as learn the many possible uses for Infusionsoft, it will not only simplfy your business systems, but it will grow your client base and sales volume.

Pros

Excellent technical support. The person at the other end of the phone goes the extra mile. If he or she doesn't know the answer to my question, they locate someone who does. We resolve the question right then and there.

Pros

What I love about Infusionsoft is the integration and the level of sophistication you can build with this product. It has all the things you need in just one app, so you don't need to be running around and try to find other products. My favorite thing is the tag system. Normally in Mailchimp or other auto-responders, you create lists depending who you want to target. Infusionsoft is very dynamic and you don't need lists, instead of that, you have tags that you assign to people depending on their actions or opt-in options. In that way, you can know how people are behaving on your marketing strategy. Also, you get a dedicated one-one training to teach you how to use the product.

Cons

The learning curve to use the product. It isn't complicated to use, as many people mentioned but it takes time to get custom to all the functions and options that the product can offer. We are a digital marketing business, so it was easy to learn it. Once the program is set up, it runs by itself.

It does not remind me that I have not entered a note after I toured them, so if I get to enter info, it does not remind me. With hundreds of customers, a few have slipped past without notes.

### "If you are a SME, infusionsoft is not for you."

PRO: They hired good sales person, and have a whopping $500 referral fees. CON: They mislead and false promise when they trying to hook you onto their system. They drag on and don't let you cancel. The Sales person mislead me into the product when I sign on. And they incorrectly billed my credit card even after I've cancelled with them. Infusionsoft charged me $2000+$299 for first month of service fee, Evan Samurin (the Sales) says if it is not for me, they will do something to credit the upfront $2000 back to me. After I used it for a month I emailed Evan saying infusionsoft is not for me, he says that he will forward the message to customer service. I haven't heard from infusionsoft again, I have followed up with Evan with no reply. My credit card is billed month after month, which forced me to call my credit card to cancel the card. Then someone from Infusionsoft customer service, Blake Ghormley emailed me saying I have unpaid balance. I asked Blake to communicate with Evan and credit me back for the months that I didn't use. Blake Ghormley disappeared again. The problem of this product is, Infusionsoft pays $500 referral fee to the person introduce to them. So a lot of contractors will say that infusionsoft is good. But those contractor may only know how to use 5% of the product, which is similar to other lower cost competitors which pays less referral fees. And when you want to cancel, my experience is they will skip your emails. I personally would not recommend any company to use their service. - Most companies would not need such a BIG solution. If you are big enough you will go to SAP. - Their $500 referral fee, and false sales promises is not someone would look for. - Don't worry about cancelling with them, they skip these emails.

Pros

It is pretty much the gold standard for email automation and marketing automation. Pretty much anything you are seeing in the marketplace from small-medium sized businesses in terms of marketing, can be accomplished with Infusionsoft. Again, I liked their campaign builder, their visual automation charting features, and their email marketing engine.

Cons

The challenge of getting everything implemented. If you don't already have tons of content ready, then don't sign up. You need to dedicate a team to learn and master this software for it to be used to its potential and produce the ROI you're looking for.

Pros

I like that InfusionSoft does its job execution and does it well. It's relatively easy to edit emails once loaded into the content.

Cons

I don't like how specific/picky/finicky InfusionSoft can be. The code, when made and transferred into InfusionSoft, must be so perfect and specific, otherwise something will go wrong, whether it be with spacing, color, alignment, etc. It's tricky to get the email code just right for InfusionSoft to display like intended.

Pros

it was recommended to me by someone that heared it was nice.

Cons

they don't know where the data is stored. This is a no-go for any EU company IMHO. Data is stored in the US (found out 2 months in) they are buggy and let you wait and pay for them to fix it before you can start you have to pay a fine if you are fed up and want to leave them

Everything it does, how easy it is to use - in conjunction with the expert I hire! I love that I can send emails to certain groups regarding individual subjects, while the campaigns are running.

Cons

The campaigns, etc., require an expert to make the software work, my brain does not compute in those terms.

### "Not as Intuitive as a Marketer Needs it To Be"

Overall, the platform may be good for larger teams who are deeply familiar with the functionality and using it on a regular basis. However, if you're a small business looking to grow, find another platform that's more intuitive, friendly and saves the settings that you'll use repeatedly. Fast-moving marketers will find it challenging to complete standard tasks efficiently within the platform.

Pros

Infusionsoft is known to be one of the best platforms for mid-size businesses, with tons of functionality, built-in eCommerce options and lots of bonuses and extras.

Cons

Unfortunately, Infusionsoft has an old-school interface that can be challenging to navigate. I'm currently utilizing the platform for two separate consulting clients, and I'm constantly having to go back to (very limited and out-of-date) training videos to recall how to perform simple actions, such as setting up a campaign. Options that are saved and automatic and only a few clicks in a platform such as MailChimp are involved and require multiple steps within Infusionsoft.

Keep up the good work.

Pros

I have to say I like the support the most, not that I don't love the product but I think the support is what makes my experience so great. Whenever I have a question or anybody from my staff has a question your support line is there to help and sometimes I get lucky enough where someone pops in some gifs and memes and makes the experience even more enjoyable. I also love the hooks into third-party apps.

Cons

I would say getting information out of the system. It's very difficult to get the information I need/want out and we get told a lot "submit a request to IT". Being a software company ourselves, I hate giving people that answer. I am a solution provider.

Cons

It was very complicated and quite buggy. It frequently crashed without saving my work and certain actions would break campaigns to the point they needed to be deleted and rebuilt.

It helps us to put our client in process and in progress in a timely manner. I like how the tasks appear in our My Day so we will never forget to work on our particular client. Aside from that, we can create campaigns that can help in our operation to help us keep organized.

Cons

Having limited number of fields which is 100 fields only. Since we already reached the max, I had to research and find some other ways on how we can add some more fields which lead us to using Fieldspace, which is an additional operation cost for us.

Don't invest in this unless you have an in house marketing person to set up and run the software for you or you have deep pockets and can afford to pay someone external to run the software for you.

Pros

YOU can customize it. Although its massively time consuming to customize and operate.

Cons

So time consuming and the Keeps customer service solution was to outsource to a Keep Partner making the software beyond expensive for what we wanted. The on-boarding training never got us to a stage that we could receive any benefit back from the software so after a period of we cancelled.
