Pros

The ability to create a custom experience for each and every person in your data base. The ability to automate your follow ups. The reporting features.

Cons

Sometimes lack of functionality for our particular type of products. We often provide quotes which are not the best in infusionsoft.

### "Infusionsoft"

I can create unlimited campaigns with unlimited functions. And, I feel like I have only scratched the surface. This is an excellent product that has incredible leverage potential.

Pros

It's a comprehensive powerhouse. Do not underestimate to level of application that is possible with Infusionsoft.

Cons

I'm not sure this is a "con." Probably an advantage. There is a serious learning curve. The trick and the value come from staying the course because in the end you will have a machine far superior to your competitors.

### "Poor support"

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account. They insisted on a phone call to perform the cancellation, however I insisted on the cancellation proceeding and did not want to talk to their sales team. This has left a poor taste in my mouth, and would not recommend Keap.

Pros

The Keap mobile app, while not full-featured, is handy.

Cons

\- Clunky (every time I logged in, it would log me out then back in again) - Slow - Not suitable for Australian businesses (billing/accounting features are geared toward US users) - Frustrating customer service when attempting to cancel

Customer retention and lead followup.

Pros

I really enjoyed it when MindBody and Infusion were integrated, however Infusion is a wonderful customer and lead management software. I enjoy the ease of use and how you can set up automatic emails to customers or leads based on many variables (date you acquired customer, birthday, special holidays, etc).

Cons

The initial setup of this software can be a little tedious. It takes time and effort, but once it is set up correctly it really is easy to use.

easy to build my sales funnels and sale my service to other companies

Pros

easy to build funnels attach e-mails the crm option is great the support is amazing i chose infusion soft because their ability to help me build my and my costumers funnels it's easy to build and understand . the tag option and the timing on the email are also very beneficial for me . the intigration with zapier and other software are amazing and very helpful.

Cons

some people call it confusion soft but thats because they don't understand the value of all the fitchers

There are many different solutions brought under one roof in Infusionsoft: CRM, email, marketing automation, ecommerce, sales pipeline, affiliate center.

Cons

It may be a challenge to learn how to use it effectively, but Infusionsoft offers plenty of valuable training.

Pros

To be fair, my direct experience was when this software was still called Infusionsoft. That said, it doesn't look like they've gone downhill since then. Pros: Great all-in-one CRM solution. So much easier than the home-brewed option we used before. Automated functionality to help follow-up with customers.

Cons

Automatic reporting is great, but not perfect when trying to deep-dive at a macro level. Not a dealbreaker or anything, just FYI

Do not subscribe to this solution if you have an existing CRM and/or don’t have about 20 hours per week over four weeks to attend training and setup campaigns. They push their products to small businesses but I don’t see how a business owner can set up the product, take care of sales, and do the actual work. Don’t get me wrong this is probably a great solution for a mid-size small business that can have a full time resource dedicated to migrating data and setting up the application but not for a small 10 employee shop.

Pros

The people and trainers are great. The support is top of the line.

Cons

The product requires extensive setup so be ready to hire a resource to setup or be ready to dedicate a good bit of time over 90 days. Sales assured me they integrated with my CRM but once I signed up I discovered that none existed.

Pros

Visual representation of process flows was good. After 2 months of training I was able to set up a fairly good system for my business.

Cons

The deal breaker was the invoicing. I could not figure out a way how to create invoices that would bill my clients by the hour (or more specifically for a fraction of an hour. The workarounds suggested by Infusionsoft support were untenable. After many hours and dollars invested I switched to another system. It was also about 6 times more expensive than the system I am using now (Podio)

I have enjoyed using Infusionsoft for 4 years. It is a great value for what you get. Onboarding is costly but monthly fees are reasonable. Support is mostly provided by 3rd parties.

Pros

Easy to use. I can create Campaigns and email marketing Does a great job of segmenting customers

Cons

Search options are limited Onboarding costs are high

Reason for choosing Keap

The cost and ease of use helped me make my decision.

infusionsoft is a great crm plaftorm and it has worked really well in our office to help keep track and manage our customer relations with our clients and their customer relations with theirs.

Cons

The learning curve of infusionsoft is a little more difficult to master with the campaigns and sequences and tag setup. It took our team a little bit of time to master it all.

The overall experience with Infusionsoft has been outstanding! With their customer service to help with to build my marketing goals. It has been a pleasure to use their services. Their representatives have been excellent and polite when resolving my questions and issues. And they will find the answer for me if they dont have an immediate answer. Yes, I would recommend Infusionsoft services to anyone who wants to be successful with marketing and customer retention online.

Pros

The software is highly user friendly. The dashboard is fairly simple however it has complex, up to date capabilities. As I have used other CRM's Infusionsoft has taken this to a higher and better level. With template platforms that can perform with the best marketing strategies. My contacts are arranged and organized in an easy and userfriendly way so I may access efficiently.

Cons

Least? The software is fine for my level of marketing. I think my navigation through this software is a little challenging. However not so much for the tasks that I accomplish. Just like any software it takes a little time to get acclimated with it's capabilities. Because the software is up to date, it's hard to find all the benefits at once.

I love the system, but the lack of storage is really a negative.

Pros

Automation. I can literally not work for a week because InfusionSoft is running everything the the office.

Cons

I don't like the limited file storage. It doesn't allow large enough files. I wish it would sync with Google Drive or some other cloud storage.

Pros

I like that it is flexible enough to handle all the unique aspects of our sales process. Particularly, automating follow up for our reps, notifying them of actions taken by their prospects/customers and easing delivery/creation of insertion orders (quotes).

Cons

We sell a service. I wish InfusionSoft would allow for custom data on orders. Right now, we have to break orders apart for reporting purposes.

Pros

InfusionSoft has lots of features and functionality, and a pretty easy to use interface. The ability to both store contacts and use marketing automation all in one place is nearly standard now, but InfusionSoft does it very well

Cons

Like any other CRM, there is a slight learning curve with InfusionSoft. Requires some technical knowledge (HTML and CSS are helpful).

The major benefit of this software is the ability to multitask where you could not before. While we are on the phone with a potential client, we may be missing a call from another client or not have the time to take on additional prospects. Infusionsoft takes care of this for us by helping us set appointments and prepping clients for our sales call.

Pros

Easy to use. We were able to have Infusionsoft set up so that we could communicate what we wanted to our clients and at what time. The interface is easy to use and understand - and shows us where we need to concentrate our efforts. We are able to engage potential clients even when we are not in the office.

Cons

There is a somewhat constant refreshing of the dashboard. It's not a major hindrance by any means, but it would be nice if that did operate in real-time.

Cons

There was a bit of a learning curve to get started but it was well worth it.
