Pros

Infusionsoft is powerful at its core. It has email marketing and automation, e-commerce, CRM, and so much more.

Cons

It's pricey nowadays and is very complex. Half the time your basic user needs training and has to pay consultants to really utilize it properly.

### "Infusionsoft rocks!"

Pros

You can do just about anything with Infusionsoft. I support online learning, follow up on sales leads, structure and streamline processes internally and externally. You name it, Infusionsoft can do it.

Cons

There is a significant ramp up period if you're just starting out with Infusionsoft, but the folks at Infusionsoft know about the ramp up challenge and walk with you as you learn how the product works and implement it to serve your business.

### "So far, a glorified database."

We looked at many CRM software options and landed on Infusionsoft. It was much less pricey as SalesForce and had better reviews than the other options. Our business does not sell products online, but does need to keep an active client/prospect database and send email updates on a schedule. The sales portion of the software is disapointing. The ability to intuitively connect to email and calendars is limited at best. We were open to switching our software to a more compatible one, but we continue to get mixed advice from customer service on what to do. In addition, the reporting function is very basic and underwhelming. There is an additional widget you can purchase for more reporting functions, but at this point throwing more money at the software is not what we are willing to do. We will be testing out the marketing functionality in the coming months. So, even if Infusionsoft is okay in managing our email marketing from a price/value perspective it is a better fit for us then SalesForce.

Pros

Very friendly and responsive customer service.

Cons

The functionality is minimal and not overly interesting or user friendly.

I hesitated with infusionsoft for years because of the term cycling "confusionsoft", so we started with HubSpot and MailChimp and other tools until we decided it was time for the upgrade. The kickstart program had me running in less than a month and fully functional and then infusionsoft university made me fully proficient. This company is dedicated to their users and their platform and it is an amazing tool that works when you work it. Absolutely love it.

Pros

The "if this, then that" capability and the fact that it's a visualization process, if you can think it up, you can build it.

Cons

The reporting I find could be better, but there are many integrations.

Automated email software is great for long tail sales Infusion soft is very sophisticated Once you set it up you could leave it running for years

Cons

Expensive Difficult Poor customer service who just refused to even consider scheduling some future developments (for language scripts! Why exclude your B2C applications?) Really complicated interface inside

I would not recommend "investing" in this product.

Pros

I imagine that the metrics they use to help gauge the effectiveness of campaigns would have been helpful if there was actually any return on my investment.

Cons

Glitchy landing page software. Sub-par customer service. Requires a "university" to try to figure out how to make it work.

Hi Kate, I am sorry to hear that you did not get your investment in Infusionsoft; however, in looking at your ticket history, it sounds like you decided to work with a consultant who did not wish to use Infusionsoft for campaigns, and this was over a year ago. Furthermore, we have ample onboarding services available for customers and the “university” is just a supplement to your training – which you declined. I am sorry you were unable to give Infusionsoft a try. I delivered my first lead capture with a download. I am about to do my second. I am saving my big effort until I can fine-tune my approach.

Pros

I am a novice and fumble my way through but I can make it. The software does not require that I know HTML. I like the drag and drop features. I know it will do what I want but I have to little time to really dig in.

Cons

Keap could use more videos demonstrating how other people use it. I could use ideas on how effective campaigns fit together. I feel like my dad with a 1980's VCR. It had more buttons for programming he did not know how to use.

Pros

It's an all in one, appropriate for many kinds of businesses. It will never solve crappy strategy, sales or marketing practices or lame content.

Cons

Like anything that is "all in one," any single element is exposed to weakness in function such CRM, email, analytics, reporting, user-friendliness, support, real cost to implement, etc. Put Salesforce CRM to Infusionsoft CRM, by itself, there is no comparison. Suffice it to say however, that Infusionsoft CRM will get the job done for most customers. Unless they need heavy analytics or 500 seats, or killer reporting. You won't get that from Infusionsoft. You do get all in one.

I probably wasted 30-40 days trying to get this in order. I am a web developer, and I've built systems like this. If I cant sort it easily...well, good luck. I was trying to get it set for a team of 8.

Pros

It's marketing promise that it is versatile and covers a broad range of services, which had it been that easy would have been great

Cons

Over-the-top complexity. Clunky interface where a piece of information could be in any number of spots.

I love the flexibility to create workflows based on a specific goals. Its important to be genuine in your correspondence and the ability to personalize the emails really helps our open rate.

Cons

Building out the workflows are a little clunky at first until you really understand the software. its definitely a learning curve and requires dedication to understand.

Pros

I liked what they said it would do, and thought that it could work in business. The frustrating is the amount of time to set up

Cons

The lack of contact when you are at the other side of the world.. 16 times just to try and contact someone. The frustrating amount of time to set it up. That the database didn't upload properly so I adjusted the pricing to see if that would upload it. It didn't and it was a fault in the new software. That I created a landing page with the new software and when I sent it to myself it wouldn't send the new changes. (even when technical support helped me). I have lost all faith in this product. Some things work some things don't you need a full time job just to figure out how to operate it.

Infusionsoft is a great client management system that allows you to engage your database on a very consistent basis. Although the product itself does take sometime to figure out, once you get it, the tools and systems are limitless. You can basically build whatever "campaign" you want. I'm looking forward to it allowing my personal training in Bethesda/Chevy Chase and Silver Spring, MD to be the absolute best in the Washington, DC metro area!

Over the last 3 years I personally purchased 2 Infusionsoft accounts and managed a third account. Despite 3 separate paid set-up consultations with Infusionsoft consultants it took me 3 years to learn Infusionsoft. In comparison when I cancelled my Infusionsoft subscriptions to move to Drip (which now saves me over $500 each month) I learned the entire platform within a few days and there was no set-up fee or consultation.

Pros

They had a good visual builder.

Cons

Customer support.

Pros

It does have a very feature rich platform. It does pretty much everything that the other platforms do and I have to say it does it pretty well.

Cons

The price is really what gets me here. I can get all the same features at a much better price from my current provider. I tested this one to see where it fell. I am sure if I was a huge corporation it might make more since with all their integration options but this just wasn't the right fit for our company.

All inclusive marketing platform and CRM, and that is just the beginning. This program is robust and versatile.

Cons

It can be a bit expensive for a small business. While the size and capabilities of Infusionsoft can be an asset, it can be a bit intimidating for the newbie.

Overall a good service/product but Pardot seems to work better.

Pros

This product is beneficial for email marketing because the deliver ability is fairly solid, along with the customer service when we had a question about something functionally.

Cons

The one problem we had with infusion soft is that you cannot purchase lists and send them out. We must opt in the lists prior to sending them.
