Pros

About the company: Their customer service is excellent. I've used it many, many times. Maybe it's just me, but I always get questions like "Can it do this? How do I do that?" I pick up the phone and quickly get a live human being who can actually answer my questions. About the product: I like the ability to automate various parts of my business. I'm able to setup systems in InfusionSoft to do anything I do more than a few times for me. This is extremely helpful for webinars or live workshops. InfusionSoft allows me to duplicate our results and increase the effectiveness of our sales team while allowing us to cut our labor and admin costs. The email marketing and campaign builders are excellent and very intuitive. I've been using them for 6-7 years, and the software was not very user-friendly in the early days. I'm happy with how they have grown over the years and made things easier to use.

Cons

The reporting is adequate and could use some help. I understand they are working on this. The reporting for email marketing and ROI reports are excellent.

Solid marketing automation principles.

Pros

Very solid marketing automation program with years of experience. Very good SPAM dodging technics which ensure a high delivery success rate.

Cons

It is difficult to set it up yourself. When I signed up they offered me a coaching sessions to assist in getting started. This never happened, I requested it a few times without response. I think one of their draw backs is that they do not offer a support desk where you can get a ticket number. To get support you need to use the chat window and it took the guys (several different support people) on the other side almost a week to sort out a little problem.

We recommend everyone use the free 14-day trial to see how well they can get around the program and if it is a good fit for their needs. Although there are a lot of options with Infusionsoft, if customers can't use it easily or efficiently, it can be a costly lesson.

Pros

The ability to do whatever you need to do regarding email automation and lead generation is a great selling point of Infusionsoft. It has the capacity to 'integrate with thousands of apps' and offers a variety of ways to build out marketing campaigns.

Cons

This product is not intuitive at all, locks a business down with a fairly expensive annual contract, and requires paid training to begin understanding the program. For people who have a lot of experience with email automation or lead generation programs, it may be a manageable learning curve, but for clients new to online marketing, which was the case with my clients, it has been an expensive nightmare.

There is so much to love about this software. Most of all that the software makes my job easier and tracks things for me so I know where clients are at all times.

Pros

The software tracks a lot of information to be able to track clients and stages. Helps with keeping clients on campaigns and scheduling appointments.

Cons

Just took a little bit to get used to. Now that I have the understanding I love it!

Pros

It can consistently and accurately do the same function as hiring a few employees. I couldn't imagine life without it now that I have it integrated into my business.

Cons

If you don't learn the "right" way to do thing you can create a mess of things fairly easy. I also feel like the onboarding consultation is not needed because your consultant is essentially trying to sell you a service rather than helping you get started.

I've only recently signed up with this software but I can already tell that it has features that will grow my business and make my life easier unlike any that I've had before. My impression is that it is the rolls royce of software for spas. They are so classy, upscale & professional. Well...one exception: Except for the initial rude person that I talked to, which I was able to go beyond, every other experience I've had since then has been great! I'm very happy that I did not judge this company based upon that initial encounter. I love the fact that their primary focus is upon growing businesses, increasing sales and saving us a lot of time. In fact, they actually train customers in a very customized manner to be successful in marketing. Another thing I like is that unlike most all software, I can save time & resources by putting my all of my forms online, thus, my business is able to virtually go entirely paperless, as well as spend more time serving clients. I just know that in the long run, this is the very best software for me and where I'm trying to take my business - to the next level!!!

Pros

Does a lot. Just wish we could learn how to use it without all the cost involved. Still not connecting to things we were told could connect.

Cons

Took hours to figure out even after spending tons to get the extra coaching. Very complicated. Was never able to get the Icon Ticket at the original price offered. even though I mentioned it on several phone calls. The entire package is very expensive. I understand there are many features. But having to pay a ton to unlock/learn those features is not appealing.

the benefits from this software are ease in information gathering and saving. organized files quickly and gives you reminder on your tasks

Pros

what i like the most in this software is that it serves as an assistant to me. it helps me organize the information i'm getting from my clients. it let me set up task and put things on my mind. allows me to monitor and to see things i must not miss.

Cons

the least i like about this software is that there are times it is delayed, especially when i set a task. and sometimes it repeat the reminders i set.

One system for all your business cards and pieces of paper that you may find, in handbags, drawers, just old business cards. It is incredible the amount of cards I had from over the years. You can create your own campaigns, even something simple as a re engagement campaign with your customers or indeed your business card contacts.

Pros

The Mobile Handshake when out networking as you can photograph a business card and the system then sends your contact an email following up on the meeting. The email is created by the user but one it is set up so easy to use

Cons

You have to be organised and be prepared to learn. Set out a plan what you want overall and do not over face yourself. Learn, implement, learn

my experience has been great- there are really no complaints!

Pros

This was easy to integrate with fix your funnel which i absolutely loved using. you were able to send multiple texts to gym members very easy and do a lot of cool things such as make groups etc.

Cons

you have to be a smarty pants to use it. my old boss was the one that took care of everything involving it but it deifntiely isn't for everyone

Pros

Infusionsoft is easy to use, and can accomplish most basic functions we would want from a CRM. It is a good CRM for beginners or small businesses.

Cons

As our business has grown, Infusionsoft has not grown with it. The billing structure we use does not seem to be well-understood by their system, and they have limited options for tracking by customer.

Again, after a FULL YEAR - Still only using 10% of the functionality, you encouraged us to go to a class in Arizona that was NOT CRM TRAINING. It was only an overview.

Pros

I'm a huge fan of the Task feature, which enables me to keep up with the admin staff production. With that being said, we were never trained on how to enter users with restrictions, let alone anything else.

Cons

The training is ridiculous (lack of) - Too much to type The merchant payments and invoices are not effecient therefore causing us to use a 3rd party. We also have to use 2 other systems in order to make Infusionsoft accommodate our needs.

We tried Keap for a while and so far it provide almost all what we needed.

Pros

I run a lot of experimentation in my bushiness so the AB Testing feature is the most I like.

Cons

the software doesn't have Call Management and Call Recording.

Love how the customer service is there to help every step of the way.

Pros

All you need for a small business and more ! Lots of features, now you can communicate with your contacts via email or text and help you track things down. Amazing customer service

Cons

Lots of features not enough training, a little confusing at first but once you learned it your good to go.

Pros

I like the reporting functionality and how easy it is to set up and launch new campaigns.

Cons

Not being able to embed the HTML code for individual users signatures. I was told we couldn't do that as it was an old legacy option prior to us starting with Infusionsoft

Pros

It is easy to use and intuitive. I like the campaign builder a lot but it does have some logic issues that need to be addressed to make it even easier.

Cons

The training videos were great but they are dated. Their new release/version does not have current videos.

Allowed me to mail out end of year updates, but not as easy to use as Mailchimp for this. Not much good.

Pros

Reasonably light and easy to use, but not as comprehensive as some other desktop installed programs like LeGrand

Cons

Seems to be focused around doing mass mailshots which i regard as a bit old fashioned. And it has very high security around privacy etc, making it difficult to mail customers an important update without ticking boxes like 'i have everyone's permission' when you don't - it seems geared up to spammy eshot type people, and therefore has a load of legal bits designed for people like them, doesn't work well for an SME who only occasionally sends out important updates and more uses it as a record keeping information hub.
