Pros

There are SO many features included and they integrate fairly seamlessly. Everything I needed in a CRM was included.

Cons

There's a big learning curve and it wasn't intuitive for me to figure out some of the features. The menu is a little confusing with it's terminology, but it's worth it to figure out.

I can monitor lead activity/tasks in an automated and centralized CRM. By having this CRM we are able to reach out leads easier, more efficient and it makes each sales cycle easier. I can also activate email campaigns easier and faster, and it offers multiple templates that I can choose from or customize on my own.

Pros

Easy to use but needs a bit of training at first, hard to navigate at first. Great for small businesses. I'm able to track tasks, and information on my contacts/leads easily. Basic email and lead generation needs.

Cons

The dashboards and reports need to have more customization options - they are very limited. The price is pretty hefty for the features it offers.

I found it very helpful to build Automated sequences. When this is clicked, send this email, etc. I also found it very helpful that Infusionsoft created a unique ID for every single contact. This made it very easy to track contacts and update them when needed. It was especially helpful when mass updating 1,000+ contacts at a time.

Easy to use and enough features to make it worthwhile for a small business who needs a little bit more than a typical CRM platform. Excellent follow-up sequence e-mail capabilities.

Cons

Pros

The on-boarding process is fantastic; they've gone above and beyond to make sure that their new members are adequately prepared to use their service from the get-go. The software is flexible to meet your needs, but intuitive enough to not need years of programming experience to get things dialed in. Their email builder and landing page builder are fantastic and easy to use as well.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a little while to find what you need in the menus, or it looks different since you were last there if it's been a while, but that's just how it goes with a responsive company that's making updates and upgrades all the time.

Its a huge improvement on where we were and I can see the road to where we will be and there is a lot to learn to get to the end point. But Infusionsoft is already helping in the office. I have recommended it to a couple of companies already and one has had a demo. I plan on becoming a partner soon.

Pros

The campaign builder now that I am understanding it more is huge. The ability to create little robots to do take the time wasting procedures away an from your everyday routine is unmeasurable at this point. The tags are incredibly helpful. Once you are able to get in there and start playing with the new toys you can see whats possible.

Cons

not being able to email from a contact record, not having all communication with contacts tracked, invoicing is cumbersome, chatting with employees and having to utilize a number of 3rd party softwares to finish off the picture of a complete package.

InfusionSoft is known for its friendly and logical campaign builder which is like dragging and dropping elements then connecting arrows to make logical sequences with if/then flows. Tagging and filling fields can add some more complexity but someone with a good grasp of InfusionSoft who has received training can do a lot. Once a development team connects all website elements to IS, a marketer can run IS on their own which is great. InfusionSoft also has elements that make it great for ecommerce.

Pros

Slightly less expensive than industry leaders for marketing automation.

Cons

CRM is lacking. Though it claims to have a CRM and it does its job, there are better CRMs available so you may consider seeking a better solution and connecting it with InfusionSoft using its API or Zapier.

Pros

Infusionsoft allows us to see who has been to our websites and to follow up with them with personalized content. Also, setting up email campaigns in-house is easy. In addition, there are various campaign templates to get started.

Cons

When using E-commerce to process event registrations, it can not process multiple registrations from the same organization. Also, it doesn't have the option to set the length of space on the payment forms so that it can only take abbreviations on Provinces to meet our merchant account requirements. The forms provided don't have a lot of options to customize them.

The ability to create systems for others in the Fitness Industry.

Pros

Everything in one place, no need for multiple programs. The landing pages are good and the support and development team are quick to supply demonstrations and fixes to issues that pop up from time to time.

Cons

It is difficult to learn and expensive. Ultimately I'll end up spending learning &developing systems for myself and other gyms to use. It'll be worth it in the end but it's a large commitment at the start.

there is SO much you can do. does get a little overwhelming. When i first started using it I definitely felt lost but the more i use it, the more comfortable i get with it.

Cons

Calendar does not display on mobile version of app- this makes it impossible for me to track my calendar without logging into my computer.

Cons

The software is complicated and packed with features that a lot of marketers don't need. This means you're paying for features you don't need (which can get expensive quickly).

This software is one of the easiest to implement and use. The phone support is great. Every representative I spoke to was knowledgeable and eager to assist with my issue. I don't feel like I am "nickel and dimed" for every discovered need and solution. The reporting is excellent as well!

Pros

Under-resourced teams, time and money are all too common in today's marketplace. This software allows for integrated online marketing, using ONE system. We use it for campaign reporting, to measure what is working and what is not working by source/channel, and deploy email campaigns. Measuring campaign interactions and sharing an activity with sales through text SMS, Outlook 2016 and Survey Monkey enables the sales team to act fast and have better more informed sales conversations.

Cons

I wish more integrations were out of the box, and not just custom APIs.

Infusionsoft simplies our lives by keeping track of everything for us. It saves time, money, and headaches.

Pros

We mostly use this software for campaigns and tracking leads. It does that really well and after spending some time getting to know how everything works, it is powerful and makes the conversion process a lot smoother.

Cons

The software can be a little overwhelming at times if you aren't sure exactly what you're trying to do and just looking through everything. Luckily the software is pretty well documented, support is great, and finding out how to do what you want isn't too difficult when using a Google search.

Cons

Email's have the tendency to go to spam. Somethings the search function does not work properly. I have had payments go through in Infusionsoft but decline with my financial institution.

Honestly, it wasn't horrible, but there was nothing actually GOOD about it. I guess it was generally functional.

The interface was ugly and non intuitive, and it was hard to use, impractical, hard to find things, poorly executed and organized
