You're a fool if you're not using Infusionsoft!" May 14, 2014 5.0 The new visual Campaign Builder makes this insanely easy for anyone. There's plenty of functionality that comes stock, but if you really want to get fancy the Infusionsoft API is available, plus there's tons of third-party services and people that specialize in Infusionsoft to make anything you want happen. These guys are in with the times. Design and functionality is all there. Online chat is insanely available and the people that help are surprisingly friendly. The phone support is also top-notch. And I can't leave out the personal one-on-one coaching webinars I received upon signing up to make sure I had everything I needed. The people I have spoken with at this office have been professional, friendly, and clearly focused on helping me stay on track. Cons While I checked into how long it would take to become proficient in this software before I purchased it, my time to utilization was fairly long. It reminds me of the first time I ever used WordPerfect. It took forever just to get started and get beyond a blank screen. Then, as I got proficient at it, I hated giving it up. If your business is doing $150K annually and most of your business is done via eCommerce transactions then it's likely that this is perfect for you. If less, or you're more of a bricks and mortar business, I'd look elsewhere. May 11, 2018 4.0 Marketing and sales automation That is pretty good once you get it working. Pros Combine Sales and marketing automation in a single tool. This tool has most of what you want for a small business so you don't have to spend time manually working with your email lists. We set up a complicated campaign that triggers automatically if a contact is added to a list. It was very complicated and Very cool. Cons They don't tell you that they charge for an hour to train you and set up your first campaigns. If you have very simple campaigns like a simple newsletter, this might not be a big deal but for anything complicated, you will need their help and could hire a good lawyer for the same price. July 7, 2018 4.0 Pros Integrated with nearly three hundred applications, you can connect infusion to a lot of third party tools too. The application uses universal tracking,so you can check the behavior and contact management through all the marketing channels. It also facilitates the payment processing and tracking of the inventory across several locations. Smart email marketing is enabled. They have modules called opportunity management wherein you can check various stages in the sales cycle management. Integration with WordPress helps in tacking the statistics. The application is quite complex in usage but, you will find the support team to help you with the queries. While you set up, the internal training team will provide you with coaches who would train you how to use the system. Creation of reports, where whatever is measured will be projected. I was attracted to the idea that Infusionsoft is a-one-stop email marketing solution that could eliminate our needto revert to a range of different software to carry out certain stages of our marketing strategy. I like that the CRM info accessible for each customer is extensive; you can see what campaign they're on and what stage of the customer journey, you can access their order history, web page visits, email history, lead score, tags, and e-commerce integrates beautifully with the CRM. The automation accommodates endless possibilities and flexibility. Cons The app's navigation is somewhat cumbersome and I get confused by the various icons and what they actually stand for. It's a powerful software with lots of capabilities, but I find the features to be scattered around the navigation rather than clustered where it's intuitive to access them. Pros The company we canceled our order in February of 2020 during the breakout of virus. They said we had a contract and could not cancel until august of 2020. All our staff was layed off and no usage of software after January of 2020. Well august came and they continued billing me after contract was over and sent me tp collections. Continued for 4 months. These guys are crooks. They had 5 -6 months notification of canceling and they continued billing. They lie cheat and steal. They would not even assist on price even tho we went out of business and quit using. You will get everything you deserve and more. Cons Cons they are con men. It is an automated method for sales and marketing campaigns. Infusion soft has everything you would expect for a CRM and much more. Cons All email campaigns have an element of spam associated with it, even if your target audience is very specific one needs to be sure an get permissions and update the database on a regular basis. Pros This software is very malleable when it comes to doing what you need done for your business. The company has excellent customer service, and they will find a way to make it work. Cons It seemed to me to be extraordinarily powerful for being marketed to small businesses mostly. It truly is robust enough for a large business, and I believe many large businesses use it. This was one of the earlier software I used for marketing, and it wasn't too complicated. Cons I didn't quite enjoy the onboarding process as it required jumping on a call, and getting a custom price. Would have preferred if I could go directly to paying. I cant say its been great - nor can I say the opposite. Recently they were acquired by Keap - another lead generation company - so we'll see... Pros The support staff is really top notch. You can reach them by phone as well. Cant complain at all about their support. Cons Even after 4 years I still stumble on how to create a certain report or filter prospects.
