I'd advise staying away from this company and sticking to Activecampaign and whichever landing page builder you have. I was working to transfer from activecampaign and thrive themes to infusionsoft. Seemed like a great idea, until the transfer started to take place. We ended up not using or building anything with the software and continued to pay the bill. Once I advised them to cancel it, they said they would wave the fees and reteach my marketing team to get them going. (This never happened) I then recieve a statement in my email explaining that they would be sending the fee to a collections agency. I followed up with a phone call to again cancel the services, and they now claim that the cancelation cannot be made internal that I must reach out to my account manager... I'd advise staying away from this company.

Pros

Systematic process is great, how the follow works is great also. Easy to use. API's with most everything.

Cons

External client solutions. Impossible to cancel. Keap will not cancel you without you speaking directly to your affiliate account manager. People don't follow through with what they say.

I am leaving for another company for a reason. Ok when your a 1 off person, but not to run a real business. Lack of communication between staff.

Pros

Cost and chat support are decent, its quick and easy to use - not good though for a company of any size

Cons

Functionality, phone support and email compliance are beyond useless. Reporting is poor.

Pros

I love that Infusionsoft offers amazing flexibility in customization for a campaign while making it fairly simple to set up and manage with the flowcharts.

Cons

Infusionsoft is WAY TOO PRICEY for what it does, totally not worth the money in my opinion. It should cost about 90% less.

Hands down Infusionsoft is the absolute BEST CRM database that is out there! They have everything that someone could need to run a small business weather you are just starting out or you are doing tons of things all at once and needing a lot more hands and lot more free time infusionsoft is there. They help with store front, customers, emails, schedules, invoicing and the list just keeps going.

Pros

They have anything and everything that you need to run your small business all in one place.

Cons

Somethings take a little bit of time to catch on to BUT there are tons of people there helping you learn and walking you through anything you need.

Pros

For a smaller company, infusionsoft does mostly meet our needs and is fairly easy to use for the entire staff, even those without a lot of technical know how.

Cons

Ease of use often comes with some limitations. Infusionsoft prides itself on its easy to use interfaces, but those interfaces also mean that you often get stuck with what you've got; modifications or customizations, sometimes even just small tweaks are not options.

The software will only be useful if the user takes the training system seriously or writes them down so that they can always refer to them as guidelines.

Pros

The support is great, especially when orienting new clients on how to use the software. Offers almost every marketing tool on one page such as email marketing, and CRM among other automated services.

Cons

The software should be updated to include other tools such as Google calendars, or any other scheduling systems that can be used for the sake of reminding the user about an event.

The software is easy to get to grips with and the more I use it , the possibilities I find for it to used.

Cons

I'm sorry, I'll have to get back to you on that - I like it all so far and it keeps improving.

Pros

The availability of information about contacts. The ability to modify saved searches on the fly is great

Cons

The inability to search for missing values such as contacts without Zip Codes. Also the fact the tool pulls addresses in different places when they contact displays. I have sent letters out with no address because what was displayed and what was exported were not the same

Overall, its a great software

Pros

It helps me stay organized. The interface is simple and easy to navigate and use once you get around to it. I found it a bit challenging at first but its worth it in the end.

Cons

I mostly make use if my phone for business and the mobile version of it is not so great as some features are missing. Also I found it a bit pricey for an small business like mine

Increased sales

Pros

Love being able to segment my list so easily, which makes the marketing way more effective at converting leads into customers and repeat buyers. Also love having just one list rather than multiple lists like other ESPs.

Cons

I find the price point to be expensive when converted into Australian dollars. Also the apps required to integrate it with eCommerce platforms adds a lot to the overall costs.

I found a lot of ideas for generating leads and engaging current customers. The customer service (setup) was good. I liked the person who helped me.

Pros

The lead generation and customer engagement features are very nice. The program has built-in ideas and suggestions for various industries. I found this to be inspiring.

Cons

I think I started during a transition because the functionality was intermittent. The CRM aspect of the software didn't have much functionality at all and it didn't connect very easily to my Gmail.

We selected Infusionsoft after looking at various options. One of the deciding factors was the Perry Marshal, who we also work with, recommended it. So far its has been a big asset, and quickly has become a vital part of our marketing systems.

Pros

Its very powerful, flexible, and helps you with processes. It allows for various tracking of actions of customer interaction, and very strong email marketing support, which for us was another deciding factor.

Cons

It has a learning curve and takes some effort to become proficient in setting up emails and flows. Not easy to jump into.

Pros

I like the automated funnels running like a charm. The advanced features to run a successful campaign is right at my fingertips. It can be complicated, but their way to work with it helps to keep organized.

Cons

It takes a bit of practice to work with the features in the software and understand the logic behind the functions. A short month to be exact.

Easy to use, training modules are fantastic, live chat, help desk, report breakdown on every aspect of operations. When you want to make an upgrade it is instant change time

Cons

Constantly having to buy more and more add-ons to get the CRM platform running properly. The holiday special that lured me in had the bare applications then I had to purchase some of the most basic stuff like pipelines and sales reports

Pros

This is the marketing tool that you need for your small business. It is priced right for that space and has the right tools that we need to succeed. Sure, you can get more functionality elsewhere, but the small business world really doesn't need it. Also, the mobile app is a must have.

Cons

It does take a little time to get up to speed. In addition, the training videos seem to be a version or two behind where the software is now. Make sure to get training before you sign!

The help options such as chat, phone support and lots of Youtube videos. They had good training for start up and seem to have a vast network of contractors for custom or specialty applications.

Cons

It's not intuitive to use. I will be attending the seminar in Chandler because I need to ask questions and better understand what I can do with the software.

With Infusionsoft CRM, managing your contacts and prospects is super easy. Infusionsoft CRM can connect with Gmail interface to directly store the contact emails. The contact details can be searched easily within the CRM. The data can be exported to CSV and PDF format with a single click.

Cons

I would like to get single sign-on with facebook login to Infusionsoft CRM. It will help me keeping a single login to a number of systems.

It is very user-friendly and the customer service is excellent. The chat tool is very useful. We decided to go with InfusionSoft because they gave good amount of training and personalization of the dashboard and forms. The choices are sufficient without being overwhelming and the interface is easy to look at and use, Our my team will definitely adopt it

Pros

Infusionsoft is a robust system that can do almost anything you can think of. Not only is it easy to import data, segment your audiences and send targeted, automated communications, it allows you to track your process.

Cons

You can not integrate CRM into google calendar or push reminders to phone. It is a closed universe and it should be much more plug and play. Also the mobile app version of the software is no good at all.

Super practical, many in one software. The pricing is perfect. You can manage your CRM, marketing and sales and even your e-commerce on one platform. There are fantastic integrations available also, which can help you make this extremely flexible system more specific to your industry. Your options are almost unlimited. Birthday emails, letters, fulfilment tasks. Even you can automate your coffee ordering. How fun is that? :)

Pros

One software to solve the automation for your CRM, sales, marketing, e-commerce, referral. I love it! Saves plenty of time and money! I can hire people who don't have to spend the majority of their time on administrative tasks. It fixes follow-ups also.

Cons

It might take some time to pick up the system, but then it's really straight forward. Just takes time.
