We are very happy woh the customization InfusionSoft allows us to create. Fairly easy to learn and use.

Pros

We are a nonprofit. We had a donor (software builder) offer to create s custom application to manage one of our business processes. After more than a year of an inability to make it work,we found InfuaionSoft. It allows us to create customs flow work processes simply.

Cons

We had a few hiccups with one of their contractors who was helping us create workflows / campaigns. We resolved it by finding a different contractor.

Pros

I have to say that Infusion Soft is one software that we recommend to many of our clients (Though not all) as a perfect fit. There are lots of different softwares out there that each offer points of difference but Infusion Soft is great for those that are mostly focused on the Marketing Automation and not wanting an 'All-encompassing' solution. For our clients that already have a CRM, Infusion Soft is ideal because it adds what is missing to the mix. If you don't have a CRM already then you may be better off with another software that is more of a CRM / Marketing automation mix.

Cons

It can be a bit tricky to use if you are a beginner however if you have a development team working for you then infusion soft could be ideal.

Cons

I looked into Infusionsoft for my own online biz, and the expensive price point turned me off, and I did not invest due to the price.

Marketing automation and lead scoring at an attainable price

Pros

Campaign builder is quite flexible however you need to have a deep understanding of how it works to really create more complex campaigns

Cons

The reports are terrible and the dashboard does not really help. Luckily there are third party softwares that can help solve that.

Overall, I feel they can still a lot better considering the range of services they provide. i would really love to see a better and seamless lead capture tool

Pros

It is a good tool for marketing campaigns and generating insights. Their CRM tool is also good and a have the required functionalities

Cons

The thing that I do not like about this tool is the lead capture part. I have had numbers of issues in the past where they give out errors when someone fills the contact form resulting in loss of leads

Once it is set up, it is sesy to track leads and customers and their exposures

Pros

This software is setting the standard for Internet marketers. It allows you set up easy or complex follow up marketing messages and is very robust. There techinical support is rather good, but I can give them a five star because many times they would put the project back on us.

Cons

The learning curve can be quite intense even if you have dabbled in this type of software before. I think it is expensive unless you really use a lot of its features, which are plentiful.

While the mass email function worked great for my business, we wer able to set up a task that notified us of our clients and their spouses 65th bday

the google calendar link never did. We also needed a way to have outside leads load into the system with functions that can email them upon set appt. and add them as clients once sold

Pros

I can see how this is next level follow up service. I've only just started learning the program but it is way ahead of Mailchimp and the ability to charge clients, label clients and do ad campaigns is excellent. I'm a small business working like the big boys with this program.

Cons

There's nothing not to like. I'm learning and will hand over to an infusionsoft expert to run my lists at some point but it is idiotproof.

Pros

We are a documentary film company that distributes films and books to a growing customer base. Until Infusionsoft we didn't have a good way to track communication with all of our customers, potential customers and vendors. The other missing link was the ability to do email campaigns specifically designed for segmented target audiences. So we no longer had a one size fits all message that didn't really work. What we found best with Infusionsoft is that in one software we were able to organize all of our efforts of marketing and communication in on product. What also makes it all work is the training and coaching support that Infusionsoft brings to the party. We have great hopes for our future with this new tool.

Cons

So far we have nothing that we don't like Infusionsoft has great training, they set context very well, they have coaches and are reasonably priced.

If you have the time to learn the software, Infusionsoft is a no brainer!

Pros

Infusionsoft is a great product with all of it’s many capabilities like tags and organizing daily tasks. It also integrates with several other SaaS products which makes it very versatile.

Cons

Because Infusionsoft is so customizable. It is easy to get lost and overwhelmed. More support videos would be helpful.

I was doing this product as an upgrade to my previous software. I purchased the full year ahead so as to save money. This product is best described as a spam generator. You have to watch videos in order learn how to properly use it. The database does not link to internet profiles such as linked in or twitter. I decided to abandon the program due to the difficulty and asked for a return of my unused portion they stated to me that I could find someone to take it over otherwise they would return it to me. After weeks go by and I call again they tell the computerized contract has a no refund policy. If you are small business don't bother.

Pros

It appears to be very versatile.

Cons

You have to spend a lot of time inputting the data into it and learn how to make it work for you. Coming away from it is an email generator.

It allows you to create and maintain your business online. Beyond that - it helps you communicate and market to your target audience - which generates more money for you.

Cons

I wish they were more integrated with payment gateways/processors. They do have an approved list of people they integrate with, but there's a few that aren't on that list so it makes it hard to help clients with the integration.

The benefits have been clearly seen in the organization of sales and of course in saving money and time

Pros

It saves a lot of time and money on repetitive tasks. You can send emails alone to any segment or combination of database segments thanks to its useful labeling system, generate a history for each customer and help manage sales.

Cons

The function for the generation of reports is in what weakens to the details on the progress of campaigns and sales trends.

Pros

The ease of communicating to a number of different types of customers.

Cons

It seems new still. I wish it could be used as the customer service, invoicing, shipping, tool as well instead of Magento for ecommerce. It keeps track and places customers in campaigns well, but to use it as a customer service tool when people call in really takes too long and is a little clunky. For example, if someone calls in and wants us to look up their order, there are too many steps. I have to search their first name if their email doesn't work and then find the name among many. I have to click to open orders and then click through all the different orders to find the one they are looking for. This is slow if you have a customer on the phone, so I really have to use InfusionSoft as a compliment to Magento, instead of the other way around, as I was initially hoping.
