Pros

The campaigns are great. They are designed to help us enhance our business and stay in touch with our clients.

Cons

Sometimes the search tool is down so I have to go through the longer process to locate clients. Everything else works great for me!!

It is a lot of work to get set up initially. You NEED help from an ICC or an upgraded service package from Infusionsoft.

Dont bother we got locked into a contract and although they promised to train us we still cant spend the time to use it... Zero value!! They were also not willing to cancel the contract even though we couldnt use it. Dont get sucked in by the sales team like we did.

Pros

has lots of features, most small business will never use, It has some good templates, you can log in from any device.

Cons

Expensive, to complicated and does not save time you will need to spend lots of time setting it up and monitoring it... and in some cases have to manually add new contacts and leads

Pros

It gives you a free trial to be able to try out and see if it's a good fit. It's easier to track if your marketing campaign is doing well or not. You can track the conversion rate. It lets you schedule appointments. You can have your entire customer base in this software.

Cons

It's not user-friendly, you definitely need a lot of training to use it. It's best if you know how to work on databases and email marketing. Also, to get great features, it can get pricey.

Pros

It has everything I need for marketing and sales so I can offer a form, landing page and create automation that work well together

Cons

Some bugs with new improvements but it's ok. Sometimes I get lost with the settings and what to do first. The old templates need to be removed

Pros

I absolutely love how it has so much functionality and it is so robust. I have email marketing and CRM and a daily dashboard with appointments and tasks. I love how I can store my emails under someones contacts and have notes

Cons

Because the software is so robust, there is absolutely a learning curve. I did get great coaching when I signed up but I still need help and now have an online business manager that sets my campaigns up. So it can be very overwhelming

I would not make this same mistake twice.

Pros

The interface is very clean and organized.

Cons

The lack of functionality. This is actually a ridiculous choice for a real estate agent. It is priced higher than most CRMs that offer more options. The post-purchase communications is absolutely non-existent.

### "InfusionSoft CRM"

Pros

InfusionSoft is a CRM that allows you to store user infromation. Overall, it is easy to tag users and store their information in the database. It has a lot of prebuilt fields making it useful out of the gate. I was able to figure out how to use it fairly quickly without any trainings or spending too much time researching, which is a big plus.

Cons

CRM's are always a complicated choice. I think infusionsoft could have a little more integrations which woudl help push it towards the top.

I have used many other CRMs in the past and this one is by far the most user friendly.

Pros

I love how easy this software is to use, it is a very well thought out CRM and helps with following up leads.

Cons

There is really nothing to like least about this software, you can customize is as you see fit and that makes it pretty easy to like.

We started in with InfusionSoft about 2 years ago. We had 5 people working for us at the time. We are now over 60 people. We use it for our Apartment Leasing/locating/finding business and it is integral to what we do and how we do it.

Pros

It gives you great flexibility to automate contact and integrate sales.

Cons

Learning curve for new people is tall because most people don't dig into something... DIG INTO IT!!! Get with it!!

Pros

Keap is great that has many features and you can automate lots of marketing things with it. Managing affiliates works pretty well. It keeps record well of who brought clicks and opt-in, then sales.

Cons

The affiliates don't always get the exact number of sales they've made. Their dashboard sometimes fails to show how many sales they've made.

Pros

makes things quicker. Im able to validate myself and my company easily and quickly. This software generates a warmer customer response.

Cons

app is not updated. sometimes pages take too long to load. Also sometimes the leads do not change lists so that they stay appropriated

Pros

They were nice on the phone, as they promised the world to get us to sign up.

Cons

There is no easy way to integrate live shipping rates fro USPS or FedEx. We were sold InfusionSoft as a complete system that could integrate our digital sales and physical sales. Their $2000 quick start program was the first sign of a train wreck for us. It consisted of several scheduled meetings to learn what the software could do. I had made it clear that I was not the person that was going to be using the software, and we should wait until our new media manager was settled in. This did not fit their boiler plate solution. I asked for the training to be recorded so that the person that was going to be using the software could at least listen. They agreed but then failed to mention that the recordings would be erased after a month.

This is an extremely easy platform to use for email marketing. I started using this as my first email software provider had too many tedious intricacies when creating a campaign.

I really don't see any cons for how I use infusionsoft I could see how it could make you complacent and therefore not follow through I things that you should do because it is doing it so well.

Pros

It frees me to do other things that need to be done. Once all the operations are in place it makes your business run itself. I love the followup options it makes life so much easier. Great job!

On this product, I use it with the company I work for. I don't really know the value for the money because I don't personally pay for this, but, I use it consistently. I really like how easy it is to look a customer up and see where they are at as far as how much they are spending, what they have purchased when they have purchased it, and if I need to follow up with them.

Pros

Again, I like how you can see exactly where your client is and what needs to happen next. Also, very easy to hold an extremely large database.

Pros

When I get it correct, it works well. It has many bells and whistles and they are always being upgraded.

Cons

It's very complex so the learning curve can be extreme, especially for us non-tech types.

I was lied to about what it would do for me and then treated like a criminal when I asked for compensation. This company honestly deserves to get sued.

Pros

This is a complete rip off. There are much better CRM platforms available...they are not the leader they are the leader of taking money from people pushing sales and giving false promises.

Cons

There are a couple cool things about their software...but anyone could easily immitate it its not particularly high tech.
