Pros

CRM capabilities are amazing being able to organize all of your customers, warm leads, and cold list is a single dashboard is super powerful.

Cons

The user interface is very complex which means there is a large learning curve if you are not familiar with the software.

Pros

There is really nothing that Infusionsoft can't do. Not only is it a fully customizable CRM, but it will handle JV and Affilaite relationships, payment process, commissions, email marketing sequences etc. It does it all. It is the beast.

Cons

But...because it is the beast, not everyone can or should use it. It is certainly not user friendly and really takes someone well trained and of expert level to fully leverage the tool

Pros

Infusionsoft's automation possibilities are amazing. It goes way past simple platforms like aweber, mailchimp, constant contact and even activecampaign. You can take a contact all the way from option forms to fully tagged and segmented marketing campaigns and finish the job with an order form waiting for their credit card all in one piece of software for a reasonable cost.

Cons

I don't like how I have to change my password every90 days. however, I totally understand that. I wish it worked better on Safari as well (the email campaign feature). I cannot create the emails in Safari, but I can do so on Google Chrome.

Infusionsoft is user friendly but the features are lacking. Its ok for companies with not a lot of clients to keep track of, but as your business grows you will outgrow infusionsoft.

Pros

Infusionsoft is pretty user friendly. I liked the customizable dashboard and home screen. Has good app integrations.

Cons

Lack of features and not good for large quantities of data/client management. We had to switch to a different program

It helped us get started with marketing automation but quickly met its capabilities limits.

Pros

It's cheap for the number of contacts that you get within your plan. It has a decent workflows tool.

Cons

The user experience is horrible. You can't find anything you need in the place that you think it should be. It's lacking basic tools that its competitors have (social, etc.) and reporting is a pain in the ass.

Cons

It can feel like a complicated tool to use sometimes with a User Interface that isn't as friendly as you'd hope.

Pros

Ability to sell stuff to clients with out seeing them. Allows me to nurture my clients for cross-sales, upsaless and resells.

Cons

Intimidating at first. But not your fault. A user really had to roll up their sleeves and dive in. That said, your customer service chat line had really been a godsend.

Pros

very innovative and once someone is learned on the system, can be very dynamic to use.......the flow chart programming is ingenious

Cons

unfortunately, we arent that 'learned' and struggle with the overall use of the system - we were never formally trained and kept getting 'upsold' for more services, but was being sent to a 3rd party. so not really sure what training infusionsoft actually provides....we spent thousands and thousands of dollars and never got any formal training.

Pros

I needed immediate implementation of a CRM, and from the time I first received a call from InfusionSoft through the present, I have found them to be extremely responsive to my needs. I have four divisions within my small organization, and I needed a CRM that would be easy to understand, apply to all of the divisions, and allow me to be up and running in a few days; InfusionSoft provided this. Additionally, the head of one of the divisions needed something where she could manage her people primarily from her phone (I have a person inputting and keeping track of the information on the people in that division) and would allow her to email, call, or whatever with simplicity; InfusionSoft provides for this.

Cons

I may be too new to it, but at this time I haven't found anything I like least.

I am a huge believer in automated marketing and high hopes for Infusionsoft but after 10 months of use, I just can't seem to figure out the simplest things. Reporting is difficult so I have to call support for everything. We give up and are switching to Hubspot!

It could have been great.

Pros

I was searching for professional CRM, Email Marketing platform which will enable me to make my job done more faster and at scale. I was impressed by the features Infusionsoft has and advertise! Till today I cannot get my job done with Infusionsoft because it is so complicated even to install an application at this software!

Cons

The user interface is complicated. It is not intuitive and i have to invest additional time to read manuals. There are unusual things to do like installing internal apps and connect them with the core software to work. Additionally, I need to configure all of this internal application in order to work! This is insane! On top of this Infusionsoft is the most expensive software for online marketing on the market today!

It helped to automate our onboarding sales process.

Pros

Infusionsoft has made it really easy to use their software. When you build campaigns, there is a very user-friendly campaign builder that lets you drag and drop and trigger all kinds of automation.

Cons

As with any software, there is a bit of a learning curve, but they make getting support easy. Overall a great product.

The cost of infusionsoft is what annoys me the most, my own naive fault, if I'd known about all these other email marketing software, I would of thought twice. But stupid me, dazzled by all the facts and figures that were splurted at me by the sales guy, I went ahead and paid the astronomical "kickstart" fee, to the tune of (if I remember correctly) well over £ and on top of that you get to pay them £ a month for basically nothing. The system is so overly complex, I just want to send a fricking email to loads of people at the same time, this is one of those business costs I'll definitely be canceling, after I'm out of my 12 month long contract. Oh, and that's another thing "12 month contract". Don't sign up to anything with a contract, there's always another option.

Simple tracking of contact forms that are submitted through the WordPress website

Pros

For me it has always been easy to use, I get tags easily and I place them in the WordPress contact form and then I never have to worry about it.

Cons

I can only use one Infusionsoft account on a website, so it makes it difficult to keep track of the numerous different clients who I need to track

Many options for customized campaign creation. Customer support is very helpful. Provides quick response to my questions. Over time you will see how in-depth this software is to meet your needs.

Cons

Cost is a little high. Sharp learning curve. Customer support tries their best to help, but sometimes they seemed stumped. With so many features it can't be learned overnight. With time and patience you can progress and see the great benefits this software has to offer.

Great software to generate marketing leads. We are able to implement drip campaigns based on the interaction on the client. I like how I am able to see the entire map of each campaign and all the moving parts.

Cons

I think that the user interface could use a facelift. Would like to see some simple upgrades on the design soon. Overall, it is a solid CRM.

Infusionsoft helps Small Business owners automate and personalize their email communication to customers and prospects. I didn't even hesitate when I signed up over a year ago. I just started to use the HOT LEADS function (a tip I learned from a USER GROUP) and love it! I am alerted when someone in my mailing list is engaging with my touches, and this allows me to step in, and send a personal email or phone call. The system was designed to help me organize my leads, and then close sales, and I am excited for the future using this product. PROS- 1. Automating my business 2. Personalizing my email touches 3. Helps me to see who's HOT and who's NOT at a glance 4. Great tool for sales reps to log activity and stay on top of customers 5. User groups to help you learn new ideas 6. Unlimited amount of support tools to help you set up your application each step of the way. CONS- 1. The learning curve-but the tools and support are there to get you started. You just need to use them!

I am still learning about what Infusionsoft can do, but I love how I can set up automated daily messages for doing challenges.

Cons

How much there is to learn. I am not really sure that it would be considered a Con. I really do like all things it has to offer.

Pros

The software is pretty easy to use to creat workflows and drip campaigns. The contact management is pretty clean as well.

Cons

The price per contact grouping makes it too expensive as a small business. The lack of segmentation options makes it not the best fit for enterprise.

Still figuring it out. Need a texting function that allows me to future schedule texts for follow up
