We were using 2 diferent softwares that we linked together, for our CRM + Marketing Automation needs. We combined the 2 needs in 1 software for almost 1/10th of the cost. Not regreeting our move at all !

Pros

\- Combination of a CRM and a Marketing Automation - Easy to use - Performant & Intuitive Campaign Builder - Low COST compare to what we had - GREAT Tech Support for Certified Partner

Cons

\- Ability to display Custom Fields WHERE you want. - Mobile APP does not include Custom fields - Able to migration of campaigns from an account to another, but missing components (need to redo: dashboards, saved searches/reports

It is a very simple and reliable software to use, and it impressively fascinates me to increase the sales of my products over the Internet, saving a lot of time. It is a fantastic tool and very helpful to the user

Cons

For the excellent functionality of this software you have to have a good internet connection, and in my case it has been a bit complicated because my Internet connection is not as good as I would like

CRM/ Marketing automation tools are a dime a dozen. This is another one of those. Its very user friendly if you have used any of the others like activecampaign or hubspot you can use this.

Cons

It doesn't do much to set itself apart from the other platforms that compete in this space. There needs to be more 3rd party integrations.

Shady business practices. There are other businesses that provide superior solutions at a similar price point.

Pros

Their product fell short of what they promised us it could do. However, it was at least able to get 50% done, rather than the 100% they guaranteed.

Cons

Terrible contract. They lie and misguide you to purchase their services, overpromising and underdelivering. The worst part is terminating. For most companies you submit an email or secure message and the deed is done. Here, I had to hound them for 3 weeks, dispute charges, and deal with a massive headache. Avoid at all costs.

Pros

For Email-Marketing, infusionsoft offers great tools.

Cons

As CRM-System for small companies it is totally unsuitable. The usability is very poor, every second updates they made changes, that you have to adapt your processes, which needs a lot of time and mostly they made it much more complex.

I would recommend this product to anyone who owns or runs a business.

Pros

This product saves time for my business which saves money. It increases sales and turns potential clients into customers. I am amazed by the diversity in which it can be used once you understand how to implement it.

Cons

There isn't much about this product that isn't likeable but it does take a little time to learn. It takes a bit of time to set up but i'm just picking for something to say.

Pros

Effective way to send emails and manage client lists.

Cons

This could be a powerful software, but it's not the easiest to use. It seems like a lot of things are more difficult then they should be.

Pros

It is great as long as you do not use the product module to keep track of your profit and loss. The product is priced well if it worked the way we need it to in the manage product module.

Cons

The product has a few shortsighted issues. For instance, the cost field only goes to 2 decimal points. Many manufacturers charge to the third or fourth decimal point on parts or products, so this makes any reporting you do inaccurate. The system automatically "Rounds up" for you, so if your manufacturer charges $0.0651 for a product, you can use either $0.06 or $0.07. I'm unable to use it for Profit and Loss reporting, useless as it is for us. We cannot get help from them to change this and they will not credit anything back for this type of issue.

I love the support team, they are so helpful, they won't stop until you're completely satisfy. They know their business and they not just helpful but super nice

It's not that easy to learn... takes time and effort

Pros

The support for someone like me starting out is incredible. The staff are highly knowledgeabale, patient and willing to bend over backwards to support. The platform has already started showing me what I have been missing out on all these years by being to scared to shift. It isnt as expensive as I always imagined, and the value for money in terms of what the platform can actually do, is mind boggling. I am still a new user but in just 5 months can see the difference to my business.

Cons

Felt a little overwhelming at first but was guided expertly through kickstarter. Just had to breathe. One day when we had bad connection and it all got too much, my coach simply re-scheduled. I didnt have to feel like an idiot for not "getting it" quickly

I was maintaining a SPREADSHEET to keep up with my clients...what a nightmare! I was so glad to find Infusionsoft (Keap). It has really helped me put all my information into one place and better track my communication with my clients. Especially if you use the different apps for integration!

Pros

It's extremely user friendly - you don't have to be an IT wizard to figure it out.

Cons

Being charged extra for over 500 contacts. :(

The software is great for so many uses. Mainly for keeping up on leads and automated emails to keep leads hot and capturing them. If you are looking for a software to only keep all your contacts in and chart note for each client, don't get this one. It's too expensive for doing only that. But if you want all the tools to really go after leads and have them automatically nurtured, then definitely look further into buying this software.

Pros

Does almost anything that helps keep track of leads and lock them in.

Cons

Cost if you don't use all the tools. Customer service costs you to have help learning or remembering how to use all the tools.

Pros

Infusionsoft is an all-in-one solution and is well suited to small businesses. Additionally, it offers built-in eCommerce integration (and focuses on the selling side of a business in general) which is nice but not necessarily needed and has strong technical support and training opportunities.

Cons

Infusionsoft is rather difficult to use (by default, apps can fix this) compared to similar software and also has a pricy setup fee to start with. Additionally, there are no native third-party integrations; the app store helps fix this but most provided apps have costs of their own and aren't directly related to the third-party services you are looking for.

We have enjoyed the system to date. We purchased the tool on behalf of a client that needed to upgrade from excel spreadsheets to a more dynamic customer-centric tool that would drive sales. We have found the tool to be robust for our client needs. We are early in the usage of the product, but it is proving to be a successful tool. We will use to tool to market and communicate services, but have not yet used it.

Pros

CRM tool is easy to use with tags that can be utilized to market for specific brands. The reports are useful measures of success.

Cons

Loading the contact information that is not adequately formatted can be a challenge.

Pros

We use Infusionsoft in a lot of our web forms. We also use it for email marketing. The functionality is great. Their support is also great, I never have trouble getting questions answered.

Cons

It seems to take a few too many clicks to get the job done. Importing contacts takes about four clicks and getting to the place where you make an email draft also takes about four clicks.
