Pros

Loved the product, from design to actual practicality with day to day business. Integrates great with our go to software's.

Cons

The only bummer is the price point, we were forced to close account because of the price range, we're not a big business, so hard to justify cost.

Pros

Powerful system, lots of features I would love to have better follow when you first start with the software.

Cons

A little bit difficult to learn some features, especially the tag aspect of the software, there should be more help lo learn it

I recently became a certified Storybrand Guide. Which means, being able to create and promote a full sales funnel is paramount. This tool helped me fully understand how that works.

Pros

I found the structure of desiging a campaign very intuitive. I know some people don't. But it totally works for me.

Cons

The invoice template is not flexible. I couldn't add my own branding to it. Also, I appreciated the on-boarding coaching, but, this could have been more constructive.

Pros

For me, main advantage is that you can centralize and manage all information in order to grow your business.

Cons

You need some hours to learn how to use it.

Pros

The tagging is an important part to the CRM functionality. This is where you tag your contacts once or multiple times. This can be used as part of the campaigns you set up. For example, you could tag the contact to show that they signed up for a webinar but didnÛªt attend, and then you could run email marketing automation based on this. Tags can also be grouped into tag categories.

Cons

There are features that are only supported for older installations.

I love the demos, and the software makes sense when I watch a training agent use it. I can never get it to work when I use it on my own though.

Pros

I like the idea of being able to automate so many customer service jobs

Cons

Too complex to teach employees, and very time consuming to learn myselft.

Pros

They have a great sales team. They will sign you up for a kick start program that can get some sales process working. There's lots of communication before the sale.

Cons

Support was poor. They have ridiculous hold times and have to put you on hold a lot to get answers they should know. Gmail integration was an issue. If you live in Gmail I would look elsewhere. Their apps from Chrome were not very good, and some of their systems were hard to use.

Helps you stay organized, efficient and fairly easy to learn then use, like that it's custom to fit your needs/wants

Cons

Expensive, could have more templates, wouldn't be that great for a large business, difficult to use all the functions with a cell phone

Pros

Helps keep your contacts, tasks easy at hand and makes your work day a little easier to manager. Good way to help with connecting the contact and company.

Cons

Lot more info that you need to make it work with ease. Wish I was told that the campaigns need more work than what we anticipated.

Pros

Lots of features. The Notes section to track status for transactions from start to finish.

Cons

Until you get in and navigate the available features, it's not intuitively obvious how to use the SW.

Pros

My consultant was very personable and helpful during my orientation training when I was getting used to the software. The training was very personalized and was all about how InfusionSoft could help me, not the other way around.

Cons

The monthly price. I can see the amount of training needed to effectively use this product may be a turn off for some, but I understand why the training is so very important to using this program with success.

Cons

It is not the easiest to navigate or user friendly and it is also a little pricey compared to its competitors.

I haven't yet received benefits as I am still learning and building as I learn. However I see this as a time saver, with style and professionalism wrapped up in one package. Love this program!! It is going to be fun!!

Pros

There is an ease to learning this program, however it is the actual support I am getting that makes me feel confident I can get this up and running quickly and start creating leads and manage my business clients more efficiently.

Cons

When I quit working on part of it for the day, I least like that I have to restart some of the things I left off doing, because I am still getting to feel my way around the dashboard.

Pros

Great customer service, pretty user friendly, any questions I have are answered immediately by customer service. I just love it when I put together a campaign and it does exactly what I had envisioned! Great for Sales CRM and Marketing campaigns. Best of both worlds.

Cons

The opportunity box description field is so tiny. The entire middle and right side of the page is blank, can you make this text area larger so it is easier to read? Also, we'd like the creating an appointment process to be more intuitive. When we create the start date, it does not manually adjust the end date for us - we have to do it manually.

Pros

It is extremely easy to use (and I am not very tech-oriented). InfusionSoft lets me contain (find and use) a LOT of different information in one place. I can access the information anywhere. The tutorials are concise and InfusionSoft lets you practice each step of the various components. The learning curve was both shorter and smaller than I anticipated.

Cons

I am not sure the cost is validated by its use for a small company.
