The onboarding process with the vendor, walked us through the setup and the use of the CRM. The Marketing Automation, once you get the concept, is incredibly easy to setup, change and maintain. Cons Small detail, but the webforms for the marketing automation campaigns are not mobile responsive, a slight UX issue when building landing pages, but not a major hurdle, more an esthetic want than a need. The chat tool is very useful especially when they will charge you per hour for extended training even though you're already paying a monthly fee! Cons How it is more towards marketing and not sales. Although it requires paying attention to details as with anything else, it is fairly easy to learn. It definitely offers an opportunity to make business needs run smoothly. I know this. It takes so much time to get the back end stuff working. Running a small business is hard, trying to get Infusionsoft functional to grow the business, harder. I definitely think it is a great investment if you have the time and money to get it to do what they tell you it can do. But for a small business owner it often feels like a big scam. I discovered it and was excited, signed up and loved the customer support, but they will only do so much without an extra fee. So, it is a potential investment - one that I hope i will use or will eventually leave because I simply cannot find the time or extra funds to do what will make it as valuable as it should be. Pros Great potential. Good customer data. Cons Not easy to setup. Too complicated to make work without help from Infusionsoft. Cost too much to have Infusionsoft set up for me. It has a lot of capabilities and is tied to a lot of our web forms. We are able to link it to Salesforce through Zapier. Cons The interface could be a little more user friendly.
