### "If you have the patience to figure it out, it's FANTASTIC"

Infusionsoft has hands down the most robust automated campaign capabilities, be it difficult to learn, if they are built correctly they are brilliant. The customer service and extremely expensive training is fantastic. Overall it brought a lot of value to our business.

Pros

The automation campaigns you can build inside this program are unreal. Vast amount of marketing and scheduling programs that integrate. The CRM is very powerful and allows for lead scoring which I found very helpful. Also surprised at how quick and smooth it ran considering how many people we had using it at once.

Cons

It is complicated to learn and very expensive when not considering your ROI. I did the kickstarter package which was insanely expensive but worth every penny. It could definitely improve upon email templates - they aren't very catchy and I would really love if they didn't stick their brand on them. Rather then using their template library we made our own. Lacks split testing capabilities.

If you can afford it, GET IT. Period. You will not regret it.

Pros

Literally almost everything! I won a year subscription from participating in a conference and it was literally everything I needed in one place. The customer support team was SOOOOO helpful. I mean literally you can get someone on the phone to talk to EASILY! As you can imaging this is very important when you are new to using such a large and robust platform!

Cons

The only thing was the price. Now, do not get me wrong it was totally worth it. But at the time I was just starting my business and could not afford to continue.

We're engaging more than ever with our audience, growing our list, and using the email marketing software to get emails out of the door, and sales in.

Pros

It's easy to use, the marketing automation is first class, and the lead scoring allows us to score our prospects. It also integrates with Wistia, which is fantastic to video tracking.

Cons

I feel like the campaign builder is the hardest bit to get your head around, but once you have, it's incredibly powerful. Occasionally there are little glitches, but that's the case with any software this powerful.

### "Solid Tool for Small Businesses"

Pros

Infusionsoft isn't a perfect tool, but it's a solid choice for a small business without ambitions to scale rapidly (i.e. think accounting firm, not tech startup). The "all-in-one" nature of the tools is excellent as it simplifies marketing and sales operations for businesses without the resources to hire a dedicated person to manage disparate solutions and the integrations needed to make them interact. The campaign builder is pretty easy-to-use, the landing page editor is making serious strides, and the email editor is pretty great and requires zero HTML/CSS knowledge. The referral module is useful, especially for businesses just wanting a simple affiliate program. While I have a few gripes with the API, the available integrations are impressive. Some in the space (read: Zoho) really limit these as they want to force your hand to use their solutions, Infusionsoft doesn't. They offer a landing page builder but provide a great LeadPages integration. They offer eComm, but offer a great Shopify integration. Their consultant/partner network is impressive as well. Lots of specialized help available for customers who want it.

Cons

The campaign builder is great for a novice (i.e. the target market) but limiting for a more advanced user. I.e, you can't spark an action from an opened email or field value changing. The lead scoring isn't flexible, which is limiting for an organization with unique needs or a clear vision. The shopping cart and storefront builder aren't what I would call slick or flexible but hey.. they integrate with Shopify and many others if you need better. The USPS shipping integration leaves a lot to be desired, real-time estimates would be great. The CRM has almost no customization. Simply being able to hide unwanted fields would be a huge benefit to usability.

Overall it does what it advertises to do and then more, it is ideal for company owners and will help you manage your customers and keep your site organized. It can be over complicated and gets messy fast! Tier 1 tech support was something I outgrew pretty quickly and can only really help with the basics (which is actually a lot).

Pros

This program does so much! It helps you maintain your contacts, market, automate, sell, track analytics, organize products and manage a team!

Cons

Sometimes it does soooo much it is a little over complicated! Then just when you think it does it all you hit a roadblock and you can’t get it to do what you want it to do!

### "Amazing Software and Outstanding Support and Training"

We use InfusionSoft to stay in front of customers and our agents. Love the ability to send out not only emails but text messages and phone calls. Now we're getting into the E-commerce tools .

Pros

Keap can do just about anything! The CRM, marketing, and sales automation tools know no limits. It's truly amazing and I know I'm barely utilizing all the tools. Also, the customer support is absolutely GREAT! They answer all chat requests in a very timely manner and are extremely helpful. They usually send a video showing you just what you need to do or what you did wrong!!

Cons

The software has so much going on I tend to get a little lost when creating a new project. I'm totally "self" taught and most likely need a little (lot) of training.

### "Porsche of CRM's"

They've been super supportive and helpful. Whenever I've had problems understanding anything, even when my mother passed on, they were very allowing and there for me. The people in chat and in customer support are always always patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I talk with them often! I can't say enough how helpful they are.

Pros

I wish I knew how to use all of it. There's always a new function that it can do to save me time. Since I don't have a team, Keap is like my own secretary, streamlining functions.

Cons

It takes so long to set up. The look of emails is very flat and uninteresting. Word processing in the individual letters I send out takes forever. It's definitely not a great place to write letters.

Reason for choosing Keap

A lot of the big names in marketing always had "Infusionsoft" at the bottom of their emails so I knew they must know something I didn't. When I decided to try it out, I was thinking big, probably too big. I believed it would help my business grow. (It hasn't YET but I still am able to do more with Infusionsoft.) Once campaigns are set up and the kinks worked out I love watching them work for me.

### "Basic CRM"

Infusionsoft is a great tool for managing the sales pipe.

Pros

I like that you can build things out. It has a lot of features that you can customize and tag clients. You can also send emails and drop campaigns to incentivize prospective clients. It's great as a sales pipeline tool and makes it easy to see where your customers are at in the funnel.

Cons

There's not much on the post-sale/success end. We tried creating tags as a workaround to the sales process. We like to keep them as marked "customer" so we can send marketing emails but we also have post-sale stages that are harder to track. It would be nice if there were more success oriented features that could help us use the tool for retention. They could be in there, but we just don't know about them. I also had a hard time sending some emails to specific groups of people. Again, could have been something I was doing wrong but it wasn't obvious.

Pros

As a CRM Analyst/Consultant, most of my projects are helping companies administrated and implemented different types of CRMS and marketing software. So I have the chance to research and test a multitude of CRM's and Marketing Software for the past several years and Infusionsoft is one of my favorites. I have helped two small companies(around 20-30 employees)implement this product from start to finish. I have very impressed on how robust and strong this CRM really is. With this software, you can create a software stack with different add-ons which can accomplish almost anything. There are programs that help with scheduling, membership sites, integration with Facebook audiences, text messaging and countless others. Infusionsoft has an API that is easy to use and integrate with other systems you may be using. For the price, I would say this is an all in one CRM tool. Another great feature that Infusionsoft offers is the ability to create mobile-responsive landing pages and pairing this automation with a CRM with robust capability for sales follow-up is what creates the value and you also get the ability to generate e-commerce and tracking reports. I would definitely recommend this product.

Cons

Infusionsoft only includes the basic Lead Generation reports. If you want to generate the true ROI reports it will require you to purchase add-ons, such as Wicked Reports. I would say that these reports are critical for understanding where your leads are generated and how to refine your marketing.

### "Great all in one software with a bit of a learning curve"

I have multiple divisions of my company and am able to market to specific segments appropriately with little headache. The time saved in having e-commerce, CRM, automation, and affiliate platforms contained within has saved time and money. I am really hoping Infusionsoft steps up their game in the next year.

Pros

That I am able to house my CRM, autoresponder, marketing automation, e-commerce, and affiliate platform all from the same software which means that automatically all of those pieces work together flawlessly.

Cons

There is definitely room for improvement in the e-commerce area of Infusionsoft. I am disappointed that the storefront is so limited in that capabilities to only show certain offerings. In my opinion, this creates an additional step for those who don't what every single item they sell or have available to be shown, and for the price of the software, they should really be improving on the function of the e-commerce system.

### "If you are a SME, Infusionsoft is not for you."

The problem of this product is, Infusionsoft pays $500 referral fee to the person introduce to them. So a lot of contractors will say that infusionsoft is good. But those contractor may only know how to use 5% of the product, which is similar to other lower cost competitors which pays less referral fees. And when you want to cancel, my experience is they will skip your emails. Here is our story: Infusionsoft charges $2000 start up cost +$299 per month of service fee, the Sales says if it is not for us, they will do something to credit the upfront $2000 back to us. After our company used it for a month we emailed Sales saying infusionsoft is not for us, he says that he will forward the message to customer service. We haven't heard from infusionsoft again, we have followed up with Sales with no reply. Our credit card is billed month after month, which forced us to call my credit card to cancel the card. Then someone from Infusionsoft customer service emailed us saying we have unpaid balance. We asked him to communicate with Sales and credit us back for the months that we didn't use. The customer service rep disappeared again. I personally would not recommend any company to use their service. - Most companies would not need such a BIG solution. If you are big enough you will go to SAP. - Their $500 referral fee, and false sales promises is not someone would look for. - Don't worry about cancelling with them, they skip these emails.

Pros

Their sales person is really good at hooking you up with the product.

Cons

They pay $500 referral fee to affiliates for introductions. So if you hire outside consultants, they would hook you up with infusionsoft for the referral fee. Which is not in favour of your business position. Moreover their sales person will give false promises to get your business. And you will have a hard time trying to cancel your subscriptions.

Since adding Infusiosnoft my business has doubled and my time at the office dropped by a full day a week. I could do even more, but, why? Life isn't just about the money but also about control of my time and life.

Pros

The customer support is very good, with quick answers, on-the-phone assistance, chats, and even Facebook groups. But, the functions are outstanding ... I can do almost anything I can imagine from end-to-end in my law practice.

Cons

I'd like to be able to place merge fields from the campaign (such as event name or date) into the landing pages. But, that is a minor annoyance in an outstanding product.

User interface Infusionsoft has one of the best-designed user interfaces in the marketing automation industry. Their visual campaign builder makes crafting even the most complex of nurturing sequences both fun and intuitive. Great support & training. And easy to manage leads with our automated emails we have created.

Cons

The reporting is lacking. It's not as visual as many other CRM systems out there, which is becoming a common requirement. Despite the great functionality, the pricing is somewhat steep for small businesses. You must purchase a Kickstart service package, which includes a personal coaching mentor who evaluates your current business/marketing style, helps you understand Infusionsoft, and generally aims to improve your business and I've heard this is actually helpful, but nonetheless it's a hefty cost or small businesses.

Overall, I see the benefits of Keap/Infusionsoft and if I had the big budget to hire someone to set it all up, I can see how powerful it could be. But unfortunately, I was sold a solution that I was no where near ready for. I think this is perfect for the advanced marketer who has plenty of experience with funnels, CRM, automation etc. Unfortunately for me, it was too much, too soon!

Pros

I loved how it was an all-in-one platform!

Cons

It was incredibly hard to set up and use because the sales person forgot to mention that it was a robust solution for the more experienced marketer. So when I was first learning to create funnels, Keap/Infusionsoft was just too advanced for me.

Despite its complexity, I recommend it to everyone, as I’ve experienced more major problems with other similar tools. Infusionsoft is suitable for people who have lots of contacts, like potential marketing leads, or customers. It is very convenient for broadcasting messages and organizing campaigns to cover multiple addresses.

Pros

I love the ton of possibilities this software offers, as well as its functionality. The interface is just infinite. It’s easily adjusted to your individual needs in business – the customization is just breathtaking. I was able to create a lot of action calls thanks to lead database management. I also learned a lot about process flows and how it’s related to making your business go forward. Setup requires some time and effort, but it’s all worth it. Saved a lot of my time. Everything is automated – your emails, your broadcasts etc. Learning curve a bit steep. You can integrate Infusionsoft with other software, like Google Sheets, to increase productivity in acquiring lead data.

Cons

While mostly I commend this software, especially for the wide range of features it gives, I don’t particularly like the new landing page design – although friendly, it makes you feel a bit limited. At the start, I had a lot of problems figuring out what to actually do with all this software. Even the available tutorial didn’t cover all my needs, so I had to self-train to get everything I wanted from Infusionsoft.

### "I see the value but ..."

Good, but not great. Decided not to continue past the initial year commitment purely because we do not have the man power to successfully implement and run the software seamlessly.

Pros

The customizability is a wonderful feature, especially if you're a business that doesn't typically fit into one of the easy business categories (finance, medical, engineer, etc.). Everything was super organized and you can tell the software is just excellently developed. Also, I could definitely see how helpful, "smart", and different from other CRM softwares Infusionsoft could be once you had everything set up and running smoothly.

Cons

Everything about Infusionsoft is COMPLETELY customizable; which is really great, but also then a lot of work. I'm from a very small company (less than 10 people) and for us, it was almost too customizable because of how much time and training was required. For a company that is larger, or has an entire IT department, it would probably be a wonderful option. For us, it ended up being a con because after the 5 week training program, multiple books purchased, and literally months spent devoted to the software, it still wasn't up and running like a well oiled machine. Yes, we could have put in more time, but since we are a small company without a designated department for IT, it was taking too much time away from other jobs and tasks. Also, it is much more expensive than a lot of other similar softwares on the market and at least when we signed up, you had to sign a year long contract.

I have been VERY impressed with the support and onboarding process Keap has and really like how user friendlily most of the user interface is.

Pros

I like how many services are rolled into one software here so I was able to cancel several other subscriptions and roll them all into just Keap!

Cons

There are some little holes I've noticed in what I am looking for that has me using other programs. That's to be expected though and I haven't been upset or surprised I need to keep other software subscriptions too. No one program can do absolutely everything for everyone's specific needs.

### "Keap would be ok if you have programming experience"

It took me more time to work ON keap than work on my business.

Pros

Hand on training to get set up was appealing. Customizable functionality.

Cons

Keap did not really integrate with anything, so all of the contacts had to be manually added. If you wanted it to do anything you had to build out the automation and I had no experience with programming. When I told them it was not working they kept all my money and would not even give me a partial refund. DO NOT sign up for a year until you KNOW it is going to work for you. I was told I could use my cell phone for the text and calling function and then when I went to set it up I was advised not to. After paying for one on one training I had gotten no where after 3 of my sessions. They were going to try to figure out how to do a few thing in between our appointments and then when we would meet again they would not have done it and acted like I should devise a work around.

I thought that it would do it ALL, but really it would do it ALL if I figured out how to program. I am a one person business, I do not have time to build out an entire back end program. I need some intuitive tools.

### "Customer Service or Sales CRMs"

Looking at most CRMs the database aspect is pretty much the same from one to another. What I have found is that most are slightly better setup for sales than for customer service. Without diminishing the importance of sales (we all need them, all the time) we are a customer service-based company and follow many qualitative data points of customer satisfaction and comments. We use them to keep track of current service levels and to anticipate the needs of our clients. InfusionSoft has been very good at helping us identify these data and prepare them for analysis. SalesForce is not as friendly to helping us find and use them. I take nothing away from SalesForce and a robust sales program for medium and large operations, however small to medium businesses that are driven by customer service more than sales will find that InfusionSoft is more tho their liking. As for the value, both are reasonable in terms of ROI, but InfusionSoft is less costly and has a much softer, more relaxed sales team. After sale, InfusionSoft is outstanding in helping capture complex, less obvious data about our clients. InfusionSoft represents the concierge service level that so many businesses are trying to develop and maintain with their customer base.

Pros

The people of InfusionSoft know how to help customize their software to whatever you want to follow, no matter how unconventional it is. They work hard at through free of cost assistance to leverage their program to the clients benefit. They have a large and deep community of users that help enrich the users' experience.

Cons

Its integration is less ubiquitous than that of SalesForce, but is growing constantly.

### "Infusionsoft for small business use"

Pros

Infusionsoft has just about everything you could need in one convenient place. It allows you to personalize your dashboard and view whatever information is most pertinent for your company. For us, it's a great way to organize and store our customer information.

Cons

I wish it had a better tutorial/how to section. There are a ton of features in Infusionsoft, and a detailed how-to would help you to learn to utilize these in the best way possible for your business.
