There are better products on the market and you don't want to deal with the constant harrassment of being a "valued customer". Pros It's a decent charting library with good basic features, but you need to buy extra modules to make it as useful as other options in the market. Cons Our main issue with this product boiled down to their sales and support process. The sales team will bombard you will emails and inquiries about "renewing" your license more than 6 months before it's set to expire. It feels like you bought a car at a dealership that is continually trying to "upsell" you new stuff. The product is rarely updated, which makes the "free updates for a year" add-on basically useless. Support will take tickets all day long and apparently file them straight to trash. We could never get anything other than automated "we received your ticket" from anyone at support. Customer support before, during, and after the sale has been terrific! Pros Lots of customization options, beautiful charts and graphs, easy to extend with custom annotations and custom functions when a user clicks on part of a graph. Love the ability with just a few lines of code to provide a menu with multiple options for exporting charts to various formats. Cons I find the quality of the on-line documentation to be inconsistent. Sometimes the explanations are clear and thorough and supplemented by working sample code at codepen.io. Other times the explanations are unclear and don't provide examples or provide bits of code but not enough to creating a full working example. Reasons for choosing FusionCharts FusionCharts was quicker and easier to integrate with my project and to produce professional-looking charts. This mix is very confusing and got me even some bugs when I copied a theme and had a "yaxis" and a "yAxis" configuration for my chart. We are very happy with the decision to select FusionCharts. Pros We could not find any other library with better support for React Native. We are planning to use it for our react clients as well so support for React was also an important factor. Cons They can always continue to add more types of Graphs, but their current library was more than enough for our needs and it was a very easy implementation so we don't have any particular cons to share. We expanded our usage of their products several times. Each time we purchased more charts from them, they were attentive and flexible, and found creative ways to accommodate our special needs. Pros We are impressed by the wide variety of charts available and are pleased that the company is continuing to introduce new charting capabilities like the Fusion Time Series. The Fusion Charts were easy to integrate with our people management software and they work as expected. They have added a whole new dimension to our own product line. Cons The animation aspects of the software presented some challenges. This library is packed with features to create simple charts. Our company only has the basic FusionCharts license so we have not been able to create everything we wanted. Some charts and a lot of other widgets are not available unless you buy a license for the full suite. Pros FusionCharts has a lot of options and customisations available for creating any report. The documentation is good and they keep full documentation for every version Cons Some of the charts in the next tier should be in the base tier. Pros The software is simple to use, works well and looks good. I can use it for 99% of my tasks and can customize it and have a nice setup where I can give it my data and automatically generate my charts if I have any problems the support team is always there with a solution or alternative if it's not possible it tends to be in development already. the software is also flexible and I can use it to create more. Cons At first, the software was a little tricky but once I figured it out I can now use it really easily. sometimes the support take a while to get back to me but this is rarely an issue. I have had an issue with the charts fitting into elements but with some work, I managed.
