August 19, 2021 5.0 It's been great from the negotiation of the original contract, implementation, usability, customization for our business and overall customer service focused support. I HIGHLY recommend VARStreet!! Pros Easy, user friendly, SaaS based, s and fully customizable. Integrates well with other systems and if there isn't an existing interface, Shankar and Saeed are awesome to work with on getting something custom done. Cons Honestly it's not the most up to date looking interface. Would like to see an updated UI with a little more user friendly buttons and drop downs. Modernize the interface using modern web dev standards. We are very happy with the solution and with their Support teams. Pros VarStreet integrates with our distribution partners easily and makes the quoting process fast and easy. Cons I don't have anything negative to say about VarStreet. We are very happy! Pros The promises they made, but didn’t keep. Cons Customer support is slow. They promise fast fixes and responses. They respond fast, but they never fix the issue. It’s all lip service. The system does everything as advertised but the support you receive once to get implemented is top notch. Cons VarStreet has a learning curve but the support receive makes it easier. November 6, 2017 5.0 It helps us make a profit and compete the best we can online - which is difficulty to begin with. Their software makes us look and offer solutions like the big boys, Pros Great software platform and EXCELLENT support! Support is very fast and will even do customizations for you as long as they are not too complex or out of the scope of your contract. They rarely have price increases which is nice and their addons are priced well. We use the Google and Amazon Export addons which allow us to automatically broadcast our inventory to Google and Amazon. These Add-ons are HUGE time savers and well worth the money. Even though we don't sell on Amazon anymore because of issues related to Amazon, their Amazon Add-on made hundreds of thousands of dollars when we had it. Great company and a great product. Can't wait to see what is on the horizon for new development updates. Cons Some of the website templates are a bit outdated but they do have some super good stuff in the works that will change that so that sellers can compete with the bigger e-commerce platforms like Amazon, CDW, etc. Review Source GG Gabe G. Pros Varstreet support is really what sets them apart. They are very responsive, know their product well, and are willing to put in the time & effort to make sure that your problem is resolved. In the 6-7 years that I've managed their application for our company, I have enjoyed working with their team. Cons Because we have some more unique use cases, there is occasionally some functionality that is not supported out of the box. Vice President Information Technology and Services Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Fantastic Integration to Ariba, SAP and other Punch-Out Technologies" August 20, 2021 5.0 The support for high-level integrations has been great. It's our everyday quotation tool, customer catalog, and helps to add accuracy to our forecast. Pros This tool enabled us to modernize what was a static electronic catalog to our largest customers purchasing systems. We were able to integrate to Ariba and provide a superior online experience to the end-user that was widely praised by our customers. Also, the access to the multitude of distributors we have had been great. Last, the integration to SFDC helps us forecast the business and track the details of every item we sell in our CRM. Cons Customizing the platform for your specific business may be a challenge. We were able to do it with some effort, but once it's done it's fantastic. Reason for choosing VARStreet XC The integration to Ariba (SAP) was critical and they had exactly what we needed. Review Source Collin M. VARStreet has been a crucial component to streamlining our sales and purchasing process. It is very easy to use and simple for on-boarding of new hires. Pros We have been utilizing this platform for many years to fulfill various contract obligations. It was easy to deploy and when assistance is required they assist and usually very fast. We have customized many features and although it may be somewhat expensive, we have been able to fulfill our customer's needs. Once they are released, there are often bugs or we'll find that something else has stopped working correctly in the process. Pros Template format is very easy to manage and change the widgets on the website. The backend is easy but need more attention to get used to it. But if you have any question you can call support. Cons The backend need to be more friendly and order processing needs more improvement. The new responsive website need to be connected to a shipping module to manage the shipments. Tech support is timely and very responsive. The followup is very diligent until my problems are solved. Pros VarStreet is operated as a standalone procurement vehicle. It has been outstanding in maintaining daily links to our distribution suppliers. Cons There are so many features, it requires significant training to use effectively, particularly the back office.
