Customer support has been good. It's reliable and easy to use. The interface is pretty intuitive. **Pros:** It's stable- works well. It is fairly intuitive to use, especially after the initial learning period. Though to be fair, the initial learning time for me was 7 years ago, and there have been some improvements since then. **Cons:** The cost has risen significantly over the past couple of years and is now very expensive for me as a solo practitioner with a small business. I think there should be a lower cost for 1 license. I use the desktop widget and I don't like the new version nearly as much as the old one.
