Occasionally, I drag & drop items into the folders and miraculously nothing deletes my files. Pros It does put the bills out to you and they do pay them (Honestly I find this very relieving because most other software crashes on me). The Client Portal is good enough I suppose as I hate emails so bad. At least you can link your calendar to it. Cons The upload speed for large files takes forever and a day. I dislike how TimeSolv shows a Credit Card Payment as Unpaid until cleared from accounting; This creates a mess with my accounting and I cannot properly create a receipt, only a bill – And that makes the clients mad at me for no reason. Also the AI Chat Support is almost completely worthless now compared to the older Human Reps. The customer support has been excellent whenever I've needed help. Overall, I've had a great experience with CosmoLex and would definitely recommend it. Pros The project management features keep everything organized, time docketing is quick and easy, and the automated invoices save me a lot of time. It's an efficient platform that has made managing my practice much easier. Cons One thing I don't like is that calendar events can overlap with time docket entries, making the calendar look cluttered and harder to read. I am hoping this issue will be fixed soon. The security of TimeSolv is also good. Pros TimeSolv does the billing (which I suppose is good) and I'm just glad it doesn't crash every time I add PDF's by dragging them in. I don't like talking with clients and hate sending emails so I love using their client portal. It is also cloud-based so I can do this at home (now I get to "work" on vacation too), but at least the money they pay goes thru. Cons The customer support is now an automated A.I. chat function instead of being manned by humans; however it takes forever to actually assist me. In addition, you cannot simply generate a receipt prior to payment clearing via a credit card, which causes confusion during my accounting/bookkeeping processes. Additionally, uploading large documents takes much longer than it should take. I have many different calendars in my life commitments, but only allows syncing with one Google Calendar so everyone thinks I'm free, even though I most certainly am not. The texting feature has a character limit which is frustrating as clients rarely read emails. Gladly, I do not need to Remote into our Old Clunky Office Server to locate a document. Pros The AI part of TimeSolv generates pleading documents as you would expect and honestly, I thought it would fail the first time I tried using it, but surprisingly, it somewhat works. It tracks tasks effectively, is secure and is easy to learn. Cons The Mobile App is almost useless to edit any type of work for Litigators. Every night around midnight all of my time entries will completely vanish from the system for about 2 hours while it does some sort of update and literally give me a massive heart attack each time I view the screen. However, the dashboard has not broken. Since we would create a train wreck if we moved 33 people to another system, we will continue to use this system. Although, I think I may be amazed at how well TimeSolv keeps intake and documents organized for me after losing my mind. Pros I have been able to run TimeSolv for nearly the entire length of my business days because matter loading takes so long. After having some difficulty finding someone to help with bookkeeping using TimeSolv, I finally did find a bookkeeper who knew how to use it, that was quite amazing. TimeSolv does allow me to have everything in one place. Cons There is not much that I do not like but it does have a steep learning curve, other wise it is good. Unfortunately, my only bad experience as the person that left and I wasn't contacted back. Pros I liked the ease of using the program for timekeeping, invoices and inputting case information into the program. Cons The only thing I disliked about TimeSolv was that I went through a demo with the company and then the person that did the demo then left the company and I was not contacted back regarding.
