A+ experience. Nothing bad to say. This software is crucial to my business. I appreciate the customer service, the flexibility of the software, and how they truly understand the needs of restaurant owners.

Pros

Scheduling is a BEAST and Schedulefly has all the features restaurants need. They truly know their customer and their pain points. I have worked with this platform for years and they are crucial to my success across multiple locations with myriad staff members who come and go, and changing shift needs. Support is super responsive and personal. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL RESTAURANT OWNERS!!!!

Cons

I wish I could integrate with my POS provider. That would be a dream. Schedulefly - any plans for that type of implementation any time soon?

Pros

As a hospitality veteran of twenty years I can honestly say this is the very best scheduling platform out there. The price point is so reasonable. I was able to teach myself every feature easily. I now have consistent communication with my team. Time off requests are easily approved and full weekly/monthly format more than helpful. I haven't even begun to use Schedulefly's sales tracking but I am excited to see even more of what this app can do.

Cons

No cons for me yet. I have not used the apps sales tracking yet but I am certain that will also be easy to use and accurate.

Using Schedule Fly has been such a great experience. My young team loves it and I have never received a call asking me how to trouble shoot an issue. It just does what you need it to do. If you own restaurant you know how much you appreciate the people and software that solve problems for you and do not create extra work. I highly recommend!!!

The app and the schedulefly team are always reliable. They make you feel like their only client. 19 restaurants over 15 years with them. Always great!

Pros

It gets the job done and then some. No over the top bells and whistles, fair price, and amazing customer service.

Cons

There's nothing that I don't like. I've made suggestions to make the app slightly more intuitive which it seems they're working on.

Had Schedulefly, changed to another company with more bells and whistles and then switched back, and no plans to change again.

Pros

Simple platform that gets the job done. Easy for both the scheduler and the employee, and you can't beat the cost.

Cons

Happy with all aspects, tried another software that offered more bells and whistles and seemed always have more problems.

We have had questions in the past and every time we sent an email with questions, we always get an answer the same day. Great company to work with. I am not planning to change any time soon.

Pros

The French Twist is a small coffee shop/creperie and we have 19 employees and we been using Schedulefly since 2014. Great value for all the feature Schedulefly offers. It is very easy to use and our team loves how easy it is to use. Being able to create different jobs, request off, offering or picking up shifts can be done easily and manager have to approve shift changes which keeps management in the loop.

Cons

The only thing that I would like to see change is to be able to permanently request off for a fix period. For instance: when employees get their school schedule for the next semester a month before school starts, they cannot permanently request off from the beginning of their semester to the end. Even when they start their permanent requests offs a month later, it will automatically start the request off right away therefore, employees have to manually enter their request offs for every day and time their are in class for each week of the semester.

We've had a very positive experience with schedulefly. It has been so seamless, that even if we'd spitballed about changing, we honestly wouldn't.

Pros

Schedulefly has been our go to scheduling tool for nearly ten years now. You cannot beat the value for this product when it comes to price per employee and included features. FlyNotes makes a big difference for us. Another thing that sets them apart? If you need support, you end up with a real answer from a real human.

Cons

The UI is a little behind the curve, but that's the intention... Schedulefly doesn't put a lot of emphasis on being the flashiest/having the best app, etc, but that's how they keep their price down. The learning curve is a little steep compared to other platforms and can feel a little clunky on both the employee and management side.

It is very Good and we have really enjoyed using it. The staff is always very helpful when you need them and quick to respond.

Pros

Simplicity, any other schedule tool I have tried is over complicated and overwhelming to your staff.

Cons

That it does not incorporate toast payroll. This is not a huge deal, but in a perfect world it would be nice if it did.

Overall, we have been very happy using Schedulefly for our business. My partner has used it for his entire career and both management and staff love it.

Pros

It's user friendly, efficient, simple to use, and makes running this part of the business (scheduling) easy. It's also a great value for the cost.

Cons

There's nothing I can think of that I don't like about Schedulefly. There may be opportunity for additional features in the future, though.

Schedulefly is so great! We've been using it at our high volume restaurant for 10+ years. Whenever we need help with something (which is not often due to how easy the website is to use) the Schedulefly team gets back to us super quickly. I highly recommend!

Pros

It's SO easy to use! We have a lot of management that might not be the best with computers and they can use Scheduleflyeasily.

Cons

I wish there was an app for staff and management. The design of the platform is a little dated looking but that doesn't really matter.
