It has been so seamless, that even if we'd spitballed about changing, we honestly wouldn't. **Pros:** Schedulefly has been our go to scheduling tool for nearly ten years now. You cannot beat the value for this product when it comes to price per employee and included features. FlyNotes makes a big difference for us. Another thing that sets them apart? If you need support, you end up with a real answer from a real human. **Cons:** The UI is a little behind the curve, but that's the intention... Schedulefly doesn't put a lot of emphasis on being the flashiest/having the best app, etc, but that's how they keep their price down. The learning curve is a little steep compared to other platforms and can feel a little clunky on both the employee and management side. **Alternatives Considered:** [7shifts](https://www.capterra.com/p/123038/7shifts-Restaurant-Scheduling/) **Reasons for Choosing Schedulefly:** FlyNotes is a huge asset. While 7shifts works similarly, the manager log is not part of their regularly priced platform. Having this historical data is incredibly valuable to us and is a huge part of what sets Schedulefly apart for us.
