It's been amazing. We are currently building more restaurants and will continue to use Schedule Fly for all of our newest ventures.

Pros

The Simplicity of the product for our team members. We are now up to 10 locations with Schedule Fly and they are our go to for all scheduling needs.

Cons

Really Nothing. They are great to work with and focus on the customer. We tried a competitor a few years back and were back to Schedule Fly within 3 months.

10 our of 5! Hands down!Honestly it helps our team communicate, grow and prosper! With ease!!!! The timesaving on communication, planning and training is crucial!

Pros

LIFESAVER! I have personally used ScheduleFly for the last decade! Under two restaurants. Bella Monica in Raleigh N.C has so many moving parts. With offsite catering's, Private Dining Events, a huge Award winning wine list; all in Italian, Constant menu changes as well as features. ScheduleFly made it so easy to communicate, educate, train and grow our staffs knowledge on each of these fronts! These tasks would be daunting, time consuming and likely not engaging without the use of ScheduleFly keeping everything in one place and keeping the conversation rolling! \[sensitive content hidden\]!

Cons

Honestly nothing, all of our team loves it as well. Our FOH crew especially loves the message wall and the ability to quickly pick up shifts that are up for grabs. Making everyones life easier!

Schedulefly was simple to use. It has a lot of the perks that other scheduling platforms charge for built into the transparent pricing. It is a handy scheduling platform, although I do wish it was a little more aesthetically pleasing.

Pros

I really liked the transparent pricing. I like that all the bells and whistles that other companies charge for are included at the flat rate. It was easy to build schedules, different roles, add team-members, and communicate with the whole team. Overall a great and easy to use product.

Cons

Schedulefly prides itself on its simple interface and the 'no need' for an app. I do find this to be a miss for my team. Most of my employees are young and having one more app is no problem for them -- remembering to log into a website regularly is more annoying than having the push notifications directly on their phones.

Overall, we have been very happy using Schedulefly for our business. My partner has used it for his entire career and both management and staff love it.

Pros

It's user friendly, efficient, simple to use, and makes running this part of the business (scheduling) easy. It's also a great value for the cost.

Cons

There's nothing I can think of that I don't like about Schedulefly. There may be opportunity for additional features in the future, though.

My over all experience with schedulefly is a 10 out of 10! If it was not brand standard to go to new platform, I would continue to use!

Pros

How user friendly it is, and all tools needed to set staff up for success, also extremely easy to add new employee's takes about 1 minute

Cons

I don 't have any cons for schedulefly, I have used for years at many properties it is definitely my go to!

Pros

I have used Schedulefly since their inception. It does everything we need for it to do, No added extras that are never used. I started with 1 store and now have 7 using this program.

Cons

I can't think of one thing that I would change

Love SF. Easy to use. Easy to navigate. The staff is super responsive to any questions

Pros

SF is the easiest Scheduling program out there. For owners, managers and staff. Very reasonably priced. And now there is APP!!

Cons

My only criticism was there wasn’t app but that has been rectified. All good. This is my 4th company using SF.

Pros

Ease of use and professionalism. The entire platform is awesome.

Cons

Merging of accounts when opwrating more that one location is not the easiest to merge. However they have always taken care of it in a timely manner.

Been using Schedulefly for 7 years and have always been pleased with this program.

Pros

Schedulefly covers every aspect of scheduling for our restaurant locations. We use this app for our current 20 locations and staff of over 300 employees. The app is easy to use and we rarely need to explain the use to our new hires.

Cons

It would be great to implement a job board for current users.

Pros

There is support from the actual \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] of the company and their commitment to helping the service industry, it's employees, managers, and owners succeed. Between podcasts about the industry, calls from the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] to check in on us as customers, and a genuine concern for our wellbeing, there's something very special at work with these guys. The support is lighting fast. The program is kept simple for a reason. The reason keeps it up and working and very easy to trouble shoot.

Cons

I am biased. I love schedulefly and the culture of the company. So I am N/A to this question. Software doesn't integrate with other software but that's what keeps it running and reliable ALL the time!

It is efficient, it is simple, it's priced reasonably, and it is just a fantastic platform for running a restaurant.

Pros

Schedulefly is a great tool for a multi-location restaurant unit. There's a parent login to each of your locations, and it's easy for staff who work between them to participate in multiple of them. The mass text feature is great for staff who aren't so great about checking email. In general, the tool has everything you need, and not a bunch of extra features that you don't.

Cons

The only complaint I have is that it isn't part and parcel of my POS, so there is a bit of redundancy.

The team at Schedulefly are always available and very easy to get in touch with. They are very responsive and I have not ever had an issue that wasn't resolved very quickly. This is my favorite scheduling software because it gives you the ability to do everything you need it to do without paying for a bunch of options that you will never use.

Pros

Ease of use and function. Very simple to use and allows you to get the information you need.

Cons

I cannot think of anything that has been a con with this software. It is very easy to use and gives me all of the information that I want.

The software helps us keep all scheduling in line while ensuring our employees are responsible for their own time off requests and pick up needs. The message wall is helpful to get a message out to the entire team.

Pros

I like being able to have a view of a schedules draft while being able to edit. It is also helpful they do not need to be both set to the same position.

Cons

It would be helpful to have a feature that lists a prefers to work and does not prefer to work designation that each employee can fill out. Sometimes employees will try to use their time off requests to accommodate their preferences, not necessarily their actual availability. It would also be helpful to have shift swaps made clear, separate from shift pick ups. The mobile version of the site doesn't allow me to see a quick view of the schedule for the day of the pick up request.

Everyone is on board with how to use it so avaialbility gaps have been closed and shift trading is easy!

Pros

I enjoy how easy to use this software is. User friendly. Very organized. Easy to update information. Clean and to the point.

Cons

I would like to see a mobile app for easy access on a mobile device. Alos would like to be able to trade shifts the day of. The software only allows within a 24 hour time window but some employees need same day swaps

We've had a fantastic experience with Schedulefly. We started using it with our first restaurant and as we've grown we've continued to use it.

Pros

The ability to communicate to our entire staff. We use the message wall for everything, and it's super user friendly and staff never miss a memo. We also sometimes communicate across all four restaurants in our group through a convenient dashboard which has eliminated the need for back and forth between managers.

Cons

Sometimes the schedule can be a bit difficult to read for some of our larger teams, but there's different ways to print so we work around it.
