We've had a very positive experience with schedulefly. It has been so seamless, that even if we'd spitballed about changing, we honestly wouldn't.

Pros

Schedulefly has been our go to scheduling tool for nearly ten years now. You cannot beat the value for this product when it comes to price per employee and included features. FlyNotes makes a big difference for us. Another thing that sets them apart? If you need support, you end up with a real answer from a real human.

Cons

The UI is a little behind the curve, but that's the intention... Schedulefly doesn't put a lot of emphasis on being the flashiest/having the best app, etc, but that's how they keep their price down. The learning curve is a little steep compared to other platforms and can feel a little clunky on both the employee and management side.

FlyNotes is a huge asset. While 7shifts works similarly, the manager log is not part of their regularly priced platform. Having this historical data is incredibly valuable to us and is a huge part of what sets Schedulefly apart for us.

Schedulefly is so great! We've been using it at our high volume restaurant for 10+ years. Whenever we need help with something (which is not often due to how easy the website is to use) the Schedulefly team gets back to us super quickly. I highly recommend!

Pros

It's SO easy to use! We have a lot of management that might not be the best with computers and they can use Scheduleflyeasily.

Cons

I wish there was an app for staff and management. The design of the platform is a little dated looking but that doesn't really matter.

LIFESAVER! I have personally used ScheduleFly for the last decade! Under two restaurants. Bella Monica in Raleigh N.C has so many moving parts. With offsite catering's, Private Dining Events, a huge Award winning wine list; all in Italian, Constant menu changes as well as features. ScheduleFly made it so easy to communicate, educate, train and grow our staffs knowledge on each of these fronts! These tasks would be daunting, time consuming and likely not engaging without the use of ScheduleFly keeping everything in one place and keeping the conversation rolling! \[sensitive content hidden\]!

Cons

Honestly nothing, all of our team loves it as well. Our FOH crew especially loves the message wall and the ability to quickly pick up shifts that are up for grabs. Making everyones life easier!

Overall, we have been very happy using Schedulefly for our business. My partner has used it for his entire career and both management and staff love it.

Pros

It's user friendly, efficient, simple to use, and makes running this part of the business (scheduling) easy. It's also a great value for the cost.

Cons

There's nothing I can think of that I don't like about Schedulefly. There may be opportunity for additional features in the future, though.

### "Schedulefly won't disappoint you"

I've been with Schedulefly for nearly a decade. I've explored other scheduling software. Schedulefly does exactly what I need it to do and it does it easily and efficiently. As I celebrate 3 decades as a restaurant owner this year, I can't tell you how many companies I've worked with that claim to want to be "partners" in regard to how they work with my company. The guys at Schedulefly talk that same talk, but unlike almost all the others, they completely walk the walk. Proud to be partnered with this wonderful company.

Pros

The program just works. Support is available quickly. Questions are always answered...promptly. It's easy to use on the admin end and the staff end. The learning curve is short. You can tell former restaurant people designed this. The price is more than reasonable.

Cons

I really have nothing. The only feature I'd like to see added would be a reconciliation process where past log ins/log outs along with actual sales figures could be put in to see where the store was off budget on.

Pros

The Simplicity of the product for our team members. We are now up to 10 locations with Schedule Fly and they are our go to for all scheduling needs.

Cons

Really Nothing. They are great to work with and focus on the customer. We tried a competitor a few years back and were back to Schedule Fly within 3 months.

It is very Good and we have really enjoyed using it. The staff is always very helpful when you need them and quick to respond.

Pros

Simplicity, any other schedule tool I have tried is over complicated and overwhelming to your staff.

Cons

That it does not incorporate toast payroll. This is not a huge deal, but in a perfect world it would be nice if it did.

Accessibility: The platform is easy to access from various devices, making it convenient for both staff and management. Intuitive Interface: The app is user-friendly and straightforward, allowing for quick navigation and efficient scheduling.

Cons

Distribution Confusion: When working on the schedule for the upcoming week, it does not automatically distribute that new week. If you’re not careful, it may distribute the current week instead. There’s no warning message to alert you that you’re distributing the existing schedule, which can lead to confusion.

I think it is really user friendly. I have used HotSchedules before and I think it’s much easier to create a schedule with your platform.

Cons

I wish it would alert to overtime or give the hours an employee is already scheduled when someone is trying to pick up a shift.

Schedulefly was hands down the best and simplest scheduling tool I've used over my 20 years in the food and beverage industry. The tool was simple to learn, easy to train new teammates on and I loved the employee messaging capabilities and our teams did too.

Pros

The customer service \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team provides is the best in the business. They truly care about their customers and are quick to solve any issues (and the issues we experienced were minor to none).

Cons

At the time we were using SF, there was no POS integration but that has since changed.

Our overall experience with Schedulefly has been absolutely fabulous! The support we receive from the Schedulefly team is amazing. They are always on top of everything and are super fast to take care of our needs.

Pros

Schedulefly meets all of the scheduling needs for our company. We currently have 11 units across 4 different brands and it works great for all of them. It is easy to manage from adding employees to creating schedules. You can customize it to meet your needs so you get everything you want. The shift exchange, request off, and other features are very useful and easy to use for both employees and managers. The labor management tools and reporting are fantastic and have been a crazy useful tool when it comes to training our managers how to control their labor and scheduling.

Cons

I can't think of a single thing that I don't like about Schedulefly.
