Overall, Convoso is reliable and has great functionality. For the purpose of our company Convoso does support our requirements and is constantly changing to try and provide a better customer experience.

Pros

The settings are very intuitive. I found that with a little testing or contacting their support department we could achieve whatever outcome we were looking for.

Cons

I think although the setting options are great and allow deep customization for your desired function, some of them are not very self explanatory and could use improvement, or more informed customer support team when asking about them.

It does it job... It tracks and logs the calls, gives some real time summarized data. User interface is relatively straightforward, simple but also old style.

Cons

Their team is hard to collaborate with. We had issues with dialing but it's hard to get help from them on time. They seem to be very vague about when they'll fix something and how.

Cons

The biggest downside is the learning curve and backend complexity. Some features aren’t as intuitive as they could be, and certain changes require support intervention rather than being fully self-serve.

Overall I can say that there is nothing that could take me from Convoso. I have not had enough frustration with it to want to change. I am learning new things about setup and flow every single week. You will need someone who knows Convoso well to give you guidance as you're learning how to use it because it's features have features that have features, that then have settings in another part of the dialer that affects something that had nothing to do with what you were working on so be careful. I have been using it for 7 Months now and I can honestly say that this is the most comprehensive dialer on the market. If you have a simple setup, this might not be for you. But If you are working a decent size team with more than one department and a dynamic flow for your calls then this is for you. Be ready to pay up because with great software come great monthly bills. They are extremely expensive. Worth the price? Not entirely. It's definitely overpriced. However, it's the best. Do you want the best?

Pros

Convoso is such a complex dialer. Its features allow for so many different ways to have control over your data flows and agent responsibility. The endless amount of ways you can configure your setup is my selling point. I have worked with several dialers in the past and not a single one can measure up. It is not simple to use. You will both love and stress about this. But its all worth having complete control over the process in every imaginable way.

Cons

Convoso has some issues regarding identifying and dispositioning calls that were not connected to an agent for any reason. Dont believe it when you see 'Disconnected Number'. It's 99% of the time not going to be a disconnected number.

easy to work once you figure it out. its the companys choice to manage calls overall.

Cons

cant text or send DM's clients - and it doesnt track my call history more than a couple days and once an appt has passed cant go back and look at it. if you miss it its gone.

It’s good I like it I really don’t have much complaints besides the least of what I liked but in regards to every I like the call flow

Pros

It helps go through the calls and kept all incoming flow properly and disposition calls and inbound and outbounds

Cons

The fact that once it ends the call it gets immediately through ready but that’s me personally I just didn’t like that

The system is very easy to maneuver, from the first day I started using it I catch on, that's how easy and reliable it is.

Pros

It Filtered out all the answering machine, It's convenient and easy use.

Cons

While I prefer convoso over Many other dialers, I don't like the fact that the call backs gets wiped out after the time has passed.

Convoso has been super simple to use and understand. I have had a great experience with the application itself as well as the account reps who troubleshoot and help with small bugs and updates. 10/10

Pros

The availability of account managers to help with any questions I have. The ease of use makes day to day operations run smoothly and because the program is so user friendly.as an admin I am able to teach others how to use the program as well. This makes onboarding new agents a breeze.

Cons

Making 3 way calls and transferring calls can be a bit complicated

I would have to say they are a complete solution. very flexible with having agent in an office or working from home. The reporting system is awesome.

They are very professional and thorough. They have very great customer support and also technical support. I like that they have a knowledge center that is also easy to use.

They dont really have that many cons. but pricing could be better.

Pros

I highly recommend this dialer for OTF sales calls. the site is very efficient and offers lots of editing and personalization tools.

At this time, I don't have any bad things to say about convoso. My experience with them so far has been exceptional
