Pros

My experience so far has been great. I've tried several dialers in the past and so far convoso has been one of the easiest and nicest looking dialer.

Pros

User interface design is easy to understand. Creating customer reports is super simple and easy. As a manager who uses convoso, I had an easier time using it than my previous dialers.

Cons

Some of the custom reports get a little buggy. It used to be more convenient but if you have a lot of custom reports generated and you select one, you would have to scroll all the way up instead of automatically being at the top.

Pros

It does it job... It tracks and logs the calls, gives some real time summarized data. User interface is relatively straightforward, simple but also old style.

Cons

Their team is hard to collaborate with. We had issues with dialing but it's hard to get help from them on time. They seem to be very vague about when they'll fix something and how.

Support is great, fast and helpful, they even do some stuff for us when needed and are always available within a few minutes of our support request.

Pros

the initial setup was done for us, we just have to login and start receiving calls, it was simple and easy for the team

Cons

the take some time to get the onboarding done. this could always improve but it was decent, the team was always in contact and ready to step in and help

Overall I've had a good experience with Convoso. It's very user friendly and simplified to other dialers I've used in the past.

Pros

User friendly and easy to navigate. I like that it is simplified compared to other dialers I've used in the past.

Cons

Only thing I dislike is getting random security checks having to verify a code through my email when I'm logging into the system in the morning.

My experience with Convoso is it is a good program. There are still some small issues that need to be taken care of or adjusted but overall its a very simple system to use for a call center enviornment.

Pros

What I love most about Convoso is the system is very easy to manage. It's easy to be able to take a call and to transfer to another department without any issues. Also logging in is much easier compared to the other system I use to use.

Cons

The least thing I like about Convoso is there is no setup to where you can place a call on hold and call other line on the other line. You would have to finish the first call before making another call. Unfortunately, I cannot do a three way or a conference call with the system. Also, the system has its moments where if it does not get a good wifi connection it will log you off of the system and you have to log back in.

Overall, Convoso is reliable and has great functionality. For the purpose of our company Convoso does support our requirements and is constantly changing to try and provide a better customer experience.

Pros

The settings are very intuitive. I found that with a little testing or contacting their support department we could achieve whatever outcome we were looking for.

Cons

I think although the setting options are great and allow deep customization for your desired function, some of them are not very self explanatory and could use improvement, or more informed customer support team when asking about them.

Overall I can say that there is nothing that could take me from Convoso. I have not had enough frustration with it to want to change. I am learning new things about setup and flow every single week. You will need someone who knows Convoso well to give you guidance as you're learning how to use it because it's features have features that have features, that then have settings in another part of the dialer that affects something that had nothing to do with what you were working on so be careful. I have been using it for 7 Months now and I can honestly say that this is the most comprehensive dialer on the market. If you have a simple setup, this might not be for you. But If you are working a decent size team with more than one department and a dynamic flow for your calls then this is for you. Be ready to pay up because with great software come great monthly bills. They are extremely expensive. Worth the price? Not entirely. It's definitely overpriced. However, it's the best. Do you want the best?

Pros

Convoso is such a complex dialer. Its features allow for so many different ways to have control over your data flows and agent responsibility. The endless amount of ways you can configure your setup is my selling point. I have worked with several dialers in the past and not a single one can measure up. It is not simple to use. You will both love and stress about this. But its all worth having complete control over the process in every imaginable way.

Cons

Convoso has some issues regarding identifying and dispositioning calls that were not connected to an agent for any reason. Dont believe it when you see 'Disconnected Number'. It's 99% of the time not going to be a disconnected number.

easy to work once you figure it out. its the companys choice to manage calls overall.

Cons

cant text or send DM's clients - and it doesnt track my call history more than a couple days and once an appt has passed cant go back and look at it. if you miss it its gone.

It’s good I like it I really don’t have much complaints besides the least of what I liked but in regards to every I like the call flow

Pros

It helps go through the calls and kept all incoming flow properly and disposition calls and inbound and outbounds

Cons

The fact that once it ends the call it gets immediately through ready but that’s me personally I just didn’t like that

I would have to say they are a complete solution. very flexible with having agent in an office or working from home. The reporting system is awesome.

Pros

They are very professional and thorough. They have very great customer support and also technical support. I like that they have a knowledge center that is also easy to use.

They dont really have that many cons. but pricing could be better.

I really like how simple it is to pull up past calls. The call logs section is easy to navigate, and it’s helped me stay on top of my progress.

Cons

It would be helpful to add a feature that allows agents to access a caller’s past call history by number, along with information about which representative handled the previous interactions.

Our experience has been very positive. Convoso is a powerhouse for high-volume outbound centers. It took us some time to get the configuration exactly where we wanted it, but once it was dialed in, our productivity increased significantly. It’s a serious tool for serious sales teams.

Pros

Convoso’s predictive dialing and lead management capabilities are top-tier. What I like most is the level of customization available for campaigns—you can really fine-tune your outreach to maximize contact rates. The reporting is extremely granular, which allows us to identify exactly where our bottlenecks are in real-time

Cons

Because the system is so feature-rich, the data management side can get a little messy. If you aren't diligent about lead hygiene and list management, the sheer volume of data the system generates can become overwhelming to navigate.

Highly recommend it if you're running a call-heavy operation.

Pros

Easy disposition and wrap up. I like how easy the dispositions are (You do not need to manually enter dispositions which saves times). I like how easy it to also change dispositions incase you make a mistake.

Cons

I appreciate that you can search for the lead by their ID in the history part but l'd prefer if you could also search by the lead's name. It's hard to search if you don't remember their ID
