We ended up going with a different product. That being said, if the connectivity issue had been resolved this is the platform we would use today. Use this first and if it works on your network never go anywhere else.

Pros

This system is so easy to use and so easy to administer. Support is quick to help answer questions or implement new features.

Cons

Recording quality for us was low and there were several connectivity issues. After replacing most of our network hardware we had to discontinue use and go with a different provider. There have been no issues with the new provider but I wish I had the Convoso ease of use and interface back.

While we don't know what happened here as no company information was provided, we wouldn't be able to provide the level of service we have for the past 13+ years if we were experiencing connectivity issues that went unsolved. Convoso has been overall a good experience, we have our good days and our bad days but overall there is more good than bad.

Pros

Convoso is easy to navigate and easy for beginners to start working with.

Cons

Convoso does seem to have quite a few issues when it comes to lagging or glitching but tech has always been quick to solve the problems.

It's been a very efficient and convenient experience. It improved productivity and overall has been one of our most critical tools.

Pros

The efficiency and ease of use. It is very easy to maneuver and understand. The features are well placed, very easy to find and useful in our day-to-day work.

Cons

Whenever there are lot of leads or calls are coming in, it does take a slight toll on your system, (just a few dropped frames) regardless of how powerful your system is sometimes. Maybe it could be optimized more for when really heavy workloads take place.

Took a while to get the momentum going after signing the contract, but since then we've gained significant ground and were able to stand up our solution within 9 weeks. We find the overall Convoso experience to be pleasant and effective. Our teams are stoked to use the tool. It has allowed for greater expansion of the business at a much faster clip. We are very pleased with our decision to go with Convoso

Pros

Feature rich. Lots of robust elements to help any growing call center or telemarketing division.

Cons

Without a deep expertise in Call Center software many of the features and their mechanics come off as extremely technical and complex. However, the onboarding team does a fantastic job (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] - sensational Implementation Manager).

Overall, my experience using Convoso has been very positive.

Pros

Convoso is very user-friendly which makes the system fun and easy to use, especially with higher call volumes. Having a quick reference on the dashboard to review call volumes, wait times, and usage is pretty cool, too.

Cons

My least favorite feature is the VoiceMail because I don't always see them right away. Would love a notification of a new VM.

The dialer is great, We had better connect rate with our lead however, some of the API integration and functionality on the list are still not fixed.

Pros

Good thing about convoso is there's a lot of useful prebuilt app ready to use.

Cons

There's a limitation on some of the functionality and integration such as the ability to use the lead's phone number as the caller id upon transferring and the compatibility issues we experience with integrating from our DNC scrubber.

Overall, I’ve had a pleasant experience with convoso. The easy access to the program (no download) makes such a vital part of my job so convenient.

Pros

It’s very easy to navigate and the quality of the calls are great. I also appreciate the auto dialer because of the time it saves me.

Cons

Sometimes it’s hard to hard to get logged back in when Convoso thinks I still have another active session.

Cons

I do not like that Convoso seems dated when compared to salesforce that I have used previously, fields do not auto-populate and information sometimes gets deleated, call quality is poor.
