Pros

Auto dialer is the best feature to me that way I don't feel as I am cold calling.

Outbound calling I have to go through too much just to make an out bound call.

It has been difficult, I see the potential but I feel like this is a lot of guess work because all I was given was some links on how to do things which I don't understand what most of it is telling me to do because it was never explained

Pros

I like that it is a speed dialer and you can adjust the priority levels

Cons

That it's difficult to dial in the proper settings to make it run efficiently

Cons

The issues with dispositioning certain calls and the calls still being pushed through the queue again.

Tracking for the amount of calls taken, hours taken on calls, and good flow for incoming/outgoing calls.

Cons

Lots of odd bugs and occasional crashes/force logouts/dropped calls. Not extremely common but more than enough to be an annoyance.

Pros

I love all the features and the ability to customize agent experience. Their implementation team has been super helpful with any issues i can't figure out myself however the system is very intuative.

Cons

Some of the custom reporting features seem a bit difficult to manipulate specific fields however currently looking into easy options for my admins and managers to create and report properly.

Pros

It has lead management, a fully integrated PBX, tons and tons of features that help optimize your operation and minimize the need for a admin to run it. it pretty much runs on auto pilot. The Reports are easy to use and provide any possible data you may need.
